I highly recommend Hedrick & Young Plumbing for water heater problems. 2 plumbing companies have already looked into my water heater and did not see any problem despite the fact that it gives hot water on and off. H&Y did not stop until they see the problem. They called the water heater company and trouble shoot it with them. They fixed my water heater at a very reasonable price. They did not charge me any until they fixed it. Dustin is very nice and respectful. He came on time and did a great job.

Overpriced and will try to scare you in to repairs that are not warranted. Either the company is not trustworthy or they are not knowledgeable enough. Hedrick told us we had an issue with our water pressure and the repair would be $1400. We had a second opinion plumber come out to evaluate the issue and he told us our system was operating without issue. Honestly I feel like I was nearly scammed.

Honestly, where do I begin… Hedrick and Young plumbing were amazing from the second they answered my call about my plumbing issue. They then sent out a plumber named Santos who was awesome and did great work and even answered all of my questions. He then took time to explain what he was doing and each step he was taking. Look no further for a good team of plumbers like the ones at Hedrick and Young.

Called the dispatcher Candice was friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to get me a appointment for next day at 9:00 a.m. technician Jordan showed up on time prepared and was efficient in replacing the water heater in less than 2 hours. Very happy with the product as well as the great customer service and pricing would definitely use them again

I called to get a quote and was given a price on the phone. They were able to squeeze us in that afternoon and Dustin came over to take care of the job. He was quick, professional, and courteous. I paid the price I was quoted. No upsell, which is always appreciated.

Sam is very nice, very professional, he did very good job. Fixed the problems with our kitchen sink water clog, and the water heater pipe…., work efficient and good quality.

My experience with Hendrick and Young Plumbing was great! My kitchen sink was clogged and flooded. I call them and they immediately provided me a quote with same day availability. Their service technician, Jordan Halladay, came and confirmed my reported issue with me first and then explained to me the process of the inspection, repair and what to expect. After the service was completed, he explained to me in great detail of the issues found and the options for the repair. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. In addition he provided me a very detailed comprehensive report that went over everything that was discussed. I appreciate his assistance and service especially coming in on a Father’s Day. I have used Hendrick and Young twice now for my plumbing issues. The first was for a water heater and the second to replace all the water valves in my house.
I talked with Brandon and we came to an agreement on price (excellent price) and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Santos arrived as scheduled and was very professional and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Hendrick and Young for all your plumbing needs.

Called for a clogged drain and it was a very professional phone call. Brandon was able to work around my schedule and planned a day that worked for the both of us. He came on time with a very good attitude!! With a fair price and a quick job he was able to help me out !! Definitely recommend him and his company for any job that you might need help with!!

Brandon‘s company installed my water heater and they did a great job back in 2016. I recently broke my tub spot in my shower. I couldn’t use my shower and my water pressure was too high. Brandon fixed the tub spout quickly for me so I could take a shower and did a great job on replacing the water pressure valve in my garage. He does good quality work and does it the right way. You will not to be disappointed.

Called Hedrick & Young plumbing for my flooding dishwasher. They offered times to schedule me in as soon as the day of. Was very efficient, flexible, and easy to work with. Our technician, Brian, was very communicative on the day of our appointment, and arrived perfectly on time. He was able to locate the issues quickly and provide several options for repair.

Throughout the entire process, Brian was very patient and created a comfortable environment for us, making sure we understand the problem and explaining it carefully. I felt bad for taking up too much of his time during the consultation stage, but he made it clear that my scheduled time slot would be dedicated for me only and ensured that I didn’t feel rushed.

Because I have homeowners insurance, I would need to file the claim to my insurance before any repairs, so no repairs were done day-of. However, I know that I will be in good hands once I go ahead and proceed with these repairs. Highly recommend this company!

This company was great from start to finish. Very professional on the phone when I called to get an estimate. They sent someone out the next day and they were on time and able to quote a very fair price and do the repair on the spot. Josh M. was the plumber who came out and he was a pleasure to work with. He replace my water pressure regulator and main ball valve and did a wonderful job while also being very efficient. I will definitely use Hedrick & Young again for my plumbing needs and recommend them highly.

Drew from Fierce plumbing did a great job replacing our 30 year old laundry faucets.He repaired the dry wall and drain pipe. He was very professional and clean. This is my second time using Fierce plumbing and I am very satisfied.
