Joe Assad and the entire team at Tip Top Drain Pros have quickly become the plumbers of my dreams. They are responsive, hard-working, professional, personally lovely, and have been great every step of the way as we have encountered some bathroom plumbing issues that led to a full remodel. I cannot imagine using any other plumber now. I know that Joe and team will make sure that our issues are resolved and that the work is done competently. Can't recommend them enough!

When it comes to gas lines, things need to be fixed right the first time. I have used Tip Top before and their work is solid.

This time my wife and I called them in an emergency at 2am for a gas leak that was detected by the gas company.

The first thing I love about this company is there is no car salesman style haggling like with other plumbing companies. When you're stressed out you just want a fair price and the repairs to get going. Luckily, Tip Top does just this. The owner Dave offered us a great price and the plumbing team was working on our gas lines by 9am! Life savers!!

Cesar and his crew were professionals and kept me in the loop with every step of the repair process. There were no "surprise charges" like with other companies. They were fast, efficient, and knew their work.

Luis was, hands down, perhaps the most knowledgeable and impressively skilled plumbing professional that I have met. He calmly explained the work process and most impressively he even pointed out a few things to prevent future plumbing problems. This is why I trust this company. Because it's not about selling me on more work. It's about getting it done right the first time.

I will definitely keep using this company and I will recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I would like to commend Michael Gomez for his respond to our plumbing issue. It did not work the first time he corrected the problem, but he was quick to respond when we called him to let him know that there was a break on the connection he did. He was quick to respond, dealt with it on the same day we called and FIX it ! He has a positive demeanor, pleasant to talk to and explained what his plan to correct the problem. Thank you Michael !

Searched on line for a reputable plumber. I called Tip Top and spoke to the owner, David who was very nice, helpful, and fair on a price quote. Scheduled a next day appointment. Luckily got a quick call back from their Field Manager Willie who said he could come right out. Willie could not have been more lovely or professional. Was really patient, and answered all my questions on other plumbing matters. Would give Willie 10 stars if could. Thanks guys!

I contacted them online and they responded immediately. They came out to perform a free inspection/estimate to replace 2 shower nozzles/mixing valves. The price they provided was less than other plumbers so I just had them do the work while they were there. They got the parts and performed the work all in about an hour. It was a quick and cost-effective experience that really helped me out in a pinch! Highly recommend them

This company is simply WOW! I can't praise them enough. Mike was extremely responsive, professional and thorough. When he said he was sending his best team to replace my sewer, he was not kidding. The team of professional, polite, kind and diligent brothers (4 on day one and 6 of them on day 2) efficiently dug the trenches for my new sewer and quickly had the new sewer connected and working in 2 and a quarter days. The bid was fair and the job took 2.5 days less than the other company that gave me a bid. I wondered how Tip Top Drain Pros & Plumbing Experts had such good reviews before I hired them. Now I know why!! I recommend them highly. (NOTE: they did a substantial sewer replacement vs. a sewer repair.)

I reached out to them on Easter Sunday when we determined we had a gas leak. Gas company came out and shut us down. Having a toddler - my wife and I needed hot water and heat immediately and were concerned at the situation lurking under our home.

I received a personalized and thorough response directly from the owner, David. I spoke to him that afternoon (on a Sunday) and he assured me he would have a plumber scheduled for Monday morning.

The next day - right on schedule - Willie came to my home to assess the situation. Willie was knowledgeable and thorough in evaluating what was wrong. Our gas lines were a mess and even with bad news, Willie had a plan to solve the situation effectively and efficiently. He is a pro and I trusted him the start.

Over a couple days, Willie had a crew of excellent and hardworking plumbers - Jose, Pablo and Jose - out to my home. They were accommodating and continuously updated me on progress. The three plumbers worked non-stop and because our situation was such a mess, they were able to identify problems and rectify them.

So even with bad news - they had solutions. Willie, Jose, Pablo and Jose went the extra mile to turn what was a mess of a system into a well oiled machine.

The gas company came out after Tip Top left and remarked at the well done repair job and fired our gas up immediately.

My wife and I now have the peace of mind knowing that our potentially hazardous situation was repaired by professionals who took their job and responsibility seriously.

Besides being accommodating and doing great work Tip top is also very affordable and as the issues developed they were thorough with their explanation so I felt comfortable along the way.

I had a major gas leak. Tip Top came at the earliest time their next morning of operation, and operated a leak detection search, and found it within a half hour. They showed me photos of my entire gas system, revealing that its entire 74 year old piping system was corroded. They gave me 3 different options for repair and repair +upgrade. I chose to repipe the entire system. They finished the large job within 2 days. Their price was fair and competitive with all the highest-rated companies. They left technicians with me for 4 hours after finishing to wait for the SoCal Gas Co. man to turn on the gas again. They cleaned up the work areas in my house to immaculate (looking as if they were never there). I'm very satisfied with their work for me, and would recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair jobs.

Mike came to our rescue when we were in emergency mode with a massive leak in our backyard. He quickly identified the issue, location of the leak, and had it fixed almost immediately. He was very fair and transparent with pricing and I loved the constant communication and progress updates throughout the day. I’m so glad I called these guys!

I had an underground gas leak that no one could pinpoint the location of, including my regular plumber and the gas company. Tip Top brought out their gas detection expert (third-party) who found the leak within 15 minutes. I was worried it would be super expensive, but Tip Top gave me a very fair price for repairing the line (under concrete), installing an isolation valve, and doing a concrete patch. The team showed up on time the next morning, fixed the problem, and left everything clean and looking great, including the patched concrete. Everyone who came out - Mike, Izaiah, and team - was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tip Top again and to recommend their work to others.

Michael fixed my 88 year old mother’s very big plumbing break today. In pouring rain, he replaced a broken, poorly connected waterline with a simple strong design that includes a shut off valve. He made the repair and added value. He was kind, straightforward and diligent. At the end of the day he sat patiently and listened to her stories.

My Hydrojetting service was originally rushed and left incomplete, but Tip Top Pluming sent the crew back and Cesar and Lewis took the time the second time around and did a great job. They are going to provide me with a corrective actions report and a cost estimate. Great customer service!

I don't post a lot of reviews, but I felt that I needed to for a company like this. They were prompt on time Caesar communicated with me on a professional level, always answered any questions. I had. I think Gus and Lewis helped him on the job. They did an amazing job. They left the place clean and I can't say how grateful I am. I just wanted to say thank you to the full crew.
