He walked us through the problem in simple terms and gave us options instead of pushing the most expensive fix. The repair was done the same day and the house warmed up right away. Very satisfied with the experience.

Marcelo was friendly and professional and did a great job installing my new smart thermostat. He made sure to stay until it was definitely working. I called this morning and he came day of. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from your company.

During my call, your employee Ben R. was unable to locate my company in the system and insisted that the ONLY way to find it was by phone number. When I asked him to search by company name or address, I was told that it was “not possible.”

As a result of this incompetence, I was told I could not purchase anything. This was said despite the fact I said that we've been working with H&C for many years. This makes absolutely no sense.

I also explained that I was looking for a part for a Rheem condenser that I purchased from H&C about 4 years ago. How exactly was I able to buy that unit without having an account in your system?

Only after I asked for the employee’s full name so I could escalate this issue to management was I finally transferred to a manager, Jim. And what was the resolution? I was simply told that this was a “misunderstanding.” In other words, nothing was resolved, no accountability was taken, and I was essentially brushed off.

After years of doing business with your company, this is how loyal customers are treated? Completely unacceptable.
