We’ve used Curtis plumbing a lot. Highly recommend. This visit was for the installation of gas line to new gas fireplace, and the gas fireplace unit.

My family, in their 90s, had a longstanding plumbing problem they could not resolve, but finally gave in and contacted Curtis Plumbing. I, living in Orange County, knew nothing about Curtis Plumbing or at they had been in business since the 1930s. I was understandably wary of an unknown who might take advantage of my family. BUT - we could not be more pleased. They sent out Frankie who was just perfect for the job, with 16 years under his belt with Curtis. He was patient, professional, even called me to explain every detail of what needed to be done and broke down the cost of each item. The job was more complicated than expected, but Frankie went out of his way to come up with an innovative solution. Curtis Plumbing is our go-to company from here on, and FRANKIE is our man!

Chase came out to check leak in the ceiling and assess a toilet leak. He will return tomorrow but let us know how to halt the damage until he can return tomorrow. He returned. Corrected the issue and everything is working perfectly

Caine came through for us after 5 areas/drains of our house started backing up and flooding right at our kids' bedtime. We tried 6 other plumbers including big names and no one had an emergency plumber in our area until the following morning. We were so relieved that Caine was available to service our emergency call. Franky called Navien in advance, did a thorough evaluation of the heater, talked with the service center while doing it. I trust the findings because of the attention and detail.
