Adam Hardman was amazing. We had a burst pipe and the company responded immediately. They gave us a detailed report for our insurance company and immediately fixed the problem. Their response was mind blowing.

Diosdado did a great job with our new pump installation. He made sure that we were happy and ordered the correct part that was needed. The work was done quickly and correctly. I plan on using John Padilla plumbing again. Thank you!

We had a leak coming from our toilet. The technician that was here working with us was Oliver. He was great in assessing and identifying the issue. He completed the repairs and tested it out to ensure that the fix was done properly and the leak was addressed. He also did an excellent job explaining it to us as well.

Brandon was very thorough and clearly explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. The first person who evaluated my situation was also very knowledgeable. His name began with an L don’t recall his full name

Jose Ponce was really outstanding, from our initial conversation, to our agreement, to his workmanship on the project the following morning. In every respect, Jose is an outstanding representative and asset to John Padilla Plumbing.

We needed a faucet replaced and John Padilla Plumbing was fast and effective. Brandon came over, assessed the labor needed, gave us an estimate, and get the work done in under an hour. They were wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

All I can say is WOW!! Michael did a fantastic job repairing my broken and leaky pipe fittings under the bathroom vanity. Same day service I might add. When the need arises, I am keeping Padilla Plumbings number handy.

We used John Padilla Plumbing, and are very disappointed. Their “high” reviews are misleading the public.

Water faucets from the second story of a home were leaking through the ceiling into the first story. This company was called for an estimate, and John Padilla plumbing told us they can send someone over and give us a free estimate and diagnosis of this leak. When the plumber arrived, he said they’d charge hundreds of dollars to go and diagnose the leak. Immediately, the lack of integrity was there from the start, yet we regrettably decided to proceed anyways.

After the diagnosis, this company proceeded with repairs. Over the course of repairs, there were multiple technicians sent over three times over a couple of weeks to fix the faucets. They were Mickey Mousing the job, and justified to use different putties for the job which seemed very unprofessional. We knew that these plumbers were inexperienced, and requested that the most professional and experienced plumber be sent out to finally fix the issue, since they have already gone through 3 other people from the company who were incompetent to fix the problem. Immediately & finally, that “experienced” technician was sent over and “fixed” the faucets. All seemed well, but one week later the faucets were gushing water below them, and they were obviously installed wrong. We called the company immediately again, and the company was taking forever to address the issue. Plumbers again kept coming over to our house unprepared, and without any of their right tools, delaying repairs more, and having no clear plan on how to fix our faucets.

We were tired of waiting for this company to jerk us around to fix this simple problem. We decided to call another plumber.

This other 3rd party plumber fixed the issue in 30minutes, and did a fantastic job without any extra putty, or extra drama.

Once our faucets were repaired by the 3rd party plumbing company, we called John Padilla plumbing to request a refund for the faulty work that the company could not fix. We wanted to fairly pay them for the work they did, and get refunded for the faulty work. We were asking for a very fair refund, especially considering the hassle of going through 4 different plumbers from the company over a few weeks, at which none of them fixed the problem, and caused a worst leak. It also caused a lot of inconvenience for us, and our personal schedules when they kept showing up unprepared and bemused. The third party plumber took just 30 minutes to impressively fix the issue.

The John Padilla plumbing has been unresponsive to us, over months of reaching out to them. Unfortunately there was no refund processed.

I thought it’s important to let the San Diego community know of this experience. Thank you San Diego community for reading this, and good luck with your plumbing issues.

Please do not use this company!! They were not transparent from the beginning, and their work is unfortunately faulty.

The customer service was amazing. I had questions and concerns that their customer service representatives were able to answer quickly. I was able to set an appointment quickly and move it as needed based off arrival of equipment I needed.
My plumber was Robert Maas and he was so thorough and educational. I was very pleased with his service and his care.

I appreciated the transparency offered by Michael from John Padilla Plumbing. He was frank about what needed to be done to fix leaking at the front of our property. Pricing appeared honest and fair. I developed respect for the company in part due to the knowledge of their technicians. Michael openly answered my questions, came to us with years of prior experience, and relayed information that offered thorough understanding. The company offers a warranty in the event of any issues, which helps to address the “what ifs” following repair. It was a pleasure working with Michael. Thank you.

Brandon Buss was an excellent plumber. He kept me informed about his arrival. He quickly surveyed the situation—a leak—provided two ways to deal with explaining each to us. He was very kind and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend Brandon Buss and John Padilla Plumbing. We received same day service.

Of course plumbing issues always happen on the holiday weekends! But I didn't panic when I saw the moisture forming on our ceiling. With just one call to John Padilla Plumbing on Memorial Day, I had Sam Balladares at my door within the hour. He diagnosed and fixed the leak in no time. This is the second pipe leak that Padilla Plumbing has fixed for us and each time we are so impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the technicians. I couldn't recommend them more!

Highly recommend! I was able to get a same day service and excellent quality. They were very professional and polite. They gave us every option we had based on our toilet situation and were able to get our leak fixed same day. I really can’t thank Anthony Lopez and his colleague enough. We are already planning on having them back to check out our other plumbing and get that fixed.

John Padilla Plumbing sent technician Jose Ponce to fix my plumbing problem. Jose is an expert who dealt with the plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. He is a top notch plumber and I am very happy with his service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend John Padilla Plumbing and Jose Ponce specifically for any plumbing repairs you may need to have addressed. Although their services are quite expensive (likely competitive with other professional plumbers) I would call them again to solve my more complicated plumbing problems.

Bryson came in assessed the situation, had to leave for a bit in order to get the best/correct part. He was exceptional. The price surprised us, but that is what it is.
