Wow I'm so grateful to you guys! I called Most Valuable Plumber this morning from work for a drain clog. Other plumbers were giving me dates far out and the woman on the phone was so kind and understanding and connected me with Mateo Velasquez. Mateo came about 10-15 minutes after he called and was so kind, professional and efficient. He had the drain unclogged in like 10-15 minutes. Now I get to enjoy my whole weekend I appreciate you Mateo and am so so thankful!

I rarely write reviews, but after the incredible service I received from Alex T., I felt truly compelled to share my experience.

Alex quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in simple terms, and laid out my options without pressure or upselling. Adam Alvarez spent hours reconstructing our plumbing system this weekend. He was honest, hard working and provided clear communication. We will be calling him in future. He is the type of professional one would hope to have assist them with their home. Our photo provided reflects the professionalism in how Adam leaves your home when he is done, clean and back to normal.

We called MVP plumbing company for their services. They did a tremendous work Adam Alvarez and his team did a fantastic job, finding the leak detection, pipe cleaning with hydrojet and did the pipe repair. Adam and Manny arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. Adam was honest and had clear communication. They were respectful of our home, left the area clean, used drop cloths and plastic wrap to prevent the dust from going around the house. They went out of their way and cleaned the kitchen and under the sink. We were very happy with the with the results will definitely call them back again! If any issues arise. Highly recommend for any major plumbing work. They were very hardworking and really appreciate their work and service.

Tony A was the kindest and most thorough plumber I’ve ever had. As the saying goes “ the customer comes first” I felt heard, and very trusting of the knowledge he had . A very high recommendation indeed !

After a week of trying to fix the standing water in our shower we broke down and called Rooter Hero. Gabriel and Josh showed up on time and with smiles. They were patient with my questions (which I _really_ appreciated) and very knowledgeable. ALL costs we clear and upfront, with documentation shown beforehand for all work to be done.

After knocking out the shower issue - they asked if I wanted them to look at a kitchen sink concern I'd mentioned. With the bang-up job they did with the bathroom, I knew I had to have them look at the sink too.

Turns out the persistent low water pressure with the sink - and throughout the house - was not _entirely_ the fault of the 60+ year old galvanized pipes. After they looked at the pressure regulator readings, all things point to 'yes' this was the source of (most of) our pressure issues. Since Gabe had a replacement regulator, they swapped it out in the same visit. Josh showed me my old one and the inside looked like something fished up from the Titanic!

BONUS: Not only does the shower drain again - the pressure throughout the WHOLE house is now steady as a rock.

Thanks again to Gabe & Josh for going above and beyond. We'll definitely request them specifically the next time something acts up around here 💯

Tony A thank you for your customer service and honest feedback on this issue. Although we didn’t resolve it he was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend contacting Rooter Hero and asking for Tony to assist with your plumbing issues.

Tony Alas was absolutely amazing I had 2 other plumbers come out and both were unable to fix my problem. I was honestly losing hope until Tony came out. He is the only plumber I will call for the rest of my life. He tackled my nightmare like it was nothing, other plumbers came out and couldn’t even find the problem and were saying they would have to open up walls to figure out what was going on!!! Tony went all through my house in , out, under and he found the problem under the house!!! He saved me thousands of dollars and many sleepless nights. If you want a truly honest highly skilled plumber Tony is definitely your man .

Tony was very nice, family orientated, and Reasonable.
