The tech Wajdi was great. Took care of a problematic drain quickly but he did not rush. He made sure to test it thoroughly before he left. I'm very happy and will use this roto rooter again.

Our plumber was straightforward, honest, and clear in communication. He found the root issue and didn’t even charge us for everything he did. We’ll use roto rooter in the future for any plumbing problem.

My technician Steve was super helpful and walked me through the process of his work, steps needed and follow up items to ensure the problem is resolved. He was clean, using gloves and shoe covers. He also cleaned up after himself and was thorough in his estimation and quoting process.

Wajdi (pronounced Waj- dee) was great. Very friendly and efficient. He showed up on time and quickly solved my problem. I have 2 small children and my main toilet was mysteriously clogged. He was able to assess that the clog was likely not too far down the pipes before presenting me with my options. He easily snaked the toilet and flushed the toilet repeatedly to ensure the clog was truly gone. Would highly recommend!

I had an emergency situation where I wasn’t able to connect my new washer back to my water valves due to heavy corrosion. Not only were they able to come within 2 hours of my call but I had new valves fully replaced and ready to go just a couple hours later. My tech’s name was WAJDI. He was kind, knowledgeable, and kept me in constant communication with all the steps he would go through to replace my valves and reassure my new washer would fit properly. The service was great, the turnaround time was fantastic, and taking everything into consideration the price was fair. Great job! Everything that was an issue in the bathroom was addressed and works perfectly, including the blocked drain. After he finished the messy job, Adam left the room cleaner than when he arrived! I would trust Roto-Rooter with any job in the future.
