The plumber Adley arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in no time. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. AMAZING! Our back to back shower and tub started flooding so I called a plumbing company who referred me out to John Padilla Plumbing and I am so happy they did. Francisco was able to come out same day, he did a ton of trouble shooting and was able to determine the problem pretty quickly. He gave us a quote and due to the clog and where it was he needed to come back the next day to do the work to make sure he had enough time. He and his field supervisor Leo came out and assessed the situation once they cut into the wall and looked at the plumbing. After talking and seeing where everything was he was able to determine we needed to install a clean out to clear the clog, a hydro flush was needed and they even did a camera inspection to check the condition of our pipes and where exactly everything was. He even cleaned up the mess from cutting into the wall and sealed the area until we replace the dry wall. Once that’s replaced he’ll be back to install a panel for easier access to the clean out for any future clogs. Our final price was even lower than the initial quote! I highly recommend Francisco with JP plumbing. He professional, kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things so you fully understand what needs to be done and why. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything but gave great recommendations for what to do in the future and even some tips and tricks for maintenance after have the work done to give our pipes a longer life. 100% satisfied with the work done and will definitely be keeping his contact for any future work! We had Brandon out to replace our water heater about a month ago. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This morning I woke up to a water line leaking in between the first and second floor. This leak had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WATER HEATER. I called Brandon and he was at my house within a half hour. He repaired not one but two leaks. Once again he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend using John Padilla plumbing even though I hope I don’t have to😉👍😜🫡

Roberto and Brandon did an excellent job rerouting our gas lines. Our local utility company found a leak and that meant no hot water or heat in our home until it was fixed… thankfully the guys at John Padilla were on it immediately, and within a couple days we had our gas service back. The techs were very thorough and helpful, and informed me of everything that needed to happen. Now I’m much more knowledgeable on natural gas plumbing than I need to be! Definitely recommend.
