I saved up a bunch of little jobs until a real emergency/need for a plumber hit and I called Vortex Plumbing. Paul Anderson, a real nice guy and awesome plumber, fixed all my issues. I had a lot done, and I found it fascinating watching him work. He did not mind and even let me know what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Paul Anderson, and as long as he works for Vortex Plumbing I would recommend them too.

We’ve had Vortex perform 3 projects at our home. Always on time. Always neat and tidy. Always fair pricing.
We have been 100% satisfied.

I had a kitchen drain stoppage. I had never used Vortex Plumbing before, but a friend said they were great. So I called them and they sent out a tech named Paul Anderson. My first comment to him was, "I'm sure you will need to use a hydro jet to clear the clog. I have had other plumbers come out before to snake the line and they always tell me they have to use the hydro jet to clear the blockage." He said he was pretty good with the snake and thought he could clear it. After about 45 minutes and a lot of skilled work snaking the line, the drain was cleared - no hydro jet needed! This guy was fantastic at his job and very nice and polite as well. Next time I have a stoppage, I will be calling Vortex Plumbing back and asking to have Paul come out to take care of my problem. - Mike Zollinger

Dillion was wonderful. Not only was he knowledgeable he understood the importance of time. He assessed our situation fixed and or repaired what needed to be done. Then he completed it in a reasonable amount of time.

Vortex identified the slab leak and determined a better way to correct the problem without tunneling into the slab. The were quick, courteous, and reasonably priced

Vortex found and fixed a toilet leak that was causing our water bill to skyrocket. Saved more than their fee in the first month!

Vortex fixed our constantly running toilet in 20 minutes flat. Simple repair that's already saving on our water bill!

We've used vortex plumbing twice in the past few years. Just recently, our kitchen sink got clogged and the old plastic pipe burst under the sink, causing a leak in our mobile home. Called them and they came early the next day. Not too expensive. Paul was a cool young guy with long hair, and a very fair and honest person. Took him one hour to snake the line, installed a Y valve so the line can be snaked easier next time, and replaced the pipes. Will use them again if needed. Some other companies will try and rip you off. Highly recommended!

There was sewage back up under my garage that needed fixing the guys from vortex plumbing were fast and efficient .my only complaint is that after they broke up all the concrete in my garage to change a 6 ft long sewage pipe and but the dirt back in there was no one to pour the concrete amd cover it back up .they just fixed it and told me the concrete cover up in my garage was the HOA and my problem If I would have known that there was not a pre-arranged job start to finish completely I would have never have given vortex plumbing access to my garage . I had to take 2 days off of work so they could have Access to my garage As far as plumbing they are good .A complete job start to finish no

Dillan (sorry if I misspelled your name) and his apprentice (sorry, I missed your name) were both absolutely fantastic, as was the entire Vortex Plumbing staff in getting a service call out. I had my old kitchen faucet replaced as well as a couple angle stops under the sink swapped out. Their plumbers do not work on commission, which is a huge plus. The work done was excellent, professional, and quick. The pricing was very fair. I would absolutely work with them again!

Taylor was on time, courteous and professional. He was thorough and helpful, as was everyone at JIG. The R/O filter change and tankless water heater flush was complementary after they installed both systems earlier in the year. I will have them back for plumbing needs and annual service on those systems.

JIG gained a new customer today. Jason will be my go-to for plumbing needs. He was professional, took his time explaining things to me, and didn’t even charge for a service call. Trusting who you do business with is very important, and all the positive reviews I read before calling Jason were not wrong!

Very trustworthy crew. I was limited on time and Jason drove out at 8am to give me the visual estimate on parts and labor for replacing my water heater that had been leaking out the bottom for months. Frank was the technician that installed everything smoothly and instructed me that I needed to bleed the pipes of air for a while as he was finishing up. I like the warranty they provided me with. 8/13/25: I’m happy to once again review JIG Plumbing to service my tankless water heater. Apparently, I did not know this needed to be done yearly! I’ve had this particular tankless heater for the last 11 years, luckily, no problems!
Noah, JIG’s awesome technician came out to my home , tested my water pressure and did an inspection of the water heater. He cleaned and flushed the tankless heater and gave me some recommendations on filtration systems. He also pointed out that the gas line itself was getting a little corroded and suggested that I sand off the buildup of rust and paint it.
He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and this is why I choose JIG Plumbing as my preferred small business for plumbing issues. As always, I highly recommend this business!

10/30/24: I contacted JIG Plumbing to replace our shower faucet, tub spout, and shower head. Although we had the kit, it was just too time-consuming and tricky for my husband to handle. Frank, the technician they sent, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He made the process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend JIG Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

3/11/26: JIG Plumbing continues to impress! This was the third time I’ve used them in the past two years, and they’ve been great every time.
My kitchen faucet started leaking because the hose failed, and I noticed water collecting under the sink. I called JIG Plumbing and was able to get same-day service, which I really appreciated.
Their technician Edward came out and installed the new kitchen faucet I had purchased. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient, and the installation turned out perfect.
It’s always nice to find a company that is reliable, responsive, and does quality work. I highly recommend JIG Plumbing if you need an honest and professional plumber.

John was very knowledgeable and quick to fix our issue. He educated us on possible future issues without pressuring us on anything. We’ve had great experiences from this company.

Technician Ray from J.I.G plumbing was very professional attitude with kindness & explained with good advice between choice for my poor plumbing knowledge. He took time & patient that I was appreciated. I felt like I can trust him & he knows what he is doing so I signed contract same day to change Halo5 with pressure regulator valve. He showed me water pressure was high little over 100. I will update my review after work done. I think they gave me reasonable price. Thank You.

I had a gentleman named Noah who come over to work on the plumbing at my house yesterday and it was a positive experience!

Jig plumbing offered a competitive price to me compared to the estimates that I had received from two other plumbing companies for resetting my toilet which was leaking at the bottom.

With the savings from this work (which didn't turn out as expensive as I originally had thought as the worst case scenario was that they would have had to tear into the concrete and install a new drain flange), I was able to afford to have additional separate work done on my house on the same day by adding a drainage pipe for my washing machine at the back of my house.

In this area Noah had to work in a difficult and tight spot where much of the piping was submerged into the stucco wall yet he was able to find a segment of drain pipe to connect a T pipe to without having to tear apart my stucco wall(at the beginning, we both thought the stucco wall needed to be torn into).

Although the piping there is extremely old( 77 years old if it is in fact the original pipe) and it seems likely that I'll have to revisit the area to properly and fully upgrade the top and bottom segments of the original drain pipe that is connected to the new pipe that was added (my original drainage pipes there are beginning to disintegrate as one side of the metal pipe wall is much thinner than the rest of the walls inside of the pipe and we also noticed old cracks along the pipe where it connects to the new pipe), Noah's work allowed me to buy some time to save up money to take care of that later and have a working drain for now.

Noah with JIG Plumbing made my home repiping project much less stressful than I expected. He explained all of my options clearly and never tried to “convince” me to do anything. Noah is highly ethical and very knowledgeable. JIG, you have a keeper in Noah and a customer for
the long run in us.

The company is local in Chino, so very close and convenient for us. The availability was great that JIG Plumbing was able to allocate a technician immediately. I wanted to shout out to our technician, Noah, who's knowledgeable and made a difficult job look easy.

Experience working Noah was great. He provided a lot of guidance on how to maintain the the plumbing system. Most importantly, he fixed our corroded 20 year old valve that three other plumbers couldn't fix within a short time frame and kept the work area cleaner than before.
