Our company has been partnering with Vanguard Plumbing & Drains for several years across our HOAs. They are consistently prompt, professional, and honest. Robert always diagnoses the issue quickly and takes care of the repairs right away, ensuring a seamless experience.

This is the 3rd time I have used Vanguard in the last 5 years and their service is nothing less than excellent. It began with a very polite receptionist who is knowledgeable about your problem and provided a fair estimate on the first call. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and respectful of home (even wore shoe covers!). He explained the repair thoroughly and even did an additional repair for the quoted price. I have used several plumbers in the last 30 yrs but none were ever half as good as Vanguard.

Robert was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He completed the work timely and was respectful about cleaning up after his work. Would use Vanguard again.

Scheduled me same day. Robert installed a Kohler toilet seat bidet. Interaction was very professional- he explained everything, service was clean and no issues whatsoever. I will contact them in the future. I highly recommend.

Robert at Vanguard Plumbing is one of a very few contractors I can recommend without reservation. He just cleaned our main drain line using the best tools to make sure it is a good as it can be. I believe this will give us another 20 years of proper drain flow. It is one of those repairs that is hardly ever done--until it is too late. I am so grateful that Robert helped me understand the need for it and led me to doing it before we needed to dig up the middle of our house. Thank you Robert.

Christmas Day I had a pipe burst, luckily neighbor shut off the water. Took a while to find a plumber to come. Robert, from Vanguard plumbing, came out gave me my options, gave me a price which seemed more than fair for the scope of work. Dave came at 10:00 am as promised and when I came home from work all was completed as promised and looked like no one had ever been here. To say I’m elated and relieved would be an understatement! These guys were excellent, communicated all the way through. Also they answer their phones. I highly recommend them, highly!!!!

Vanguard was wonderful! From start to finish, from estimate to clean up... super professional, friendly, honest, helpful, and easy to work with. Robert and Cathryn are a great team and we will definitely be recommending and using Vanguard again for all plumbing needs!

Bad experience. Be careful. Tech quoted $309 to do diagnose the problem. I decided to proceed. They came out, said I had a leak (which I already knew) and they needed to order parts. They then collected the $ and stopped communicating. Meanwhile, I have a plumbing leak and hole in my ceiling waiting and trying to get someone to communicate. It is unprofessional and caused me a bunch more work in addition to being out $309.

We have been using Vanguard for several years now. Robert is thorough and knowledgeable and always gets the job done to our satisfaction.

Robert provided on-time and excellent service with the sale and installation of my new water heater. Very knowledgeable and the installed water heater looks great. And best of all…fabulous price.

The service provider, Robert was very thorough and explained everything, providing a breakdown of everything at the end. We wanted an inspection of our whole condo to make sure there were no leaks. He suggested some fixes to make sooner, (faucets, connections) and some repairs that could wait a bit.

So happy I called Vanguard. Robert was very prompt, assessed our leaky pool fill valve, gave 2 different ways to fix it (temporary to buy some schedule time or completely). He was very very reasonable when it came time to pay for the service. I will be calling Vanguard again. Great service and professional.

Robert installed our 2 new toilets and the whole experience was wonderful!! He was quick on giving us a fair quote (we got multiple quotes and his was the best and he was the most knowledgeable!) We were able to get him out quickly to do the job. He was efficient, did the job perfectly, cleaned up after himself, and was overall just great to work with. We’ve had experiences with other plumbers and Robert is by far the best. He was referred to me by my dad, who he’s done several projects for him with great satisfaction. Will definitely use him for any future projects.

Armand the owner installed a water softener at our new home a month ago. The receptionists are very professional and personable but the owner is the exact opposite which I find it very strange. I called the owner to follow up on some outstanding items which he had previous discuss with my husband as I wasn't involve from the very beginning. Armand responded with a defensive tone saying that he is too busy to deal with this issue since he has an entire company to run and pushed me to schedule for another job (i.e. pay more money) if I want the issue to be resolved.

More IMPORTANTLY, the owner wanted us to pay more money than we previously agreed to. He said the service costs $900 when we talked to him on the phone and then he raised the price to $950 when he came on site to collect the money.

I would NEVER recommend AC Plumbing to anyone since there are so many other good plumbers out there. I guess I should have ask for a referral in the first place instead of trusting AC Plumbing.

Can't say enough good things about Armon and AC Plumbing. Honest, professional, prompt, fair, knowledgeable and nice are at the top of the list. Thanks for so many years of great service and I know we've saved lots of money others too.. You've saved us and our house many times. Thanks so much Armon.
