I had a leaking faucet and they were very responsive. I live in a mobile home and it was not an easy repair. They worked hard to find the right part and fixed the leak. I would use them again.

The scheduler on top of things and personalable. Techs seemed efficient. Was disappointed that we needed to call someone else to actually açces the problem as Billy's techs were not willing to open the sheetrock. Overall the problem solved.

Sebastian did a good job . Was on time , polite, professional. Came back , as promised second time to finish repairs, after part that was needed was received.

Giovanni is an absolute plumbing magician.

I'd called Billy's to get a hydrojetting under our insurance policy after another set of plumbers had worked on trying to snake out a clog in our main sewer line (for over an hour), but had no luck. Giovanni said that he had to try the snake first before proceeding to hydrojetting, which I thought was going to be a major waste of time, but lo and behold, he got things flowing in half an hour. Come to find out that the reason behind the clog was a massive multiple-feet-long plant root that had invaded the sewer main through a crack in one of the clay bell joints, which explains why the other guys couldn't snake through it and makes it even crazier that Giovanni was able to get things flowing. After all this, Giovanni was still very humble, didn't trash talk the other guys, and in fact confirmed that what they'd said was reasonable, etc.

Tools are good, but skills are necessary to get the most out of those tools, and Giovanni definitely has those.

Billy's responded quickly when we needed a new water heater. Their technician George was great, helpful, professional and polite. George went out of his way to help. Thanks!

The plumbers were on time and very knowledgeable. Their work was great. And the best thing was no "upselling". They'll be the first I call if I need anything else done.

Found Billy's through our home warrenty company. Sal came and was awesome not only about the repair that we needed doing, but answered all my questions and looked at another area of concern. He gave a lot of advise and things I could do on my own, as well as when I should call them back. Very good service!

Called to make an appointment and within 15 minutes, Edgar was at my house (he had just finished anotehr job in the neighborhood). He came in, assessed the issue, and fixed it in short order. Friendly, professional and got the job done. Will use again if needed.

They are not professional, and neither have the knowledge.

We had leakage in our garage ceiling coming from master shower room. They open up the ceiling and they said you have leak from sewer line, we have to open completely your floor and.........................

I have called another local plumber for second opinion, they just find out was from water line just took them 30 min to fix it. and nothing wrong with sewer line !!!!!!!!!!!

Totally dishonest! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am a top Google reviewer and pride myself on fairness. So, please check my reviews and take this one seriously. 5-9-20 in response to Billy's; You falsified required repairs/ work for my water heater to my home warranty $1735. PLUS my home warranty company needed to provide the $1K water heater! After reporting this to the home warranty company I had the water heater repaired for $169.00 IT DOES NOT GET MORE DISHONEST!

Billy's is fast and reliable. I can trust that repair is done well and the cost is fair. This company works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. And friendly service is always appreciated.

This was an HOA claim and Edgar with Billy's Plumbing came out and fixed a leaking water heater issue and also made a correction from the previous plumber. He was honest, professional and polite. He even gave a recommendation for a restoration company to assess the water damage. This is a company that I WILL use again even for non HOA issues/repairs.
