We had to replace our roof and needed a roofer who could also remove and reinstall our solar panel system. Quote was competitive plus offered a veteran discount. The crew worked fast and cleaned up debris fairly well. The finished roof looked good, but not happy it was installed with the solar racks still attached.

Cons: Misunderstandings and lack of communication. I asked if he could remove our solar panels and racking. He said yes, he could do it. I took that to mean that Rey would do it. He used a subcontractor and when I returned home in the afternoon, the panels were removed and stacked on each other on our back patio, but the racks were not removed.

After project was completed and passed inspection, I noticed that a couple of solar panels weren't lining up as they were originally and appeared scratched and/or dented.

Thinking the service was completed in good faith, a couple of months later, we received a Notice of Mechanics Lien from the roofing supply company against our property wherein the contractor and/or the homeowner are responsible to pay for materials used in X amount of days or the property would go into foreclosure. To make a long story short, there were a few phone calls, but mainly text messages with Rey. Essentially, Rey said the lien balance was paid for on September 13, 2024. Not true according to the credit department of Pacific Supply. On October 4, 2024, I got a text message from Rey with a picture of a cashier's check for the lien balance dated October 3, 2024.

I would hate to see another homeowner, family, or veteran go through the stress we experienced by having a mechanics lien placed on their property because a business owner lacks integrity, is dishonest, and doesn't operate in good faith.

They cancelled scheduled appointment and never contact me to reschedule after saying they would.

I came to Sierra glass after going to 5 other glass companies looking for a strip of window glazing bead. I believe I talk to a guy name Rob he look back in he's shop for the bead and he had the piece I was looking for. I ask him how much and he said no charge. I believe it was a discontinued piece but he didn't charge me meant a lot to me after looking all over for the piece of glazing bead. Thank you Sierra glass. Highly recommend!

About 20 years ago, we had our stucco 'hand troweled' by an expert that left a nice pattern. Well, it needed some sprucing up recently. So we contacted Victor and explained what we had. He suggested a 'spray stucco' that would not disturb the present pattern.

I was hesitant to 'spray', so we called the man who did our ORIGINAL job and asked about doing yet ANOTHER 'hand trowel' stucco. He informed me that you only hand trowel a pattern, ONCE. After that, you spray the stucco if needed. He asked me who I contacted to spray the stucco. As it turned out, Victor had worked for him for a number of years and got a great recommendation from him! :D

He did a wonderful job, and although he did not carry the color we wanted, he told us where to order it and it came out great! He nicely patched a hole also. These five star reviews are HERE for good reason!

This company was great at helping repair our stucco on the corners of our door for a great price!

I was able to set up an appointment using Yelp project and the son of the owner, Jimmy, was the one that came and fixed the wall. Not a lot of stucco companies near this area so please use if you need a stucco guy!

Good company. There were some hiccups along the way, but they made everything right in the end.

They have repaired two different areas of my stucco and I highly recommend them. They are very prompt and do great work for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use this company for any stucco repairs!

Tract homes. Because of that I'd recommend to get a house from someone else considering the price. As far as the plans go, very little effort was put into the interior design AND there's nothing special about the homes. Looks "nice"; the space in, out and around the home is limited (hence, tract homes). Also, they could've used better materials and products to build the home, but it's all guidelines, and those have gone down in my opinion. Not spacious at all once you move in feels like my old apartment. Our master bedroom/shower/closet was nice though.

There were bigger homes and they tried to make them stand out by adding a loft but I observed that this reduced in size of the bedrooms. There's virtually no back yards, some less than others. The communities where tract homes are built seem to be designed to fit more homes in it and because of that, the roadways are not as wide as normal, they are essentially one-lane streets, I say this because the driveways are also smaller, smaller than the ones our dads and grandads had so the cars spew out onto the curbs reducing road width and creating a parking battle.

The community where I bought my home was built on a plot at a lower level than the community that had just been completed so my backyard got the slope end, that's 5-9 grand for a proper retainer wall... wouldn't even help with that... The garage is smaller too, you could fit 2 small cars but nothing else will fit around them so good luck with storage. My truck barely fit (down to the inch), wide was ok could've been 3-5ft wider in my opinion.

We did get some help as far as credits went but you can get double even triple what we got as help from someone else come closing time. With that said, for the quality of them home, design and how much property you actually get I'd suggest going elsewhere that not only understands the value of your family income/dollar but respects it.

Home did have some electrical, grout, caulking and paint issues but thankfully there are warranties.

Nonetheless, we did purchase with them and got the home we asked for, but pricey tbh. Interests sucked, yes, but I think the home (because of the property) was over priced compared to what it was worth (hence what I mentioned above). The location is the reason we purchased with them, also in our budget... I recommend not buying into these new tract home communities, your dollar can get you more elsewhere.

i was dissatisfied with the owner who came out and took measurements but never followed through with giving me a quote. I wouldn't recommend them.




we talked about concrete pricing and what you thought it may be but u never gave quote on the job including the bbq pit. So you said a week to get back to me and I never heard back so I never got the quote as we wanted but no worries Mike. remember Mike I gave you a proposed budget but never said I would not go over it. I hired another contractor and they will gladly build us our project as we wanted. it was your loss cuz I did like your projects.

I recently had siding installed on my home by JZ windows and doors. I had originally had them install windows and sliding doors for my entire home a few years ago. I was so pleased with them that I picked them to do the siding. They were just as impressive with this project as the last. Initially I met with Aaron who told me how the process would go. I had my doubts about a project this size, but he was great about alleviating my fears. There was no pressure whatsoever and he let me spend as much time as I needed to decide. It took their two man crew, Tae and his son Sam, just a little over a week to finish the project. And it came out perfect. They worked diligently, were here every day on time and you could tell they were real pros. They were neat, courteous and so quiet sometimes I couldn't even tell if they were there. Between the windows and the siding JZ has totally transformed my house. I can't say enough good things about them.

Island Tile was amazing! One of the few companies I spoke with that would consider granite repair and then offered solutions. Garrett was fairly priced, and did excellent work. Looking forward to using Garrett for other projects moving forward.

I had received estimates from 3 roofing companies and AAA was,by far, the best price! I also wanted to see their workmanship, so owner, Ray Mendoza, allowed me to view other roofs they had done nearby. I like to help small local businesses when I can, and Ray is the epitome of small, mostly family run businesses. They live in the community they serve!! His crew was polite and professional and cleaned up all removed debris and errant shingles. We had a few hiccups with the payment, as we had requested to pay with a CC, but he also fixed that problem by obtaining a new CC servicer. From start to finish it was about 4.5/5 days! The absolute BEST part was seeing the new roof when it was done!! I had chosen sage color shingles and he (or his guys) offset it with a black drip line that outlined the whole house!! The aesthetic is beautiful! Extremely pleased with the outcome!! I should also note that he provides a 10 year warranty on the workmanship! I'd definitely use him again or recommend him to friends or family! One note, he is a man of few words. While pleasant, if you have questions, Robert is great about answering questions and explaining process!

Great experience using them for shower door replacements. Had an existing tub/shower combo that they installed a great looking sliding door in. Also had them come back to replace two additional sliding shower doors that our home builder did a bad job on. Very quick, responsive, professional and personable.

Sierra Glass is Awesome, in addition to our glass replacement needs Robert truly is very helpful in taking care of what needed to be secured in the moment by fixing door latch to Garage & adding extra screws to keep everything closed and secured shut. He also added more screws to boarded up area in front of our back door too, these were just extra needs we had to take care of right now. Robert went right to work to be very helpful with these areas too!!! Who does that these days? doing these extra tasks to be nice, kind and be helpful, thats why we say Sierra Glass is Awesome!!!

Monday he will return to replace two window panes from window frame on the side of our house and window replacement needs to the back of our house facing backyard. We definitely recommend Sierra Glass for any glass you need!

JZ Windows and Doors created a great experience when we decided to replace our front door and existing French Doors to a new slider. From the initial consultation there was no pressure to go with them and they went through the entire process and all the options available. We were able to pick out the exact doors we wanted and when it was time to install the doors, they communicated with me in a timely matter and made the entire installation a smooth experience. They installed the doors with great detail. From the new trim to the complete installation, ever detail was accounted for and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We need a couple more doors replaced and will definitely go with them for those based on this experience! Completely recommend and would give more stars if allowed!

I ordered custom beam holders from them. They not only fabricated wrong size but also refused to return it. If you get wood delivered, be assured that the wood would be cracked and will be of inferior quality. This place is a total fraud and avoid it at all cost.

They did a great job of repairing my cement sidewalk and driveway and removing tree roots, as well.
