Main pipe backed up and leaking in yard on Christmas Day!

The technician Damaury came out in under 2 hours and was fantastic to work with. He cleared drain, cleaned up all debris in yard and was so kind and considerate. So thankful for his prompt attention to this emergency!

We had a clog that I attempted to reach with my auger. The bathroom was flooded and the toilet continued to overflow each time we tried using washing machine. After a day wasted we called Roto Rooter and they sent Moses out. After telling him the symptoms he quickly told me what he believed the problem was and explained the options and pricing structure in a detailed but understandable manner. After starting, he reached the clog and I was able to use the toilet and other appliances. The whole process was explained and the price was comparable to others in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend Moses and the others at Roto Rooter.

Technician arrived late (I had to call twice to follow up) but he was courteous and professional. I was charged $330 for toilet to be unclogged (which literally took 10 mins). It was a relief to get it done but I am still shocked at the price. I feel it was way too much but when you are stuck in that situation and the technician is standing right there - you don’t have a choice. I hope Roto Rooter realizes we all work hard for our money and I don’t imply they should work for free (and I am willing to pay for what I get) but more reasonable prices would help! What they charged for what they did was really too high.

Very punctual. Found the problem and gave us options. While they were working they showed us via video from a camera they put down the pipes. We could actually see what we needed. Explained everything to me and again to my mom. Considerate of putting on boot covers . Adam was Excellent from start to finish . Im sorry I can't remember the other man's name but he was amazing as well. I felt by explaining things step by step we could then make an informed decision. My mom also got a senior discount which helped a lot

Ignacio arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the issue. He clearly explained the situation and provided me with options. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. He even went above and beyond, staying past his scheduled time to make sure the work was completed. I am very pleased with his service. He helped out with three of my problems, unclogging a tough bathroom sink, a leak on the main pipe and cleaned out the kitchen pipe.

Christopher came to snake our sewer libe, and after running a camera, it became clear we needed to do a hydrojet. There was no hard sell and the outcome was a clean line and clear running water. A second technician came to run the hydrojet and everyone was polite, professional and helpful. They cleaned up and everything went smoothly and as promised. Would 100% call them again.

Damaury was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable he was able to fix the issue on my main line which had an obstruction about 40 feet deep, in addition he was able to do so with ease. He is a great example as to why I recommend you guys to countless people and he is another reason why I will be a customer for life.

Saw a car with this company on it 8861 I believe on the 118. Driving like an absolute maniac. Illegally crossing carpool lanes to speed around going 90-100 mph easily. No indicator used cutting and swerving so unsafely. If you hire people like that I would not trust this company to work on anything. Avoid.

We were having some issues with backup of our kitchen sink. Scheduled a time for the following day. Plumber was running late but I received several text messages regarding the delay so it was expected. Super professional plumber. Assessed the problem and recommended a long and a longer term solution for the fix. He completed the job in a couple of hours, cleaned up after himself and everything has been working as it should since.

I had a clogged kitchen sick and a small leak below the sink. The technician Damaury was excellent. He came on time. He was professional. He gave me a price before he started the job. His work was neat and efficient. I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter

Stevie was one of the nicest and thorough techs I’ve ever called out. He explained every process in detail and cleared the sewer lines quickly and efficiently. Roto Rooter was one of the few companies that could get a tech out at 7pm. Would definitely use them again.

The drain pipe for our brand new washing machine started ejecting gallons of water all over the laundry room floor. Twice we called our usual, excellent plumber. And twice our usual plumber snaked the drain pipe line. Both times the washer's drain cycle worked properly for a few times -- and then it started regurgitating gallons of water all over again. We gave up on the usual plumber and called Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter first sent over a supervisor to assess the basic problem. Then they sent over technician Stevie and DJ, a different supervisor, to do diagnostics. Their diagnosis was brilliant. They scoped the pipes with a camera (which they let me see) and it was clear the cast iron pipes (from at least the 1970s, maybe earlier) were full of mineralized deposits that were clogging the pipes. While we were in the crawl space under the house examining the washer drain pipe, DJ pointed out that another cast iron pipe, leading from a shower, was cracked. At first I thought DJ was pointing to a crack that was not really a problem. But I ran the shower, and sure enough the pipe was leaking all over the crawl space floor. Soooooo, we hired them to fix it all. A few days later, Stevie came over with Ryan and they indeed fixed it all. They removed both cast iron pipes, replaced everything with ABS, added a needed cleanout, and descaled a part of the cast iron pipe that wasn't replaced -- and now everything looks great and seems to finally be in proper working order. All the people sent over by Roto-Rooter were friendly, articulate, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and walk me through it all. Plus they were here on a Sunday, often outside while it was raining hard -- with not so much as a peep of complaint or any indication they were rushing to go home. While they were all great, I can't say enough good things about Stevie. Stevie did most of the job. He is quite the plumbing expert, very polite, really smart, a hard worker, determined to get it right, careful with the house, cleans up after himself in a way I seldom see, and is eager to be sure the customer is satisfied -- he is truly the best of the best. Altogether, the diagnosis was great, and the execution of the fix was fantastic. My only issue is with the company, not the technicians -- and that is, it seems to me that the pricing is too high. Roto-Rooter has some kind of a set-in-stone "book price" for the various jobs. It costs what it costs, and it ain't cheap. I expect a big company will have to charge more than my usual plumber, but still this seemed like too much. On the other hand, my usual plumber obviously couldn't do the job, and we were meanwhile desperate to use the washer and the shower -- and, again, my wife and I are delighted with the result.

After experiences a plumbing backup at 630 pm while away from my home and guests staying I called root rooter quite stressed. They had Stevie there within 2 hours and he had the issue fixed within an hour. Not only that but he was so nice, reassuring & communicative. He made a very stressful situation much less stressful & I am so appreciative!
