Jason was great! He was honest, showed me the problem, explained how to avoid it in the future, and really spent his time to fix it and then some. When your plumber leaves dirty, you feel like it was money spent on a problem fixed! Will recommend him and his company to others and will use again if any other problem arises.

Mother in laws shower wouldn’t let any hot water thru. Set up and appointment online and for the next day from 1-3 pm. 1:30 they call and state it will be 3-5 now. Guy shows up at 5:30. Then asked us for an Allen wrench because he didn’t have one that would fit. He went and got a new tool and then promptly said it was seized in the fitting and needed the whole unit replaced for $2600…. Way over priced. I came back to her house and watched a you tube video and had it replaced, with complications, in 15 minutes! Buyer knew they will see you as money bags and try to take advantage of you! Original quote was $560 for a $53 part and 15 minutes? Never again will they be trusted in her house. I’d rather fly back and do her plumbing than pay a dishonest company

Called Roto Hero at 7pm for a water leak 2 days before we were suppose to host a large family gathering. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I hadn’t of them prior. Gil came out to my house the same night at the expected time, determined the cause of the leak quickly, quoted a fair price and fixed it all within 90 minutes. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Both Michael and Brandon Martinez worked in a very challenging situation. Both men worked until the job was complete and I was satisfied; into the evening. They did not rush. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Called for a drain cleaning, they had somebody scheduled within 30 minutes, and then out to fix the issue 30 minutes later. Jason did a great job assessing what was wrong, and then getting to work fixing it. After he fixed the issue and cleaned up, he explained exactly what the issue had been, as well as what we could do in the future to stop it from happening again. Highly recommend!

Donovan was excellent. I had an issue later in the evening and he was not only prompt, but willing kind and so helpful is solving my issues. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for plumbing needs!

My toilet / main backed up while I was doing laundry in the evening, flooded several rooms in my house. I contacted Rooter Hero and they had a tech out to me within an hour. Gilbert was great! Took some time to right the problem, the pipes are old and the blockage was hard to move. After working on it for two-plus hours, he stayed and helped me throw out all the soiled blankets and linen, wet-vacuumed up most of the remaining water as well, not leaving my place until nearly midnight. Very professional, offered a 90-day warranty which gives peace of mind on top of awesome service.

I will definitely call RH first when future plumbing services are needed - highly recommend.

I called Rooter Hero Saturday morning to get a leak detection done as my water meter was spinning at my rental. Within a few hours of the call Jason arrived to determine what the issue was. He was quick and efficient and resolved the issue right away. I have some additional work to be done and I will be sure to call them back to the work. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with and will be my go to plumber from now on!

I called them because my tub wasn’t draining and water was backing up into our master sinks. Gil came quickly…within an hour after my original call. My 2 toilets started leaking at 11PM & couldn't be used. The next morning I called a # of plumbers & Rooter Hero was the only one who could come ASAP. Dennis & Albert (his apprentice) arrived on time. They gave me a quote & I accepted it. As they began work, they found out that less work was required & gave me a new (lower) quote. They were friendly & highly professional. I am very pleased with their service. They are much better than any of the Big 3 plumbers in San Diego. I highly recommend them.
