"Tell the gang we're coming, it's Colepepper Plumbing!" Their radio ads are memorable so they were the 1st plumber I called when both of my kitchen sinks were not draining. I had already tried to fix it myself and failed. The technician was on time, professional and courteous and tried to remedy the clog by using a power snake through both sinks, but to no avail. There is a 'clean out' pipe outside that enables you to access the pipes from a better angle. I had been trying to open it but since it had never been open the 15 years I have been here and who knows how long before (house built 1970), it was hopelessly stuck. He also tried to open it and also failed. So no charge for the visit although he spent about an hour working on it! As it turns out, I borrowed a 3 foot length of pipe and a few huge wrenches from a friend. After a few days of propane torch heat, expletives from my mouth and much effort I was finally able to get it open to snake it myself. So, 3 stars for being disappointed in them not being able to open it up. Will I call them again for future needs? Not sure at this time. But I still like their radio ads!

They are a rip off. We had a PVC water line hooked up to a hose bib that broke and they originally estimated $900+ to fix it. This is a job that any landscaper could have done for $50 — some PVC, glue, and new hose bib. We were under duress because we had company coming over and when I called BS on the $900 price they came “down” to $600. Don’t trust this company.

Billy headed the team that came out to assess the issue/problem with the water Spicket on the outside of my house. He provided an estimate and proceeded to complete the repair process which took less than an hour. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process as he knew exactly what to do and simply did it. Not only was he kind and courteous, but he showed an incredible amount of professionalism and patience throughout this process as he was dodging our 45 pound Salcada the entire time.

I am a repeat customer with Colepepper Plumbing. This was my second experience with them as I am always grateful to have good people leading a team that comes to my property. They left me better than they found me with their expertise, knowledge, valued advice and trusted results.

Nate and Ian arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix, which was a relief. However, the next day the guys came back and provided "options" with pricing for different products and services we might want to add and fix. The options and pricing presented were on a lined notepad with no details provided and no copy for me to keep. I ended up taking a photo of the page. Overall, the optional work was way above other quotes I received and the approach for some of the work was not recommended by other plumbers I contacted. Overall, nice guys, but I felt they were more interested in selling non-proven products than servicing the customer.

Excellent work by Nate who arrived in a timely manner and used his time wisely fixing some old piping and taking care of the leaky faucet we requested be replaced. I would highly recommend Colepeppers to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Beautiful job done!

I was very happy with the service we got today. Professional but friendly and communicative, Colepepper Plumbing (and Mitch specifically) was fast and efficient. We got our hot water tank flushed but he also pointed out issues that could become problems in the future. Very helpful!

The sink faucet suddenly lost water pressure. Their plumbing team cleaned the aerator and restored the flow. The pressure improved immediately.

I noticed water stains under the kitchen sink and called this plumbing service. The technician discovered a small crack in the pipe. He replaced the section quickly and cleaned the area. Everything is dry now.

The kitchen sink clogged right in the middle of cleaning dishes. A plumber arrived and cleared the pipe efficiently.
