Armon did a great job!! He replaced a broken drain pipe under our slab. Despite having to jackhammer the concrete and dig a trench from our kitchen, through the dining room into the front yard he kept the rest of the house clean and dust free. He was also very efficient, finishing the project is less than two weeks. He was very professional and easy to work with and a great communicator. I would highly recommend Armon Carter to anyone and will use him for any future projects.

Armon was excellent. He explained everything clearly and transparently. He cleared our clogged shower drain after another company had told us it needed more work.

Hot water heater flooded then wouldn't light. After 2 estimates to replace the unit, Armon said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it.". He had me dry it out then he came by, checked it and lit it. $$$aved me ..... Thanks again Armon.

I am an onsite manager for a 92-space mobile home park in Oceanside. Running a large property, I often have plumbing issues that arise. I initially called AC Plumbing Construction for a suspected overpressure issue, and was impressed that they didn’t try to sell me something I did not need. I ended up using them for a hot water heater tank service. They texted when they are on the way, kept me informed about what they want to do, and gave advice on preventing future issues. Professional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We had Bryson come over to our house, and repaired couple of pipe leaks in our family room ceiling. The job took about 4 hours, Bryson was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, explained what was going on with the issue to both of my husband and I. We were glad that we finally got our water back on the same day. We are happy with Rooter Hero plumbing's service. We will recommend the company to our neighbors and friends.

It was an emergency saturday evening, great plumbing company.Max is very humble and honest plumber. He was well on time fixed problem explained everything in detail. Cleaned each and everything and above all reasonable with 90 days warranty. Will definately call again verygood plumbing company keep it up.

The initial call for a plumber to come out and assess the issue was smooth. It was after the plumbers left when it went down hill. I had to call in two days later for the estimate, they repeatedly said the wrong pictures in the estimate. Finally was able to schedule an appointment. The tech called 6 hours before the appointment time sounding confused about the job and never showed to the appointment. I used the text line to follow up after an hour of no show and no response. The next morning I got an email asking to rate my experience 🤯

Bryant did a great job. He came in a timely manner, fixed our our problem with speed & was very professional. We highly recommend him!

I am very impressed with the service I received. It was a horrible midnight awaking with my restroom backing up and I experiencing stomach flu. The gentleman not only did a fantastic job with my issue but showed up 1 hours before his shift and the manager was extremely accommodating by making this happen. The young man went out of his way to see if I was ok and offered me a bucket while the restroom was out of order. It’s extremely rare to see service like this!

My technicians was Bryson, from the moment he was on my door he was super sweet, respectful. Not only he fix my kitchen sink but he also explain what was the problem and how to avoid having the same issue.

The company call me 2 time. The first time to confirmed that they received the order and the second time to let me know that he was on his way.

I’m really impressed and by the way today is Saturday, not a lot of company’s are open on Saturday and not a lot of companies work so efficient on a Saturday afternoon.

Gabriel was GREAT! He diagnosed and fixed my leaking bathtub within 15 minutes of being at my house most likely saving me hundreds of dollars. Very friendly and professional and highly recommended. He was able to do what a different plumber and owner weren’t able to do during 2 hour consultation visit. I will be using him again if needed.

Gilbert Herrera was the epitome of professionalism. We had an emergency repair last night in which he did not have the parts for, yet came on father's day to complete the job. I recommend him for any all plumbing work as he did what he said and if you got the extra mile for him he'll reciprocate.
