We were very pleased with our plumbing project! They were very quick to come to our aide! Especially because it was on a weekend and many other companies didn't even respond!
The emergency call turned into a major plumbing repair that was handled expertly and with my timing needs considered. Dennis Strickler and Henry C.were great!

The shower and bathtub were not draining. Called after 5pm on a Thursday. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours. Did a great job! Drain was unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. Paid $77. Definitely recommend!

Jesse was polite, respectful, easy to talk to and did a fantastic job for us. He provided great customer service which is appreciated these days. We will definitely use rooter hero again and specifically ask for Jesse.

Jason came out to clear the drain of our kitchen sink an hour after I called and asked if anyone was available today (9am on Sat). He did a great job! Hopefully, I won't need to call them again anytime soon, but I will definitely recommend Rooter Hero to friends and neighbors.

Rooter Hero was prompt to answer my service call. Provided detailed steps on their service call and what to expect. The price was very reasonable. Arturo was at my house within an hour. He was respectfully of my property, very acknowledgable, and within minutes determined cause of clog. He cleared the sewer line to the street and then ensured all drain lines were working. Advice we had a 30-day guarantee.

The techs were very professional and nice, especially Jason. He was very detailed on what he was doing and he explained everything. Eric was also very nice and hard working. However, the company should be more clear on warranty and scheduling communication. Overall, I was happy with the service.

Jason was great! Very communicative about the process and checked with me during the repair to ensure i was in agreement with his plan. He stuck around after the repair was complete to ensure no further leaks! Will definitely use them again!

Jason Z at Rooter Hero arrived quickly when all of the drains backed up in my house. He was so helpful and patient. He explained what he was doing and why. He went above and beyond and even answered some of my (nosy) neighbors questions without charge. Jason was truly a class act and gets 10 stars from me. I would highly recommend!

Jason was THE BEST! I really don't know how he and his company could have been more impressive. They (Jason in particular) were fast, communicative, thorough, and very thoughtful presenting plans and alternatives. A couple times he "called the boss", won I don't know, and each time came back with really good news insights. What a team!

Max is great! He is highly professional, fast, and very neat! We had water pipes burst and flood in the bedroom . He fixed it, answered all our questions regarding the plumbing, and did his job wonderful. My husband and I are very pleased with the job he did for us! If, in the future, we will have any problems, we will definitely calling back to him. I will highly recommend his service to my friends.

Had a backup on the washer discharge and needed the line snaked. Called on a Saturday so I wasn't expecting much of a response time. Plumber James Macias from Rooter Hero was at the house in about an hour. Extremely professional, polite and he took pride in working for Rooter Hero. James had the clog cleared and everything cleaned up and put back in place in about 40 minutes. Great work and thank you

I had a water heater leaked on a Sunday evening. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing of San Diego was very responsive. Gil the plumber technician was sent to follow-up was very courteous, informative and professional, in less than 1 hour he arrived in our home address. The issue was addressed immediately and appropriately. He provided thorough assessment and explanation.

I also inquired with the pressure regulators and he gave his assessment and recommendations. He was very attentive to even provide the email via quote and was not pushy on getting it done.

The following day I called the company decided to do the pressure regulators. Gil was on time, courtesy calls was given for his ETA which I highly appreciate and he finished the pressure regulators without any issues.

He remained very professional and excellent customer service.

If you have any plumbing issues and water leaks this is the company you need to call for.

I was not able to have them fix my water heater due to my insurance has their assigned contractors but otherwise I very satisfied with their services.

FYI this company is open 24/7 which is a life saver.

Had a slow drain in shower. Saw their ad for drain cleaning for <$100. Setup online appt and the guy came within few hours. However, then he quoted a price 3x! I was at work so he called me and said I had to approve quote on a recorded line (prob bc they do this quite often). It was a simple drain clean and he was done in 30 mins. But upcharging that much seemed part of the plan and not based on the actual effort (it was a new bathroom). Next time I’ll shop around.
