Traci was so kind and helpful. She had Carlos come out about an hour after I called. I felt that she really cared about me and my plumbing issue.
Carlos was fantastic. He fixed the problem very quickly and went out of his way to make sure the washing machine was connected and working after he fixed the plumbing issue.
This is my 1st time using Burpee’s Plumbing and they are now officially my plumbers anytime I need help.
They were also cheaper than a quote I had gotten from a different plumber.
I was very pleased and impressed.

I had such an amazing experience with this company, I called A few companies to get quotes for an issue I was having Burpee‘s being one of them, they sent Rey Gonzales out to Inspect the issue I was having. Not only was Rey super informative, but he was also patient and very knowledgeable… I don’t usually leave reviews, but definitely have to leave one this time when you call this company ask for Rey!

Great plumbers! Had a big plumbing issue due to blocked pipes. They were able to camera pipes that other companies claimed they could not. Found the issue and were able to fix the problems with the least amount of disruption to our lives. Highly recommended. All the plumbers we had come by were highly skilled and knowledgeable and were able to answer all questions we had.

I really appreciated: how quickly I was able to get an appointment (next day), the efficiency and accuracy of communication, the actual service process, and the professionalism of my specific plumber while in my home. Thank you!! I will be contacting them again with future plumbing needs!

Had to find another plumber because the one I had did not have the proper tools to finish a clogged pipe. Called Lynch Plumming and 2 great and curiosity gentlemen were at my home within 2 hours. They kept me informed as the project had some issues and ask for permission after giving me options and possible problems. The guys came through and everything was great. By the way the price quoted was half of what the first plumber told me to have the job completed from his recommendation of another guy.

Brett came out to investigate a backed-up kitchen line and was not only thorough, but also incredibly informative. He made sure the issue was addressed properly, efficiently, and with zero hassle on our end. We’re so grateful for his professionalism and dedication. Had an emergency over a holiday weekend. burpee’s was quick to respond and handled a very difficult situation beautifully. Caleb was highly professional and communicated everything clearly and thoroughly. Caleb followed up the following day to make sure everything was working smoothly. They were reasonably priced and will defiantly call again when needed.

Burpee’s is the absolute best. All of the guys who came out were very professional and extremely kind. And months later when I accidentally broke one of the pipes, Jose was kind enough to return and fix it and even help me navigate my new water heater. I got a lot of quotes and they have the best prices in the area! I will never use any other plumbing service than Burpees

Great Company. Owner and staff are great. They don't treat you like a number or a name on a screen. Best customer service thanks Traci. Came same day and was very reasonable. Had major drain clog but Bret took care of it. Everyone is polite and respectful.

Tried calling for an issue with my Navien Tankless water heater. Was initially told by the company operator, Kira, that they charge based on what the job is and not per hour. Submitted pictures, videos, error codes, and other information preemptively so that I could narrow down and get a ballpark estimate of what the job might cost. Then I receive a call from one of their plumbing technicians, Carlos who broadened the scope of how much the visit might cost with speculative tasks rather than be transparent and upfront with a precise number for how much they'll charge.

The impression I get is that this is a company that operates similar to a dishonest mechanic, a company that will take advantage of a situation when you're in a tight spot, and charge 1,000$ for a 300$ job. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere.

I was very satisfied with my shower being fully repaired now since this company was recommended by a friend of mine who also has their house installations completed by this plumbing company. The guy who actually came over the house and helped repaired my shower was Luis. He was super professional and really honest about the pricing and how long it would take to repair my shower since it had issues for a while now. I would highly recommend this company or if you can ask for somebody in advance ask for Luis, super professional service man.

who was kind.

As it happened, he was taking care of a late day service call already, and though we had initially scheduled me for next day with one of his senior techs, he called back and offered, to stop by instead on his way out to the other service! WOW.

Even though I didn’t have an emergency, he was gracious and expedient…
And even brought down the price a bit as I had done some competitive pricing, and he wanted to make everyone’s life easier.
He made it easy to move forward with his company.

… that that kind of graciousness goes a long way.
Unfortunately, follow up communication was not as strong, and it’s been a few weeks since I was promised that the owner would call me back about a similar issue in my kitchen. I was told that, unfortunately, MIKE is working offsite, and extremely busy, so I moved onto another company for this current job.

I’ve had very consistent results with Mr. Pipe cleaning in Sherman Oaks; if you were unable to get prompt attention from this company, that would be a great alternative!
