I was very happy with the service received from Robert. He is friendly and explains exactly what needs to be done and why you are having the issues that you are having. He took care of calling to get the parts covered under warranty and came out quickly after they arrived. I will definitely be calling them if I ever have another plumbing issue.

Vanguard did an outstanding job replacing an upstairs toilet drain pipe and flange. Dave arrived early, was professional, nice, and shared great info and advice regarding my plumbing system. Pricing is very fair for the work they do. Highly recommend Vanguard for any plumbing needs.

A friend told me he had a great plumber on the day I experienced a water leak that was coming out of a ceiling can light! Vanguard came within an hour and a half did a great job finding and repairing the leak. Dave was friendly, professional, and very easy to have in our house. Very Satisfied!

Robert from Vanguard is a fantastic ambassador - organized, detailed and efficient - if it was as simple as just Robert they’d be a one-stop shop. Unfortunately over the last two years I have not reached a live dispatcher 80-90% of the time. If I leave a VM I’m guaranteed to NOT receive a call back 100% of the time, making this a very iffy vendor for me in spite of Robert’s value.

Vanguard was great! I appreciated them giving a quote through messenger rather than saying they needed to come out and diagnose it first. Even though I was specific with what I wanted a quote for ( “How much for running a snake through our kitchen line?”), several companies did not want to give a quote at all. That is a red flag for me.
When he got here he was thorough, friendly, and professional! We will use them again in the future!
