These guys responded right away to my water heater situation (was much smaller than inspector and seller said, in attic, hooked up precariously) and got me set up with a new water heater in a better location in my house the very next day. I’m still stunned at how little time it took. They gave me a great deal too - which made me realize how much other companies were trying to overcharge me. The amount they quoted me for was the best by far. Plus they were able to bring the fire sprinkler plumbing in my garage up to code where the previous resident had done some truly horrendous diy work.

Update: Jordan came back to install a regulator that solved my pressure issues. And, although the water heater had a few issues with heating after install, Sam continued to come back at no charge until he got it working correctly. Thank you, guys!

I recently purchased a home and first thing I wanted to do was replace the toilets and replace a leaking washing machine connection. Called these guys up and the plumber showed up promptly. After an hour and a half I had 3 new toilets installed! I had mentioned the washer connection, so he took a look at it and was able to replace it and install my washer within half hour.
Im writing this review because the prices were very affordable, but was most important to me was the prompt arrival and service. Time is everything when life if busy, and luckily I didnt have to spend more than a couple hours for these tasks to be completed. Will definitely recommend and utilize their services if the need arrives.

I called Hedrick & Young Plumbing at 420pm for a semi emergency fix. They had someone at my house in 30 min. I had an earlier quote but they couldn't make it out until the following day. Josh was very professional and matched the price. Thank you Hedrick & Young for the quick response and quality work.

Don came out on-time within the time-window that Hedrick and Young committed to. This was the first sign of a good start. All I knew was that the floors started popping up, and there was a dripping sound coming from the chimney. Don helped to hunt down ALL of the problems, and it turned out to be 3 leaks! His work/efficiency was very impressive. It was great to get everything caught, and he came here 2 days in a row to make sure he could finish the job with the inspection.

He was very professional, forthcoming, and adaptable. With 3 leaks (one in the concrete slab), the best option was to do a full repipe, which made sense. He was very responsive with my questions, time-after-time (on-site and off-site texts etc). To be honest, I am not an easy customer because I will re-think about the issues from many different angles, but Don has really made a great impression on me.

The repipe work has not started yet, as I am doing my due diligence to get several quotes (as should anyone). I don't believe in making rushed decisions. The pricing from H&Y is reasonable. While H&Y has not been the cheapest quote, there is a good chance I still want to go with them, given the confidence Don has built up in me for their work. However, my wife insisted that that I look at one last company (recommendation by her friend), and I will always respect my wife's wishes =P

With plumbing, the most important part isn't just the price alone. As the price is reasonable with H&Y, the question is, more importantly, about future problems. When a sudden unlikely issue occurs from their work, will they be professional, quick to come on-site, and resolve the problems responsibly? That's what I look for in a plumber. Thanks to Don's work and responsiveness, I feel pretty confident thus far.

Hedrick & Young was able to send a technician to my townhouse on a Sunday morning within 2 hours. Jordan was extremely polite and professional, explained the problem and solution, and had good communication throughout his time in my home. He also took time before he left to educate me and gave me tips on things I could do in the future. I was very pleased with the repair he did and would recommend him/Hedrick & Young to other people.

I would highly recommend that anyone in need of a plumber to give these guys a call. Techs arrived on time and gave an honest quote for the job. That's something you don't see every day. Justin did a great job, and is a true professional!! Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Toilet line was clogged outside. Technician said he try to snake but couldn’t since i think he didn’t know very well how to snake. He recommended hydrojet. I m very novice so I said yes without second opinion.
Also they could not do the same day service so they came back next day. I m completely dummy and should have called another plumber.
They Charged me $1495.00 for hydrojet. They were done in 30 minutes and gone.
I will not recommend them since they are way overpriced and took advantage of novice customer like me.

We had a plumber out to hook up our fridge water line that had been leaking. The plumber checked the water pressure coming into our house and we were told that it was high. The cost for the repair would have been $1485. We deferred that repair and had him fix the fridge water leak and then connect the water line to the fridge. The total cost for the visit was $385. I understand that there is a base fee to show up at the house and then any work that needs to be done will be charged on top of that, but we just felt that $385 was a little steep for a water valve replacement and then hooking up the water line to the back of our fridge. I am unsure what other plumbing businesses charge and so for all I know, that is a standard rate. The other frustrating part was that we were told that our water pressure regulator needed to be replaced because the pressure coming into our house was too high. We held off on that repair and ended up having another plumber out to address another repair that was under our home warranty and we mentioned that we were told that our water pressure regulator needed to be fixed and he checked the pressure and showed me with his pressure gauge and told me that the pressure was great (I think it was 50 PSI) and did not need to be fixed. It was frustrating that it appeared that the initial plumber tried to upsell us on a repair that was not needed.

Living in AZ, we had a water leak (pipe shower) at our home in CA our Daughter was living in. Our Home Warranty Co. stated they would not fix it, it wasn’t covered. Not knowing a Plumber we went to Angies List and found 4. Finally choose H&Y, from the first call, we were pleased to get attention to the problem!.. the next day we had service call and all was completed. Chelse, Joshua, Alex, Humberto and also Brandon(Superv) were some who worked w/us to make everything right....Thank You..and also a 1st Responders discount...Good Work!!

Well i left review on yelp but decided to do an extra one on google since you guys did an amazing job 😁. I’m highly recommend these guys to anyone need helps with plumbing. We had water drain issues for a whole month and have been hired so many guys to get it fixed but none of them got the job done. Thanks to Hendrick , john and their coworkers spent the whole day at our restaurant to get it fixed. No more stinky smell, no more wet shoes. You guys did an awesome job.

I called this morning to have them come look at the garbage disposal at my office and their customer service is top notch. This was our first time reaching out and I received a response within 10 minutes via email when I inquired on their website and when I called to set up the appointment the woman I spoke to was extremely friendly and she said they could have the tech at our office within 60-90 minutes TODAY. Vincent came BEFORE the 60 minutes and fixed our problem quickly and with ease. He was very nice as well. Safe to say we will be calling them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!! Our company was very satisfied from the moment we inquired to when Vincent left!

Highly recommend Hedrick & Young Plumbing. They know what I needed and got someone out to us in a timely manner. The service guy name Santons showed up at the scheduled time, he is also very friendly, professional and takes the time to explain what is needed. Very considerate on pricing and he works quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

This is probably the most responsive and professional plumbing company I have ever used. I myself have a construction company and have used several different plumbers and Hendrix and Young Plumbing is always responsive, knowlegable and send out professional technicians. Dustin has done some outdoor plumbing on our pool water line as well as plumbing on our gas line for our fireplace. Hey shows up on time, knows what to do, ask questions to make sure he understands the project and gets to work. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

If you are looking for a reliable plumber, Hedrick & Young Plumbing is the company to call. Wes is my contact. He is knowledgeable and honest. He has done several plumbing jobs for me in the last few years and always does a great job. When the job is complete, everything works perfectly and the job site is clean. I have referred him to friends and family who have all been very pleased with the completed work. Call them if you want a company you can count on!

I had a completely back up sewer line and could not use anything plumbing related. I struggled to get a plumber to my house, but H&Y showed up to my house 20 min after I got off the phone with them. Josh was friendly attempted to clear the clog with the least expensive technique and didn't charge me unless they could clear the clog.

I have used for multiple services since. They show up quickly, willing to work right away. Josh and Dustin were very personable.

I called on a Saturday morning to have a kitchen faucet replaced and I was very pleasantly surprised that they were the one company that personally answers their phone calls on the weekends. I spoke to Brandon whom was very professional and provided me with prompt service. It took only about an hour when Matt H arrived on-time to my residence. Matt H was very knowledgeable and provided immediate resolution along with a World Class customer experience. It is for this reason, I will be a loyal customer.

Hendricks & Young Plumbing just took care of a plumbing problem I was having in my kitchen. From the time I got off phone with them, they had someone at my door within 30 minutes. The young man Dustin that was sent phoned me when he was 10 minutes away so that I would know to expect him. Dustin was extremely professional, courteous and made sure that I understood everything that was being done to solve the problem. When he finished the project he did an excellent job of cleaning up and made sure I was satisfied. Because of my experience with this young man I would definitely recommend Hendricks & Young Plumbing.

Dustin was amazing and helped us tremendously. We were without hot water for a week due to our landlord dodging our calls and overall irresponsibility. But H&Y were extremely understanding, gave us a reasonable estimate and were still able to offer us a discount. They installed a new unit in under two hours the very next day. Out of all the other plumbing companies we called, they were the only ones who actually showed up and was upfront with all the issues and gave good recommendations for how to proceed. I could not recommend them more to anyone who needs any plumbing service, ask for Dustin!

Another great experience with this company. Sam Rowe was very professional and friendly. He installed our new water heater and replaced our main water shut off valve. Made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. We will always call Hedrick and Young first for all our plumbing needs.

Dustin and Brandon came out an hour after I called them and saved my day! They even asked me if I wanted to watch while they gave me tips and pointers so I could make repairs in the future myself.
