Their technicians are the most professional and most qualified. I have used them for a few years for my two properties, and I cannot express how wonderful they have been. I am so fortunate to have them as my plumbing support team. They have diagnosed and fixed so many issues for us and always go above and beyond to make sure the problem is solved. The best plumbers in all of LA County for sure.

This was a leak detection issue that was handled amazingly. There was a very subtle, intermittent vibration in my water lines. I was thinking it was a regulator issues. When Chase came out to look at the problem it, of course, was not presenting. He listened to my description tested the regular and then said he would look for other reasons before he would want to replace the regulator. We looked for any leaks at all the water controls and faucets around the house but found nothing we could see or hear. Eventually He decided to test all toilets with a tracing solution that would allow us to see even the slowest of leaks. We found one toilet was leaking very slowly and have fixed it.

Because of the intermittence of the issue when Chase left we did not know if the issue was resolved. But that is the real point of the story. Rather than letting me replace the regulator he took it slow, looking for the real cause of my issue.

At this point the vibration has not returned but even if it does there is a very specific and isolated elimination of one possible cause.

We all want things fixed right away but sometimes to trouble shoot properly it is better to take the time need to be sure the right things are getting fixed.

We had to call today for water heater issues and they responded quickly. Chase is who came out to help us and he was super helpful and answered any questions we had. I'll definitely call them if I have any issues in the future

Curtis Plumbing was absolutely great! When I called in an emergency situation, someone extremely polite answered. He came to my proporety in a few minutes, fixed the problem temporarily (because it needed half a long work and it was already too late) He scheduled a time for next day. The next day, he came on time, did a great job fixing the problem and helped me answering all the questions I had. I am greatly happy with their service and would absolutely recommend Curtis Plumbing to everyone.

Chase clearly explained what he would do to fix my kitchen faucet and the cost, and did efficient, neat work. Good, honest man. Will use Curtis Plumbing again.

Frankie showed up bright and early and knocked out the job in a quick and professional manner. He caught several mistakes made by a previous "Big box" plumbing company and fixed them. Greatly appreciate the Mom and Pop business feel with an overwhelming dose of know how and expertise! The other guys make money off a brand name, these are the good guys that make money being honest and true experts. Can't say enough good about the owner and his qualified workers.

Frankie and his assistant did an amazing job in installing a new toilet and 2 new faucets. They were extremely clean and neat. Paid attention to every detailed. I have used Curtis for years and have never been disappointed.

The plumber was professional and informative. He explained how my new shower head and hot/cold handles were to be attached. He explained how the old ones were to be taken off. I was shown how a 'big item' replacement was not necessary. I have used Curtis Plumbing on other home repairs; their work has lasted. Also, my hot water heater went out during the last storm; it was re-lit and checked for safety. Thank you!

Matthew did an excellent job. Showed up on time, cleaned up after himself and explained all the ins and outs of tankless water heating. The price was not cheap and I can assume that they are not the cheapest, but I think I got great quality and great service, especially since this was an emergency and they were able to get my hot water tank installed and up and running the next day. I have also used a Chase from the same company which is why I called them again. Chase did a great job. Neat and cleaned up after himself. Also on time!

There are very good reasons we continue to use Curtis Plumbing: 1. They are available when you need them, particularly if the problem requires urgent service; 2. They evaluate the problem, explain the challenges, advise of different options, and make sound recommendations; 3. Get the job done timely and correctly on the first try; and 4. Charge a fair price for the higher quality of service they provide. We no longer need to get competing bids and different opinions.

We had Burpee's Plumbing come out and replace a vanity sink in our restroom. It was a model from decades ago, they found the exact duplicate of the one we had! Jose was very courteous and knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to us, as we are new homeowners. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Burpees Plumbing!! Thank you thank you so so much. You saved me today!! I received a quote for a broken garbage disposal from another company.. The guy was very nice but Price he quoted me was very high. After the gentleman left, I looked up prices online for garbage disposals and they range from $150-$275…
So, I called Burpees to get a second quote. I was stunned that the other company wanted to charge me 3 times the cost for material and labor.
I spoke to Trayci , who was incredibly helpful and so kind. I asked her if it was ok for me to buy the garbage disposal myself and have their plumber install it.. She said absolutely!
