Excellent service by Robert. Professional and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this Service. Our carpet and couch look super fresh and clean. Robert is a kind gentleman. He truly blessed us with his service and his presence.

My experience was fabulous. My carpet was so bad. I didn’t think it would come clean with all the spots, but Robert came through for me. He is amazing. I have recommended Robert for years with All Chem-Dry to all my family and friends.

Robert did a superb job! Our carpets have a new life. I figured that sections of our carpet that had sustained the most wear were never going to get clean but they look so much better than I’d hoped. Robert spent time explaining the process and addressed the problem areas well. He was very thorough, not quick and cursory. He even took time cleaning the carpet edges along the wall in addition to the regular passes of the machine. This is something I’ve not seen any other cleaner do. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend him to friends and family. I’ve attached before and after shots. The after shot doesn’t do it justice as it was taken at night. The carpet is considerably lighter than that now. And this is 15 year old carpet.

I called needing last minute service and Robert was able to come clean my carpets the very next morning. He’s very friendly and helpful, and he did a great job at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely schedule with him again next time I need carpets cleaned.

Robert was fantastic! I can’t believe I didn’t take before pictures but my carpet had spots everywhere and a pretty bad stain from a drink, and an old stain that I couldn’t fully get rid of from my dog throwing up. That wasn’t a problem and it’s as if it never happened. Robert was attentive, the service was quick, and affordable. Can’t wait to have other rooms and my couch done.

Robert at All Clean Chem-Dry is amazing! He was so kind and respectful of our home, super knowledgeable, and even got me in last minute to clean my carpet. He did an incredible job! My carpet looks brand new and smells fresh again. He also explained how the Chem-Dry process removes bacteria, allergens and pet stains that other companies don’t. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Adam was very courteous and professional, quickly scheduling me and addressing any issues I had with my pool.

One of his associates, Marvin, did a great job cleaning my filters (making them like new again) and replacing faulty parts in no time!

Cox Pool Services is the best!!

I have had Cox Pool Service taking care of my pool for several years now. I have had other companies in the past and they are no where near the same level of service as Cox. I have a pretty large pool and I never touch a thing. They are like clock work when they come and communicate anything that comes up. If you considering using Cox Pool Service, look no further. Don’t waist your time with some mediocre company when you can have the best. Cody is amazing and his team is as well.

Joey is the best! Holy smokes, that guy knows pool systems, old and new. He was VERY knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! He even got all the way down the driveway and saw that the gate was cracked open and stopped and went back to shut it. (It's the little things, but that little added extra effort shows what kind of person he is and is what made me take the time to write this review!) 5 stars for Joey! Adam and Stone were A+ as well and answered my bajillion questions without making me feel like I was an idiot! :) Thank you Cox Pool Services!

We've called Cox Pool Service five or six times, every time we've had a problem. I wouldn't call anyone else. Their team is very professional, prompt, friendly, and fix the issue every time. We couldn't be happier. It's nice to have them to rely on.

This company has been great! The price is right and the service has been very reliable. I don’t have to wonder if the pool will look good when we go out there. Huge weight off of my shoulders from the days taking care of the pool myself.

I was having issues my pool equipment for awhile and my guy at the time would take weeks to address a problem and then it still wasn't right. But while filling gas one day, at the next pump, there was a Cox Pool Service truck and I asked the man if they could come take a look at my system. Turns out his name was Adam Goodlad and he said "Sure, How about tomorrow." He showed up as advertised, figured out the issues, ordered parts while at my house and then had everything fixed and up and running 2 days later. I have been using him ever since. They are fast, reliable and very knowledgeable.

This company has been consistently helpful as we repaired and replastered our “vintage” pool. They kept our filter limping along until it just gave up the ghost. Juan and Jose were just out today to make sure it is all ready for its new system. Gio is making sure the right system for our active household gets installed, and we are still grateful for this personal care. Can not recommend them more.

Gio has always provides me with great help when coming out to service my pool. He is an asset to Cox Pool Sevices and always is kind in explaining the best way to maintain my pool. Appreciate his professionalism and honesty.

Gio from Cox repaired my pool pump when it was not priming correctly. He also fixed my automatic pool filler device that has broken. He was very professional and explained what he was doing prior to completing the work. Cox was quick to help and sent Gio out to repair my pool issues the day after I called for a service.

Cox has been a great pool service. Juan our pool tech has always done an excellent job at cleaning our pool and communicating issues or problems he finds. 10/10 would recommend.
