Spoke with Scott, one of the employees at the Clovis office and inquired about a skylight on my Tuff Shed that finally broke down due to age. Scott replied that since my shed was greater than20 years old, no replacement part was available and I needed to find a substitute at either Lowe's or Home Depot which was a easy find. My rating is based on phone courtesy and professionalism.

Garrett does a great job. He's a little slow in terms of response times - but once he gets started he's fast and reliable and the the outcome is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

Last Thursday 10/14 I damaged our French Door from edging. Called up Brent who was receptive, friendly, and professional. Had the door boarded up, then he quoted Friday 10/22 for the part, but then surprised us by coming today Wednesday 10/20 and installed the glass with ease. I highly recommend Major League Glass & Mirrors. If you get in a pinch like I did call up Brent!

The previous reviews about Brent are true: this is a man who is the best at what he does, while being communicative and personable. My two toddlers were cheering Brent on as he fixed our large, 20+ years old window with ease. If everything were this easy, life would be so...easy. Thank you, Brent, for all that you do. We will recommend you time and time again.

I saw a neighbor having a project built in his backyard one morning and I walked over and talk to two very nice men who worked for pro patio they gave me a brochure and the next day I called as I really needed a patio cover due to my home not being built with one and the afternoon heat was hard in the living room and kitchen I spoke to this really nice individual named Mike who happened to be the owner of the Business, I made an appointment and they came out within a few days , gave me a quote and built the most beautiful structure ever I cannot tell you how happy I am with the craftsmanship of my new patio, the look and feel of it and how much it changed the look of my patio, more importantly everything was wonderful from start to finish the staff are very professional and very nice and finished my patio very quickly which surprised me , I felt the price they charged was very fair and I've had neighbors asked to look at my patio and we're absolutely floored with how beautiful it turned out and the price that was paid as they had paid more with other companies with less beautiful workmanship, I am very happy to have this patio and it's wonderful to sit outside and relax with a glass of wine, thank you pro patio for taking such great care of me

I used VQ last year for small repair, and now I used him for my entire house. HE REDASHED my stucco house, looks great!!! VQ always answers his phone, reasonable price, great work. If you have stucco, don't paint redash stucco with color of your choice. Done all in one day!!!!

I needed to get the outside of my home redashed. After talking to several companies and comparing their services, I decided to go with Victor. I am so glad I did. The work was excellent, the price was very reasonable, he showed up when promised, did what he promised, and I am very happy with the results. He communicates well, answers questions, and was a real pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Hiring a designer always feels risky to me- very subjective service that feels like a luxury. If you are contemplating hiring Kristie, don't hesitate! 10 out of 10. Exceeded expectations. Brent did such a great job! He was quick, reliable, and friendly. His pricing was great and the job was done perfectly the first time! I highly recommend him if you have glass that needs to be repaired, replaced, or just made better.

I messaged Victor through Yelp about getting an estimate to transition to stucco on my house. Out of 4 businesses he's the only one who actually showed up and responded to my message. I was ok with that because he was my first choice anyway. He gave us the estimate and we decided to proceed. He communicated throughout the whole process. I was worried about my solar panels being in the way. He and his crew made sure to be super careful as to not damage them for which I was very thankful. Overall, I love the outcome and am glad I went with this business.

Could not have been nicer! Did not have extra keys to Tuff Shed after my husband passed away, contacted Tuff Shed. , spoke to mike who said he had extra keys I told him the number on the key and he sent me extra keys. He could not have been nicer-he was great. I have another Tuff Shed but that's a normal key that I can make extra copies of. I have teoTuff Sheds that my late husband bought and I think they make my side yard look great. If I ever sell my house I think it will be an asset to the house.

I called Garret so that he could give me a quote on kitchen countertops. He came out and measured but never provided me with a written quote as promised. And he was not willing to accompany you pick to out the granite slab. I had several quotes from different companies and he was the only one that didn't follow through with a written quote. It was okay because I found the perfect company that installed beautiful counter tops and went with me to pick out and examine the granite slab.

I used Pro Patio to install a cover over my patio area and do a few repairs to my patio. I would highly recommend them and am very satisfied with the result. Mike was very professional and wonderful to deal with. He was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly to my questions. Him and his crew arrived on time and they were able to get the cover installed in a day. The cover is high quality and looks great.

Highly Recommend!! Mike was super easy to work with and Darla, the office manager was always quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a bit of a wait on ProPatio getting the materials from the suppliers but once the materials were received my patio was installed in a matter of a day and a half. This company is all about the customer service and the quality of the finished product!

This is a great company for stucco work. Got a good price and great results. I've been in construction for years and highly recommended this company

A couple of the staff here at the front counter are jerks, unfriendly and not very professional. I was surprised at the chip on their shoulder, and not even a hi, how can I help you? For such a big operation, it's a bad first impression... so much so that I chose to go somewhere else for a large project.

Great service and quick response! I called for a 'behind the door mirror'. Got a quick response, quote and in 1 week, the mirror was finished and expertly hung! Great price and service! Highly recommend

J was asked to contact Tuff Shed after leaving a bad review, I did & still no contact from the business. Still would not recommend. If I could leave zero stars I would. I know it's been awhile since this was built, but the neighbor around the corner had their garage built about 6 months after ours & theirs still looks good. Bad customer service

I called Tuff Shed's location in Clovis, and spoke with Scott. He was very friendly and professional. I just needed a small part to my shed, and he looked for it while I was on the phone. He said he would put it aside for me, as it was the last one he had. He told me the hours he would be open that day.

As it turned out, I got busy, so my wife went to get the part. Scott treated her respectfully, and handled the transaction quickly. We couldn't have asked for better service, and my wife especially liked the way Scott treated her.

Garrett and his crew are great to work with. They did three full bathrooms down to the studs, and our laundry room. Floors, shower wall, niches, backsplashes, granite counters, stand alone tub, rain shower, and he works well / has painter, electrical, plumbing, and other connections. The few cosmetic issues he jumped in a made it right. Highly recommended!

Peter was referred to me by a friend of mine and I'm thankful he did. I wanted to get some renovations done around my house. I reached out to a handful of other contractors and was told they couldn't even look at my project for at least six months. The few that were available were not professional, showed up late, multiple reschedules, and very expensive. Peter was prompt, professional, and fair when it came to pricing. He is meticulous with his work and I highly recommend working with Peter.
