I was charged a service fee for Rockstar Plumbing to come out and not fix my slow drain. I was told that a portion of my wall had to be removed and the pipe replaced and given a "estimate" of $1800 for this work. Oh, and then I was going to be responsible for the drywall repair and paint.

Well guess what, 2 bottles of Liquid Plumber fixed my drain.

David from Rockstar Plumbing did a great job assessing the plumbing at one of my buildings. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain potential issues and solutions. I highly recommend requesting David for your next plumbing job—he’s professional, communicative, and easy to work with.

Honest and straightforward. Installed a home water pressure regulator and repaired surrounding pipes. Josh, the plumber, was skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to up sell me on improvements I do not immediately need but that he made me aware of. I would recommend Rockstar Plumbing and will use them for my next project/ repair.

Seriously one of the best plumbers to just tell you how it is and then show you why it’s happening. Our toilet was cracked and started leaking called after hours and he came did the work and didn’t complain once. Our water didn’t fully shut off and he had a trick for that. Rockstar Plumbing came out and gave me two estimates, one for repiping and the other for a simple bathroom update. The day they arrived to start 8/16/23, I discovered that they didn’t plan on the bathroom update. I told them we would have to reschedule. Hugo scrambled to find someone that could update the bathroom, so I let the technicians start the job. When they finished, and turned the water on, there were multiple leaks. I asked them if they checked the attic for leaks, they told me they did. I reached out to Hugo and told him that I wasn’t comfortable with the work done and asked for someone to come inspect. He was unresponsive. Two days later I woke to my living room flooded with water that was coming from the ceiling, where the new pipes were laid. I called and texted Hugo that there was an emergency and he never responded. He did pocket dial me, so I knew he was with his phone.
My livingroom ceiling was never fixed properly. The bathroom update was never finished- the window trim was never painted, the hardware to the bath/shower aren’t centered, there is a gaping hole showing from behind the sink vanity, the walls were painted with two different colors of white. The reglaze to the bathtub started chipping after the first shower. I called the technician that did the bathroom work and he told me he no longer had a car to get to my house to finish the job.
2 years later, I discover that they didn’t strap ANY of the pipes down. Rockstar did send two technicians out on 6/2/25. They strapped the pipes down, except the ones they couldn’t reach and they are still banging in the walls. Rockstar Plumbing is a nightmare, I’m sorry I trusted them with my home.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and price structure to complete the repair to our sewer line.

We had a gas leak somewhere under our 20’ wide, 100’ long driveway, which had six inches of cement with rebar in it, topped with 6” pavers. Tip Top was able to locate the exact location of the leak, remove only fifteen pavers and dig down five feet into the dirt to replace the damaged gas pipe in the middle of the driveway. They were meticulous during the entire process. They then refilled the hole and compacted the dirt so that we could patch the concrete and replace the pavers back into position. There was zero dirt or debris left and, of course, their repair passed inspection. The entire process took TWO DAYS. We’re back in our house and I couldn’t be happier with Tip Top’s service. I highly recommend them.

Thank you Tip Top for making my problem drains not a lasting headache . called these guys for a shower backup and they came quickly without a big sales pitch. They cleared the drain and had me back on track.
