We were overdue on our backflow certification because we had been traveling. We called Mr Backflow and they were able to complete the work for us the next day. Very efficient and professional! Would definitely recommend!

We had a situation that required immediate service or the city inspector was going to shutdown a multi-million dollar construction project. One phone call to Mr. Backflow and we had a repair in motion. Within 90 minutes, there was a repair tech onsite getting us in compliance with the city and keeping us moving. Outstanding customer service...we will definitely be using Mr. Backflow for all of our projects.

First time I was in a pinch with work starting on my job and needed to get my backflow certified before I could begin I called around getting the runarounds from many different companies until I found Mr backflows contact and he was on it within 24 hours I had my certification from the city and he walked me through the whole process super fast and painless I was extremely grateful second time was about 6 months later I had vandalism on my backflow and the city stopped us until it could be repaired I thought it was beyond repair and I would have to get a new one and recertify it but again Mr backflow was on it and save the day I eventually learned a bit later the great lengths and many hours that were spent by the Mr backflow team that night in getting my backflow valve back up and running as it should be Long story short Mr backflow truly cares and there is no one else myself or anyone on my team will be using. Side note their follow-ups and how they keep in touch with clients is very very impressive great great company You would be foolish to go anywhere else

On my first phone call Mr. backflow answered. In about a five minute conversation and a few minutes online I was set up for backflow that morning as they were in my neighborhood, taking care of several other jobs as well The job was completed a couple of hours later.
I took care of the bill online very easy to work with and the price was reasonable.

I own a restaurant in Carlsbad Village and my backflow failed in the middle of a nice day. I called Mr. Backflow and they were out within 20 minutes and had the issue fixed 20 minutes later and I was back in business. Quick friendly reliable service and I would highly recommend.

This company did a great job re-piping our entire condo building. They also installed a new water heater and toilet for our unit. They did an excellent job. I had my whole house repiped, and they were quick and professional. They made it so we could still live in the home as they were doing it. They even stayed late one night so that we wouldn't be without water. They worked non stop it seemed. I would recommend them to everyone. They also installed a tankless water heater and a One System house filtration system. Both I'm very pleased with.

On July 16th Peter Tomson came to our home, evaluated our mini-disaster and, before the day was out, provided us with a succinct, comprehensive written proposal. Peter exuded tremendous knowledge, experience and confidence in his oral and written communication (you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression). We were seeking quality products and service at a fair price and accomplished in a timely manner. This firm exceeded our expectations and we are very grateful. The work was actually done by Stefan and Simeon Mirkov, a father/son team whose skills, work ethic and attitudes were exemplary.
