The whole procss, from booking AllClean to having my carpets cleaned was a breeze. Robert was able to come within a couple of days of calling, which I was grateful because my first carpet cleaneing company was a no show and my furniture was all over the place. Robert explained how they would safely clean my Persian Carpet as well as what I could expect after it was cleaned. He was prompt, efficient and professional.
