Eddie Valdez came to our condo at 3130 Montrose Ave, La Crescenta # 108 on 12/26/25 and was quick, polite, knowledgeable , extremely honest in his diagnosis. He educated us as to what could have caused the pilot on our water heater to go out. He told us our options and told us, when we inquired, about tankless water heaters which we now have an appointment with your company to install. We would easily do repeat business with your company because of our experience with Eddie. We had never used your company before this date.

My grandparents were having some trouble with backed up pipes and he had met a guy at i believe home depot, Eddie Valdez. He was super nice when helping my grandfather and recommended Rooter Hero. We had a someone at our house within teo hours. Joshua Holts took almost no time at all helping my grandfather clear the pipes and recommending things to do in order to fix the issues. They were so nice and completely understanding in helping my grandfather. Absolutely amazing service.

Tony A. Was so professional and really took the time to explain what the issue was. He really cared about making sure I was comfortable with the work being done, and I appreciated his attention to detail and his knowledge. I plan on jetting my line soon and will definitely be calling Rooter Hero and requesting Tony A do the work. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about Rooter Hero. They came out the same night, in the rain, to take care of a clogged backyard area drain when it really couldn’t wait. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days.
Eddie was absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting the job done right. He explained what was going on, worked efficiently despite the weather, and made sure everything was flowing perfectly before he left.

Eddie was great. I live in a cyn. and he had to go up and down the hill measuring the length of where water main pipes would be installed. He asked many questions to make sure he understood. He took enough time to talk so we understood also. He was so friendly and professional. Thank you Eddie.

I had an amazing experience with Eddie V.! He came to diagnose an issue with my dishwasher, and from the moment he arrived, it was clear he truly knows his craft. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got to the bottom of the problem in no time. You can tell he has years of experience, he didn’t waste time, he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything clearly.

I had an amazing team of professionals come to my house and get us back up and running. It was a big job. Travis, Joshua and AJ came out the first evening and stayed past midnight doing what they could so that I could use my plumbing until the next day. The very next day, they were here at 9am. I jokingly asked, did you guys sleep in your Van? They worked hard all day to complete the job. David the supervisor came to make sure I was good with the job that needed to be done and to address any questions I had. AJ and Albert came back 2 days later once the inspector signed off to put dirt back and pour concrete. Great job I might add.
Johnathan and Chuck came back out today to make good on a promise they made me to add a copper water line for my fridge ice maker. (I had forgotten they said they would take care of that for me)
I’m truly grateful for the extra care and them all putting up with my dog that just wanted to be friends with them. :-) I would highly recommend Rooter Hero to any and all of my friends and colleagues.

Called up Rooter Hero this morning for a clogged drain, they got back to me almost instantly and sent out Tony A. within about an hour from initial call. Amazing work, Tony was super professional, kind, engaging and informative. Kept the work area nice and clean the whole time and got right to the point of what my problem could be and fixed it right away. Tony A. and his crew were great. Hard working, respectful, helpful and cautious in the areas they were working. I had a back bathroom’s galvanized pipes replaced due to blockage & corrosion. Tony A, a funny guy, kept my panic to a minimum during the complicated & destructive process. He made sure the project was done to my satisfaction and bathroom was put back together. Even helping to recruit floor person to help finish the bathroom

Tony A was fantastic. He helped me clear a blockage in the original toilet line of my 75+ year old home and was kind, honest, and refreshingly straightforward. No upselling, no nonsense. Just solid work and clear communication. He had the energy of a cool uncle who knows exactly what he’s doing. As a homeowner, I wish more utility guys were this easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We had an unfortunate experience with our plumbing this past weekend, and ended up with a whopping bill to cover it. But, it was Sunday and it was an emergency call, so there's that.

Fortunately for us, our service tech was fantastic. He was very detailed about the issues, thoroughly explained what was going to happen step by step, and was extremely pleasant all throughout the many hours he was with us. He even helped us reinstall a toilet that began leaking as a result of an overly ambitious person's (maybe me) belief in plunging it enough that it would fix the problem, only to end up smushing the wax seal beneath the fixture and causing the leak.

Samuel Gonzalez was his name, and while Roto Rooter isn't going to be the least expensive option in the world of plumbing, I cannot imagine you'll find anyone nicer than him. Thanks for all the help Sam!

The repairman was very courteous and considerate. He did his work quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t ask for better.

Ignacio is the best. He came to my home A year ago to look at a toilet that I was having issues with and another plumber said needed to be replaced, he fixed it! Yesterday he came to my daughter’s house to clear a sink and the tub and not only took care of the problem, but left both areas spotless. I trust the work he does and the price is very fair. D was so kind throughout the process. He was not only helpful with explaining the process but was also kind to my kids who were wondering who what the heck he was doing! He not only cleaned our tub after but he re-caulked both of our toilets and left our bathroom cleaner than it was prior!

Ignacio was great! We were having issues with our sink leaking and he quickly assessed the issue and was able to repair it easily. He was very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what was wrong and things to watch out for in the future.

Highly recommend Roto Rooter especially Stevie! It’s always hard to find a good reliable plumber. Our kitchen sink was overflowing and he was able to fix it.
