We had what we thought was a clogged toilet and called Fierce Plumbing because of their reviews. Drew came to help resolve the problem only to discover that it was a much severe issue. He was very thorough in the assessment and explained every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Five star service .Joe (Owner) arrived promptly on time and replaced my insinkerator efficiently.He also noticed the faucet was loose and fixed that as well at no charge . I was impressed with the service and attention to detail and to go beyond to please his clients .

I had a leak in my ceiling and called Fierce Plumbing. He came out immediately and discovered that I had a crack in my shower pan and he replaced my shower pan, installed a new p-trap, new rain shower head and shower valve. I was impressed with his professionalism and how spotless he left my house after the job was complete.

Had a hot water slab leak.Joe and Drew came out to check it out the day we called.Drew came back the next day 9:30am fixed the issue by reroute.pricing is fair and guys are honest.

My sprinkler system was overflowing from my back yard to my front yard. I had no clue how to stop the several gallons of water pouring non stop. I called Fierce plumbing and Joe came out in less than 15 minutes to help me shut off my outdoor water in the meantime. He was fully booked for the day, but set me up for an appointment on next day. Thankfully my sprinkler system stopped pouring out water in the meantime and he came the next day to fix it. Joe is very knowledgeable, professional and got the job done fast. My yard was emergency free. Thank you Joe. Highly recommend!

We have used fierce plumbing before and my husband (Arnold) and I have to say that Drew and Joe are very professional, quick to respond and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

We had a clog Tuesday night and were scheduled for Wednesday between 10-12. Anthony came by Wednesday around 6pm, stayed until 7.30ish and went above and beyond to clear out the pipes. He’s very hardworking, friendly, and polite, and he definitely knows what he’s doing. We’re happy with the service but disappointed with the long wait as we had taken the day off work to get the clog taken care of. Would use their service again and recommend to family and friends.

We discovered a slab leak yesterday which threw us into complete panic as new homeowners. Paul with Vortex plumbing showed up exactly at 9a and was extremely professional and thorough with his work today, a total pleasure to be around. Our home was also immaculate after he left, he had a positive and upbeat attitude the entire day… super chill guy we loved him. Give him a raise!

Horrible company! Horrible customers service! They replaced a screw on a faucet and in less then 2 weeks it broke “because of over abuse”. Really how can you break a screw in half in 2 weeks? Total fraudulent company!! I’m contacting my insurance company so they are aware of what they are doing. False reporting so they can get paid more with the insurance or make a deal on the side!!

We were having a water heater problem and were unsure of just who to call to evaluate the problem. Of course going to the internet we found a plumbing company that was highly rated so contacted them for a technician to respond. Having evaluated the problem, which I really don't think he was doing anything but guessing, he said he could fix the problem for anywhere from $2800.00 to $5000.00 which included costly repiping and structural work to my home. After politely sending this person on his way I called Vortex Plumbing of Chino for help. Their representative responded promptly, quickly evaluated the problem and replaced a part and flushed and checked all connections within an hours time. The cost for everything was very reasonable. I feel very confident that our water heater is once again working correctly. I will definitely tell others that I completely recommend Vortex Plumbing for any and all of their plumbing needs and to ask for Paul.

Eric was helpful in scheduling the work. The service technician (Martin) was knowledgeable of his work. He explained the work in detail. He also made sure the place is clean when finish. I certainly would use them again.

I had an irrigation leak and this company was dispatched by the home warranty company. It ended up not being covered by the warranty but he explained all possibilities and options. We found an easy fix that met our needs. He was friendly, on time, professional, and wore a mask. I would absolutely use this company again.
