These guys are rock stars and deserve six stars! I've had them do several small jobs in my condo and they are always on time, very personable, do a perfect job, and sometimes if the job ends up being very small they don't even charge me! Amazing! Highly recommend

While the plumbing service was Okay, several other things were not. They broke our entry gate , and while admitting they broke it, refused to fix it. Their supervisor, Chris, is one of the most unreliable people I have ever encountered. He frequently did not show up (even when he said "almost there". He did not return calls and he was always late. While repairing some pipe, they spilled hot solder on our carpet which will not come out. Again, they are non-responsive. They are also very expensive.

Wow these guys rock!! Shaun came out to fix a leaky bathroom sink valve. He looked like he coukd do it in his sleep. From turning off the water at the street to changing the valve he was done within 10 minutes! He also told us our toilet was in need of a part in the future but didn't try to sell it to us. I told him we'll wait until it's leaking like the sink valve. Thanks again Rockstar plumbing for the prompt service along with knowledgeable service dudes like Shaun

I trust Chris at Rockstar Plumbing with my life. That is only partially an exaggeration. He is like a plumbing super genius who treats you like a favorite cousin. I recommended him to all of my family members. Everybody who has used him has also raved about him and everybody else at his company.

Rockstar plumbing lives up to its name. Our sink was backed up, and our garbage disposal was jammed. We initially called a different plumber who wanted over $1000 to do a massive plumbing job. Then we called Rockstar and Trevor cleared everything up in a minute. Go Rockstar!

I am a Realtor and have used Rockstar for numerous clients. Chris V is my favorite. He is knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to, and his bids have always been reasonable. I first met them when they came out to bid a sewer line replacement and they were so on the ball they have become my top recommendation.

Holy moly, I cannot believe that I have found an honest, plumbing company! I called them for a backed up toilet, and the person on the phone was so professional and they even called to confirm the appointment the night before. They gave me a one hour window unlike all the companies that give you a four hour window. Chris, the plumber came out and used a small tool to try to get it unclogged which didn't work...When I realized that the next step would be taking the toilet off and snaking the line, I asked to reschedule that appointment for the weekend when my husband would be here. My husband decided that we would just buy a new toilet if the plumber was going to have to reset the toilet anyway. Chris from Rockstar came today for the appointment and we were shocked to see that our original toilet, after plunging it again, was actually flushing properly. Here's where the honesty begins with this company and with their employee Chris.
Chris figured out that the mechanism inside the toilet was not filling up the tank properly and therefore when it flushed it was not emptying the tank which resulted in water not pushing the waste out of the toilet and that's why it got stuck in the first place. Instead of charging us $350 today as to what we agreed on he figured out that it wasn't our bad toilet. It was just the mechanism and the things inside the toilet. He replaced all of those pieces inside today and charged us $149. There are many plumbing companies that I'm sure would've stuck it to me and my husband today because we just simply did not know. I'm not sure who the owner is but it's employees like this that come out and don't scam homeowners that make your company look good. We have multiple properties and our friends are all in real estate and for sure we will only be using this company from now on because of the honesty that came from Chris today. He saved me a 400 toilet and 350 to snake my line to the street. Even the $350 to snake our line to the street was a incredible price. I can't recall one time in my history of home ownership that I have not had a company come out and attempt to upsell me. Thank you Chris for not only fixing the issue but figuring out how it started in the first place. Also, we really appreciate being notified within that hour that you were in transit to us. Companies these days don't see the bigger picture...instead of getting your business one time with a crazy bill, this one was actually honest which makes a loyal customer who will continue telling this story as free advertisement which is worth way more than that 200 that you didn't take from us today. Grateful!

We have used rockstar for jobs big and small. They aren't the cheapest but they're the best...trust me, you do not want to cheap out on good plumbing!!! We had exceptional and fast service from Brandon, who was friendly and professional and fixed our issue with the kitchen sink. We highly recommend this company!

Had Rockstar plumbing out for the second time today and Josh came out for both repairs. Once again, the service/experience was great and not only was the repair done to fix the issue, but in both cases the fixes were done better than the way it was originally. Very impressive!

Hugo and Greg were terrific. Had an issue, and within 2 days they were here and changed a old rusty water valve. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Will be using them in the future, and would recommend Rockstar Plumbing to everyone. Thanks!

The whole team I worked with from dispatch to plumbing to billing were all rockstars! Jimmy was able to get us in next day. Chris came out to see what the job was and was able to complete same day (amazing!!) and Spencer in billing was a pleasure to work with. Nothing but positive things to say about the whole gang at Rockstar Plumbing. 10/10 would recommend.

Incredible, professional service from Hugo and everyone else we dealth with at Rockstar Plumbing. Have had them out twice, got straight answers, paid a fair price and fast, professional, courteous service. It means something to have professionals come to your home in uniform, with the correct tools, and a professional attitude. From the description and the names, I think the 1-star review here must have a case of mistaken identity. These guys are the best. Don't hesitate to call them.

Trevor has now provided service twice for our townhouse--installing a new water heater and snaking a kitchen sink, plus partly rebuilding it. He's been super knowledgeable and informed us about our options, taking into account that we are in a complex with an HOA. We'll be contracting Trevor for any future work!

Rockstar Plumbing is the best. I have used them now 3 times for 3 different issues and they are always on time and professional, treat my issues with a sense of urgency, and give me an honest assessment of my options and pros/cons of each option. All the work is always done at a high level and I haven't had repeat issues after they have addressed the previous issue. I feel completely comfortable with them for any of my plumbing needs and won't be calling anyone else in the future.

Repeat customer here. Fixed my broken sewer line two years ago, did my vent cleanouts about 6 months later, replaced my hot water heater today. Joe and his guys know what they're doing, are highly efficient and I have always been treated fairly. They even take calls on the weekend. You can trust them.

Excellent Plumbing Service!
I’m so glad that I called Rockstar Plumbing Service to help me with my plumbing problems. Josh is the best Tecnician I’ve ever hired. He was honest, efficient and kept my bathrooms clean during his work. He fixed 2 toilets and a sink fixture and the price was reasonable. This company is on my ‘go to’ list now.

Had a great experience today with Rockstar Plumbing. Start to finish everything was perfect. Booking the appointment was simple, got a confirmation call the day before and a text that morning. Hugo was the best! He showed up right at the beginning of the hour window and was very thorough. He gave us an extremely detailed quote about some costly repairs on a home we are considering purchasing. I definitely recommend Rockstar, and Hugo!!
