We had John as our technician today and he was ready to start right away( which we appreciated) and did a thorough job to locate our water leak, took pictures and explained the many possible cause of the leak. It will be an ongoing process...We recommend him!

Showed up earlier than promised and resolved an unusual issue promptly. Pricing was up front, no nonsense, and overall communication with the company was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

First time calling JIG Plumbing for a flange repair on a toilet we were changing out and needed help with quickly! John was able to come out same day and take a look at it almost immediately. He had it fixed quickly and we’re happy with the results!

Highly Recommend. They came out and diagnosed the issue which ended up in a total house repipe. The next day the crew showed up and go the repipe done in a day and we were able to have water again with no leaks. The next day they came out and did drywall and stucco repair which was fantastic and you could tell the walls were even opened. Very professional and cleaned up perfectly. If you are looking for a quality plumber then contact them.

Raymond arrived qiuckly within an hour of placing the call. Shower was only getting hot water, he diagnosed and resolved the problem within and hour. He was very personable. Prices were reasonable. Thanks

John was absolutely fantastic! He had exceptional communication skills notifying me his arrival time and his ETA. John did a very thorough job and explained everything that he was going to do. Fantastic technician.

Highly recommend this company, specially John. He came on Wednesday to do an inspection since our bathtub faucet wouldn’t stop leaking. He inspected that and other things around the house we have been issues with and he told us what needed to be fixed and in what order. Turns out we needed to replace the shower valve and our water heater as well. John was very friendly, professional and polite. He explained everything in a manner that it was clear and concise. Gave us an estimate of the work, no pressure whatsoever.

We ended up calling the company back later the same day since their prices were very reasonable. We also liked how professional the staff was.

Thursday morning John came back right on time and began working on our shower valve and water heater. 5 hours later and everything looks great, no more leaking.

We will for sure call them again for any other plumbing needs we may have.

Truly a Local Gem! There isn’t many companies like Jig anymore. I had told them I was doing a DIY job (man trying to do manly things) and they still sent over a Tech to come by and see if I was doing it right. He even went ahead and gave me some pointers along with where I could fall into some trouble. None the less I ended up getting it fixed but in a world that uses Ai now for everything from answering services to answering questions it’s so refreshing to have a company send out a tech (we’re down the street) to come and check and give professional advice.

JIG Plumbing returned my call even though they were closed and the day before Thanksgiving! I had a plumbing emergency and they came over right away. They were thorough and was able yo fix my plumbing issue immediately! Noah talked me through every part of the process, showed me exactly what the challenges were, picture and provided various solutions. Very professional. He also cleaned up after his work was complete and made sure I took a look at the work to make sure I was satisfied.

Frank came out for same day service right before Thanksgiving. Very professional. He listened and explained what he believed to be the problem and discussed pricing before starting. Very transparent. Fixed the problem with the washer hook up after we installed a new washer and water shot out everywhere. Explained what he did and was on his way. Great service. I would use JIG and Frank again. Completely recommend.

John and the owner Jason made this service top tier. I appreciated the confidence in their work/service and they were not looking to fleece or make things more expensive. I will use them in the future and will highly recommend them to my friends. If Im having this problem, my neighbors with similar age houses will too. Very well done!

We discovered that the box type hot water valve for our washing machine was leaking and had to find someone on short notice to mitigate the water damage. Fortunately for us, Jig Plumbing answered the call and within an hour they had a technician at our front door. Jig sent us a link so we knew on a map where our technician was so we could be ready for him.

We were greeted at our front door by Frank and he was able to assess the situation quickly. He gave us a good quote for a pretty complex job. Our home was built in 1962 and we had a mix of PEX and copper plumbing in the laundry room wall and he swapped it out for PEX for us to match what we have in much of the house.

Frank kept us informed throughout the process and even had to retrieve one part from a local store. Unfortunately that store sold him the wrong part but Frank was able to adapt and make it work. He wore foot protection so our house would stay clean and he put down drop cloths in the laundry area so his work area would remain clean and dry. When he was all finished he gave us a detailed overview of what he did and made suggestions for the future. Frank cleaned up everything quickly and didn’t leave us with any garbage to dispose of.

I would highly recommend Jig and especially, Frank, for such fast and courteous service.

John and Edward showed up promptly at their estimated arrival time. Our washer drain has been blocked for several months now.

John provided plenty of explanation as to what the issue may be. The service options were clearly laid out to me in a professional manner.

I never felt pressured into making a decision, I felt very informed on what their process and troubleshooting steps are.

From the other Plumbing services I've worked with I definitely felt most comfortable working with JIG, I appreciate the thorough explanations given their expertise.

Ray was very pleasant and did a great job installing the faucet. He showed me where the leak was coming from and showed me how to work the new faucet. He also gave me some good plumbing tips that I have no clue on. So thank you so much.

Raymond was very personable, knowledgeable and Couldn’t say enough great things about the company he works for.
We had a slab leak and decided it was best to redo the plumbing and go up through the walls versus breaking up all concrete.
Day, one was re-piping done by a great team very clean very professional.
Day two was replacing drywall also done by another great team, very professional, and very clean.

Noah Becker serviced my Restaurant and was a great technician. He was incredibly helpful and informative with the proper solutions & recommendations for the service request. He was quick and efficient with the job, and was even able to get the job done under pressure from the site landlord.

I would 100% recommend, and would be using this service again myself.
