I needed a pipe to get lined. They lined it, then asked me a 8k. I was a bit surprised by the amount but I agreed to pay it, but I needed to do it in 2 payments. I paid 5k immediately. They freaked out and called me every 2 days for their money. Who does that?

Lane, the plumber was awesome, but that's as far as good service went. Management is very poorly run and unprofessional like it out of someone's garage. I would not even recommend this place to my enemy.

My water heater broke and was flooding my town home. Brinks sent out Brandon and he was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly and replaced the water heater without any issues. He even coordinated with the emergency vac company to come out and dry my carpets. I would highly reccomend brinks thanks to Brandon!

Professional and competent. Found the leak quickly, minimal wall damage (only had to cut a relatively small hole) and fixed the leak quickly. Two other plumbing companies were not able to help us because they couldn’t find the source of the leak. I’m so glad I called and got the problem taken care of...finally. I bought an older house and decided to get a sewer line video inspection to check the quality of the old cast iron pipes. The inspection confirmed the older pipes and found some slight root intrusion at the clay pipes, but it didn't seem like a deal killer to me.

Cue some work a few weeks later, and upon excavating a small line repair we discovered that the old cast iron lines actually had no bottom to them. Pacific Drain was doing some work down the street so I had them take a look. One day and a couple of used car salesmen moments later and I had a quote for a $25,000 pipe reline.

That night I hit the internet and ended up getting a couple of replies from a few other companies in the morning. One company came over and gave me a new quote for $15K. then I got a call from Bill Brink and he looked at my inspection video and said I could just get the old cast iron lines cleaned, and should reline the clay pipes. The quote was for $5600 and after some confirmations of the work and some assurances for the longer term usage of my pipes, I decided to pull the trigger. The work is 95% complete and the work is top notch.

Brinks Services to the rescue again!! I was at one of my top clients today when a pipe burst flooding part of their warehouse. I told them to call Brinks after the perfect job they did for us on a leaking pipe. Brinks had a technician there in under 30 minutes and he jumped right on it. Pipe fixed they had him seal the other ones he identified could be an issue in the future as well. Top notch work and made me a real hero to my client for recommending them, BIG WIN for me on that one. Thanks Brinks, you're my #1 go to for sure!

Brinks did what another company told me could not be done without ripping up and replacing all of the pipes; they unclogged the drain in my master bathroom. Richard ran a video camera through our closet flange (toilet pipe) and found heavy buildup. He said we did not have any cracks or roots inside the pipes so we did not have to immediately sleeve the pipe. For the same amount of money as the other company to just work on one bathroom, we can clean both of our bathroom pipes, the main pipe, and have a double sweep installed. Richard is hands down the nicest and most honest plumber I have ever met. Brinks should give him a raise because I will be calling them instead of the other company for pipe maintenance. Very easy to book the appointment. Contacted 2 other plumbers and got no response. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and efficient. The job went fine even though it was more involved them I anticipated. I will definitely use Brinks again.

Brinks is now our go-to and the only plumbing service we will use moving forward. Karley was very personable and accommodating, she understood my layman description of our issue and was able to dispatch an expert to our home on our schedule. Tino, the responding technician, was THE BEST! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to clearly explain the issue with our tub spout, what steps would need to be taken, and provided quotes for two timing scenarios. I really appreciated him setting realistic expectations before work began. After having multiple plumbing issues in our home in the past and working with less qualified individuals, it was so nice to have Tino’s calm confidence at work.

We had a major pipe leak underneath our house earlier this year. We actually had water come up through our floor heating vents...total disaster.

We had done two remodels in the house in the past ten years, done by two different contractors. It didn't help that our house is 30 years old. We have had three different "water events" in the past five years, and were on the verge of being cancelled by our insurance company.

One of the things I learned is that plumbers, like insurance companies use cute or funny ads on TV to gain market share, but the are all pretty much the same. We had two different plumbing companies come in to fix the problem. The leaks continued. We have pretty nice house, so the bids to fix the problem

were all over the map. The 3rd plumber was from the remediation company, and in my view the only honest one, told us about epoxy coating. He said it was a far better alternative than repiping our entire house.

Enter Bill Brink and Brinks services.

Bill Brinks came out personally to inspect our home. His bid was prompt and a bit eye opening, but it was thorough and easy to understand, and definitely not scribbled on a pink form. I check a couple of references, and they were impeccable. We had to leave our home for a week, as the amount of pipes and equipment and trucks was pretty overwhelming.. They did a through job of protecting our home, and in the end, we were very happy with the result. His epoxy coating has a lifetime warranty,, and his fixtures have a ten year manufactures warranty.

Bill Brinks is a man of great integrity, with a great staff of plumbers, with really large trucks!

Brandon was our technician. He was amazing going above and beyond explaining everything that we needed to know about and fixing our main water valve which was leaking. He also answered questions for us about what could help us with future issues that may occur. He also took the extra time explaining to us questions and concerns that we had about other plumbing issues. We enjoyed his professionalism, kindness, respect and patience and his knowledge that he gave us. He's an an outstanding employee and plumber and went above and beyond which is more than other plumbers these days.

Had a slab leak. After receiving a quote for complete re-pipe from one local company, I contacted Brinks for information on pipe re-lining. The service technician took the time on the phone to explain why that couldn't be an option. And because he did, I made an appointment to have them come out and also quote a re-pipe. After examining the situation their recommendation was to fix in place, which I went with. Dan and Mike knew what they were doing. The repair was made in one day. Both gentlemen were competent, cordial, and again, took the time to help me understand the repair process.

I was very pleased with Brinks installing the 50 feet of lining in our sewer pipe that was necessary due to root intrusion. Bill was a pleasure to work with, as was Ryan in his accounting department. Tino, who was at my job site from the first camera work to the hydro-jetting to the installation of the re-lining was stellar. Very polite, always on time and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and kindness. I would highly recommend!

Fredy M from Mastercraft Plumbers did an excellent job installing all the plumbing for our new kitchen counter tops. He also installed our new faucet, soap dispenser, garbage disposal and switch, and reconnected our dish washer. He made sure everything worked correctly and made sure there were no leaks. Everything looks great and works perfectly.

Manny was my plumber, he was courteous, friendly and informative and explained exactly what he was going to do. The installation was exactly what I wanted and he did a beautiful job. The price was competitive and there was even some room for negotiation which I appreciated. I'm very happy with the repair and would use Mastercraft Plumbers again without hesitation.

I thought we already posted this review, so here's the second attempt...Jeremy and JJ provide extraordinary service! They listened carefully to our concerns, were very kind and patient answering all of our questions, explained what was done in detail and the cost of service was surprisingly lower than expected.
