Jose Ponce with Padilla plumbing was excellent. He was not only professional but very kind and caring. It had been a very bad day for us for many reasons and he handled my emotional state with care and kindness. I wish the cost of repairs was easier to take but he explained everything and did a great job. Thank you

5/5 stars, I would give 10 if I could to Juan Navarro, the awesome tech who came out to help fix a bathroom leak issue in our home! I went with this company, mainly because after I met Juan, I immediately felt he was trustworthy and knowledgeable! I had to deal with this issue while my husband was gone, and Juan assured me that he’ll get the valve stops replaced in no time and he sure did! Thank you so much Juan for all your help, and also for sharing all your knowledge and tips for proper maintenance!

Javier is an absolute pro. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous and always does an excellent job of explaining the work that needs to be done and why. I was very impressed with the quality of his work which is consistently excellent across the various work he has done for me. I will definitely call him for my future plumbing needs!

When an unexpected water leak at my meter was discovered at 4:30 PM, I googled and found John Padilla plumbing who quickly answered the phone. Scheduling a next day service call was easy and the tech arrived on time to fix the leak. The tech was extremely professional and I highly valued his service and attention to detail. Within a few hours all was good and I am 100% satisfied with the excellent service I received. The rates charged were reasonable but the quick response meant more to me than anything else! Clearly John Padilla plumbing employs skilled and knowledgeable techs who get the job done right the first time! Thanks so much.

Above & beyond ! Excellent service from the first call to the finished job ! I really love that they offered a no charge assessment. Adam called with update on eta for his arrival for assessment. Adam is very knowledgeable, kind, very respectful of our home. Johnny came out a few hours later to do the work of excavating, locating the leak & making repair. He had put water back on in a few hours after starting ! Johnny is very knowledgeable, kind, informative & respectful of our property. Johnny did an amazing & fantastic job ! I will be recommending John Padilla Pluming to everyone !

Johnny was great to engage with. He patiently listened to my concerns and explained his troubleshooting process and all my options including getting me the best price they could offer.
He quickly found the problem and by the end of the day got my house in order with running warm water again after a prior service could not find the issue after two visits. Thank you for the great service!

I needed a toilet repair. Mike one of the technicians from this company came out and was very professional very nice and he also used shoe coverings which was very nice and thoughtful. Mike was very quick and fix my toilet very good it works great. I have to say the reason why I gave them a four is because he did charge me three times with the job was worth. I really don't know anything about plumbing other than I know it's expensive and I did really needed it done and I could have just said no but I do feel a little taken advantage of.

Had a clogged tub and toilet. Alejandro Maldonado came out and did a fantastic job. Very polite and professional. Completely satisfied.

Sam did an excellent job replacing gas line and making sure we had no leaks, turned on my water heater and explained how my house heater would ignite itself, which it did! Great job Sam!

Had them come out to replace a water heater. Later sent me an invoice for $3,765.18 (I have to be very specific or the owner will get on here and claim I'm lying due to me using approximations)

Seemed pretty aggressive as the market rate across San Diego is $1,200-$2,300. I went to the market to get quotes from other vendors - not making this up.

Long story short is that Johnny Padilla is charging me TWICE the average market rate.

I asked for them to simply itemize the invoice so I could understand what I was paying for as my insurance elected not to cover the charge. The owner responded with "We do not break invoices down to hours and line item costs as that is a significant time consumption for the back office and would increase costs to accomplish"

Instead of taking 20 minutes to break down the cost, they instead placed a preliminary notice of a lien on my house! This seriously happened. I asked for an itemized invoice before paying and they immediately went to threatining liens on my property.

I'd probably not recommend!

What a great team! I was very impressed with Hunter M., Dan S., Lucas C., Jeff B. and others on the team who installed the new heat pump system. Everyone was very professional and personable!

Jalen was fantastic! So polite and professional and explained everything from start to finish. I have used John Padilla Plumbing over the years and they have always done a great job at a fair price.
