I wanted to thank Cox Pool Service and particularly Adam, Joey and Giovani for the prompt and courteous service related to my last service request.

Cox Pool Services and Repair is an outstanding company! They’re always reliable, personable, and provide excellent customer service. Our pool has never looked better—crystal clear and spotless every week thanks to their great work. The team is dependable, professional, and always on time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, trustworthy pool service!

The guy that "cleans" my parents pool came yesterday. I would expect a weekly service to keep our pool clean enough to where it wouldn't be green to the point of build-up on the side of the step in the spa. You can see how much of a difference there is in the pictures I took yesterday after he left and the ones I took today after I swept. The amount of build-up along the entire surface of the pool and spa is ridiculous. Not to mention no word about breaking the skimmer basket or the obvious leak somewhere that could cost my parents hundreds, if not thousands of dollars if it damages the foundation of the house.

Do better.

Requested Cox to come inspect my pool light, which hasn’t worked since I purchased the home. The gentleman came out and found that a wire had been disconnected. He reconnected it at no charge. Excellent, honest service. Thank you!

Cox pool service has been the best! They are one of the most helpful and friendliest companies I have ever worked with. When I need help with my pool, they are fast and very efficient. The young man Josh, that comes out to service the pool couldn't be nicer or more skilled at his job. Thank you Cox pool for the great Service you provide, I highly recommend them!!!

I contacted Cox Pool Service after my former pool service company failed horribly. I had my former pool service for several years... always with the same outcome. Not showing up. Rude. Foul language. Algae year around. At times it look more like a swap than a pool.
I would complain to the owner. His response was always "they said they were there to service your pool"... "your pool is hard to maintain".... excuse after excuse... lie after lie.
The owner would come by himself to get my pool back into shape, but it came with a big price tag EVERY TIME. I final let him go. And THANK GOD I came across my new pool service company Cox! They are amazing! Not one issue with my pool! My pool has looked sparkling clean ALL summer. I never have to worry whether or not they are coming. Their employees are kind, hard working & professional. I HIGHLY recommend Cox Pool Service.

As a service provider, even in the best case scenario, you are unprofessional. I imagine others likely have harsher labels if they received similar levels of customer care..

Despite being informed of available hours for pool access, after three months, Cox changed arrival times without notice, causing significant deterioration of our pool.

I informed a service technician in January to make arrangements for filter cleaning for any day or time other services were provided. He admitted via text you give him no notice for timing of service as was standard before. Your arrival changed from 1.5 hour window at the end of day, to 8.

Only after repeated requests for itemized service logs, did you send a text showing you tried to charge for 7 weeks of service where none was provided. When we asked for proof that chemicals and maintenance were even provided for the remaining times, you provided none. That log shows you had multiple phone contacts for the house. You texted once, and only called for money.

Losing a day in small claims was more of a financial loss than your bill, but after your comments, I regret it was paid out of convenience.

I only wish you put half as much effort into actually delivering services as you did trying to clean your digital footprint of bad reviews.

I called 3 different companies out to repair my pool plus I had a pool service that's couldn't get the job done. The guys at COX came out and fixed my issue in last then 1min!!! I wish I was exaggerating or lying with the time frames. BUT the truth is the truth Friendly knowledgeable and fast Service company is highly recommended!!!!.

Cox Pool service has taken excellent care of our pool. They are also reliable and do not try to over exaggerate their fees. They have always treated us fairly and their pool technicians are friendly and professional. Thanks Cox Pool Service!

We’ve been using Cox Pool Service for over 7 years to service our saltwater 20x40 pool and spa. They have been so punctual every week, respectful of property and have taken great care of our pool and pool equipment.

They are very customer service oriented and easy to work with.

Cox Pool service is amazing! Honestly, it didn’t start that way but they listened and made it right. They have the right people working there. Cox Pool Service is amazing! They took my pool from a green swamp to crystal clear in no time. Super professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I’m seriously impressed with the results and so glad I called them. Highly recommend if your pool needs serious help!

As incredible as it might seem I’ve been with Cox Pool Service since 2016! That being said, as my pool ages and me being old enough to be their Mom, I trust JT and crew to guide me through what needs to be done to keep my pool at its best. Just this summer I replaced my 22 year old pump and filter and I am saving over $160.00 each month on my PG&E bill with the much more efficient system they suggested.
I look forward to many more years with these guys!!

We’ve been using Cox Pool Services for almost 5 years and I can say nothing but praise! Not only are they consistent, efficient, and dependable, but they do the little things like always locking pool and backyard gates which is a big deal to any parent and/or pet owner.
On top of that, they’ve been more responsive and helpful than any pool service we’ve ever used - the proof being multiple occasions where the owner himself has even come to the house to fix a problem - even if it was end of day and after business hours!
Really appreciate them and would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Cox Pool Service and Repair. Joey came out to do a warranty replacement of my pool light, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Joey was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable, and he completed the job efficiently and professionally.

He also took the time to let me know that my other pool light already has water inside and will need to be replaced as well—and said he’ll be back to take care of it. On top of that, he reprogrammed my pool lights and features for free, which I truly appreciated.

Excellent customer service, transparency, and workmanship. I will definitely recommend Cox Pool Services and Repair and will be using them again in the future.

03/02/2026 Update: Joey came back as promised to complete the replacement of the third pool light, and once again the experience was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and efficient, and the job was completed smoothly with great attention to detail.

I really appreciate Joey’s honesty and follow-through, as well as the quality of his work. Everything is working perfectly now, and the pool lighting looks great.

Highly recommend Cox Pool Services and Repair—Joey continues to provide top-notch service. Will definitely continue using them in the future.

Chris cleaned the tile in my bathroom and shower. I could not be happier! They were professional, communicated well, and did a great job. I highly recommend!

I’m Capet and recliners look great. I’m the past when I’ve had my carpet cleaned, there was always a residue left on the carpet. This did not happen! I am very pleased with there service!

Chris arrived on time, gave a concise estimate and covered what the service would involve. The work was done perfectly and looked great. Very professional and friendly.

On time , and professional. Had some pet odor and stains on our couch , did a great job getting out the stains and really focused on some problem areas . Great service, would definitely recommend and use again .

Chris De La Torre Was very punctual on the time of the appointment. He was very accommodating as well as informative in regards to the tools and equipment that he was going to be using to clean my stairs carpet as well as my tile and grout areas. Chris was very professional throughout the whole entire appointment time I would highly recommend him because he does an amazing job!
