SD Electric worked with me to schedule a convenient time for a diagnosis. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same appointment. The technician was very nice and professional and he saved me from taking more time off work.

Contacted multiple companies and had to wait days for a response. Reached out to SD Electric Technologies and heard back the same day. They were able to come out the very next day to service my house. The tech was very personable and helpful with trying to find the issue. Got it fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service from the company and the tech. Would definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Leonardo and his talented team of electricians at SD Electric Technologies have done a wonderful job on our old house. From replacing the electrical panel to adding outdoor outlets and updating indoor outlets to GFCI, etc. they did it all! I found them very easy to work with. They showed up on time and completed work to our satisfaction, on budget, as quoted. Everyone on the team has a great attitude, worked well with other trades also at the house, and cleaned up after every job.

1. They responded right away and fit me in the same day. I had called another company and by the time that company called me back, the electrical inspection had been completed by SD Electric Technologies.

2. They are respectful and professional. The two gentlemen that came to the property were respectful and got right to work. They worked as a team and gave each other verbal information while also writing it down. They were thorough and did not miss a thing.

3. After they finished, they gave me an update and wrote down my possible “to-do” listed based on what electrical work I wanted done. They said they would get back to me with a written report and a quote and followed through.

4. The follow up has been excellent. Every time I have called, someone has answered and I also received a detailed report with pictures.

I highly recommend this company and plan on continuing to use it for my electrical needs.

Our GFCI outlet was not working, so as other outlets connected to it. I did a quick search in Yelp and I saw multiple great reviews for SD Electric Technologies. I called them and asked for a quote. Because of the fair and reasonable price they gave me, I requested them if they can fix the same day. Leo and his crew came in and fixed all the bad outlets in no time. I definitely recommend SD Electric Technologies for electrical work. I needed to upgrade my 100 amp electrical panel to a 200 amp, solar ready panel. I called many electricians, but Leo from SD Electric Technologies gave me the best price for the work. In order to get the job done, the schedules between SDGE, the inspector, and the electrician had to be choreographed. Leo was able to take care of all the scheduling without any issues. Leo also took care of the permit that was needed. On the day of the upgrade, the electricians were on time and professional. They completed the work quickly and had my home powered up sooner than I was expecting. I will be contacting SD Electric Technologies again for other electrical work that I need.

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, Leo was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised how to improve the lighting and bring the electrical to code in a retail unit. I had to find a new electrician when I had one cancel the day before the job (panel replacement) was permitted. Leo and SD Electric Technologies, in short notice was able to schedule me in and get me booked. Unfortunately, since the previous electrician didn't schedule an inspection I had to reschedule with Leo, but no problem.

Leo then walked me through the step by step of the process for everything so I wasn't surprised by anything else. Permit application, permitting and scheduling he walked me through everything. I'll be getting more electrical work done and I'll be sure to call Leo and SD Electric Technologies!

I have been looking for a good electrician company and I found it! Leo at SD Electric Technologies was awesome! I called on a Friday and had an appointment on Monday; where the Electrician showed up on time. The fan installation was done quickly and perfectly! The fan is quite, doesn’t rattle and they cleaned up after the installation was complete. 100% recommend and will be calling again as I change out more fans in my house.

Leo was very professional, responsive and courteous. He was able to quickly come to my house and give me an estimate. I had a previous bad experience with an electrician falling through my drywall and leaving a mess. Leo did an outstanding job installing my new recessed light and dimmer switch. His nephew did such an amazing job on my drywall that you can’t even see that it was repaired. They are also super careful and clean. They are honest and true to their estimate. No hidden charges even though they go above and beyond. I give these guys my highest rating possible. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to San Diego Electric technologies by a trusted handyman in the local area. I was not disappointed. We had an electrical issue that had fried a wire from a light switch all the way back to the junction box, making the area hazardous. My contact Nars was able to diagnose and provide a quote for the issue within 48 hours and then complete the work within a few days after. He also suggested that we consider installing a 240 V outlet in the garage while the junction box was already open. We agreed and all work was done expertly and timely. I recommend SD Electric they provided good service and support via the entire service of upgrading internal and external panels. They address all the issues with SDGE and the level of unprofessional from SDGE. Leo and his team managed everything for me in my absence by keeping me up to date and providing images. I’m giving them 5 starts not only for the work and support but base on the level of preferential feedback on what best works for my house.

We needed an electrical box moved in our bathroom and SD Electric Technologies responded quickly and did great work! They gave us a same day evaluation and quote and did the work the next day. Fast work and done well! We will definitely use them again.

The whole experience made the electrical problem in my house less traumatic. They were very informative, always available, professional and finished the work just as they had described. If you don’t know anything about electrical, this company will definitely make the experience less stressful and worth your while.

They had to replace circuits/fuses in my electrical box. They had to run wiring and install two new plugs. They took care of everything, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job on the drywall repair.

I was so impressed with the level of service we received from Leo and SD Electric. I called for an estimate and he was able to come out to the house the same day. We had them quote installation of a ceiling fan, installation of a 240V outlet for an EV charger in the garage, and a simple outlet repair in the kitchen. Their prices were on par with other contractors and they were able to come out that same week and get the work done. They were able to get the work done on day one and day two came back for the dry wall repair where they had to run wiring. The technicians were all super friendly and professional. We had one mix-up with the outlet in the garage where a 120V outlet was installed instead of the 240V we requested. When I brought it to Leo's attention, he had a technician out within a couple hours to correct it. Overall, super happy with the work these guys did. They will definitely be my first phone call for any electrical work we need done in the future!
