Tony A. is great! First visit, he describes job clearly with options. He worked with his mgmt to clarify and negotiate quote. During the job, when an issue was encountered, he was quick to provide future options, completed as much of the job as possible, and helped renegotiate final price. Thanks to mgmt for quick price response to job changes. Job was completed as expected. Guys doing job were great. I will definitely consider Rooter Hero for future work.

Eddie came quick, assessed the problem and solution, shared a few different options, and then quickly completed the work. Then after he was done, he went around and showed me a few things about the water line as an added bonus.

We were taken care of by plumber Jonathan Trejo. It was a great experience from the customer service, to the dispatcher and the plumber, the entire experience was 5 Stars✨️! I was worried that I might have a leak in my bathroom and called Rooter Hero. They were able to schedule a same day appointment.

Jonathan arrived and greeted me with a smile. He did a very through inspection and went out of his way to ensure no leak was detected. He used a state of the art thermal camera, checked under the house, and behind walls. He even performed a water test!

He was extremely polite and used foot covers for his feet upon entering my house. His parents did a great job with him! I will definitely use this company again for all my plumbing needs! Thanks, Jonathan! You are our hero.

Tony A came out to check on a slow draining upstairs shower. He notified me before he arrived that he was on the way. Tony arrived when he said he would and was very professional in his appearance and assessments. Thankfully, I didn’t have a huge problem so he was in and out quickly, but took the time to address all my concerns and questions and completed a safety inspection gratis. Thank you Tony for being a kind gentleman. I will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

I had a kitchen sink clog. The technician showed up on time, was very courteous, and clean- wore booties over his shoes when he cam inside the house. He unplugged the drain quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that there is NO guarantee - usually I’d expect 30 days.

Shower was clogged and I tried everything to clear it but every few days it would back up again. Called Hero Rooter and they dispatched Tony A. He diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to resolve the clog. I really appreciated that Tony went above and beyond to explain the problem and used a small snake so that pipes would not be damaged. Will definitely ask for Tony if again if I have another plumbing issue in the future. He treated my home like his own

I had such a great experience with rooter hero! They got here SO fast and fixed my garbage disposal issue right away. Nate was so friendly and professional and educated me on aspects of my sink I wasn’t even aware of. Thank you guys so much, can’t recommend enough!

Matthew was on time and fully prepared to investigate why bathroom sinks would not drain. He snaked the pipe and water flowed easily. He also let me know that the pipes were old and clogging so it will probably clog up again. He did a full investigation of the bathrooms and let me know they were fine. He also tested the water and the water heater. It was a full inspection and if there are any problems I would call him in the future.

Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable. My pump went out and between rain storms. And his guidence i was able to get the pump installed before the rain that night. He is a professional and asset to have working.

Tony A arrived assessed the situation and administered the service professionally and courteously. Unfortunately the drain requires a different procedure due to the amount of roots in the drain. His knowledge and expertise were very helpful along with his guidance which is exactly what I needed.
