Matt helped us design our yard at our Clovis home. He came to meet with us, looked at the space, and listened to our needs. A day later, he returned with a landscape design that matched our desires, budget, and style.

When installation began, Matt and Andres ensured everything stayed on schedule. The crew, led by Andres, was professional from start to finish. They knocked on our door in the morning to confirm pet details and yard access. We weren’t home, but we let them in through our Ring doorbell, and they got to work immediately.

The crew finished by noon. They left the yard immaculate and well-maintained. They were generous with extra materials like wood chips. They planted our trees, installed our sprinkler system, and programmed it to ensure everything worked correctly.

After many months of planning, communication, HOA and cement subcontractor delays, the end result of our beautiful backyard was worth the wait! Super shout out to the employees who did the planting of the sod plants and rock. They were considerate on the plants we chose and asked if we were happy with the conclusion of the job. Those men represented this company exceptionally and should be recognized! We built a custom house so we understand delays and this job had its fair share. I would only suggest to the schedulers at this company is not to make promises they can't keep. We were told a few times the work would start when it did not. Very frustrating to say the least. Otherwise, we are happy with the back yard.

Not clear communication or written work. Asked for detailed list of product used and could not comply. No designs and felt like I was fit in between jobs for quick money.

Not pleased with this company. My previous front yard lawn had alot of Crab grass since my house sat vacant for a few years before I purchased it. I wanted a fresh start in the front yard. I called them and told them that my main concern was getting rid of the crab grass and I just want a green lush front yard. I asked them if they could lay down some pre emergent to prevent weeds from coming up in my new sod. They told me that they don't typically do that late in the season. This was in March of this year. They told me they'd help me get the sod going and help me with weed prevention. I agreed and they installed the new sod that same month. Approximatley five weeks later my new sod was over taken with Crab grass. I contacted them and even sent them picture of my new sod showing them how bad the Crab grass grew back. I was told to just apply a Selective weed killer and it would solve my problem. It's now July and I'm right back where I started and out $2,200 dollars with so much Crab grass it's ridiculous. I used a different landscape company a few years ago to landscape my back yard and they applied a pre emergent in September before laying the sod and I still don't have a single weed in my grass. I should of stuck with the first landscape company when I decide to do my front yard. Lesson learned.

Really good experience working with Cal Turf. Profesional and timely service with reasonable prices make for a good combination. Would recommend working with them.

This company is hired for the lawn and yard maintenance in my apartment complex. They are supposed to come every Monday but instead only do part of the complex. My area will be ignored for weeks! The workers are rude and hide in my area and smoke and on their phones. I would never hire this company at all!

I would recommend California Turf and Landscape to anyone looking for artificial turf. Their method of laying the turf leaves it looking realistic with no telltale seams. Their staff was well versed and very helpful.

After they came to look at my house, they never called back to give me a quote and never followed up. The guy that came said he was really busy and had lot of places he was doing to keep him busy already so... guess my money wasn't needed? I ended up going with someone else.

Just a note to say that we could not be happier with the stone veneer, dry creek bed and landscaping of our home. The project, from concept to completion was professional and well managed beyond our expectations. On a scale of 1 - 10, we definitely give you a 10++! Thank you, Ron & Brenda Worley

This company is so professional. They show you how to save money without compromising the quality of the work. Moreover, they show various options. They are not there to take advantage of their customers. The employees are kind and trustworthy.

They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. The work is quality work and they took no shortcuts and it was pretty hot the days they did the work too. Will use again in the future!

Decomposed Granite installation was not done properly. In speaking with other contractor’s it wasn’t layered deep enough. Soil can be found right under the top layer. Business owner was responsive, but did not rectify the situation to my standards.

Had my lawn removed. Talked to three companies. This company was the best value and most professional. Jeff's people are outstanding professionals and respectful of the customers property. Cost was in the middle for this service. Well worth it.
