We worked with Landscape Connection for front yard, side yard, and backyard landscaping services. The work entailed setting up the drain, installing artificial turf, setting up uplights, and planting various colored lilies, Mediterranean fan palms, and other drought tolerant plants. I was very impressed with them throughout the process – from design through post installation. I also thought their fees were very reasonable based on other quotes I received. We had our whole backyard landscaped by Landscape Connection. The entire process was extremely well managed, from initial planning to execution of the plan. Most importantly, communication between us and the managers and work foreman was of the highest quality. We were informed when each portion of the job would be completed and everyone showed up as scheduled. Any variation due to weather or delay in the availability of components were immediately communicated to us. We could not be more pleased with the overall results.

I highly recommend Landscape Connection. They did a fantastic job with design and completion of a recent backyard project. They are experts! Very professional, timely and attentive to every detail.

First off, I would def recommend Landscape Connection to anyone that wants the lowest price and great service! The communication was one of the best I have seen when it comes to landscapers - one of the main reasons we picked them was due to the fast response they had. Everyone was wonderful, from Kennith, Hope, Franky and his crew! We had a bear of a time with HOA but the team was very patient with us and assisted in what ever they could to make sure we got approved. Once we were, off to the races! Franky and is crew were always on time, never disrupted our day to day schedule and never ceased to amaze my husband and I. They follow up with you and since we have a warranty, we can give them a call if we noticed any issues. We plan on re-doing our front yard and hope to work with Landscape Connection again (if they allow us since our HOA is the worst at getting anything on time! Landscape Connection might not want us lol) Thank you!!

Let me start by saying that overall, they did a good job. We had a new build with a bare backyard and really do appreciate how it looks. We got cement down the sides, an extended driveway, a rock border with planters, a wooden cover for the AC unit. The price was very competitive and we ultimately chose them based on that and their financing option. However, there were several issues we have noticed. First, our turf has lumps under it. It is not a flat walk all around. Second, they set up a drip system for our planters which died within 6 weeks. I reached out to them and was told that it could happen? No advice nor help was offered. Third, our cement has a couple issues that we were made aware of later. A neighbor told us that plastic was needed on the bottom to prevent dark spots. The moisture causes uneven color. Also, they didn’t give us an option to put re-bar into the cement.
I feel like there was a lack of discussion about our options. There was no recommendations on design, plants, turf type, or cement options.
If you are looking for the lowest price, definitely consider them as they will give you a nice backyard for the price. If you are looking for the perfect backyard, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for more experienced landscapers.

I originally gave them 3 stars. The owner reached out to me and we had an honest and productive conversation about what I expected and the finished product. He was very nice and professional. He offered to replace the plants. He was very communicative and offered several recommendations. We went with Italian Cypress. He ordered them and were installed within a week. I really appreciate their follow up and work. Would definitely change my recommendation to use them for your prefect backyard landscape! Thank you for all your help!

To begin with, the crew was always on time and very respectful. When they saw that we needed a little more plant material, they went to their yard and got us a little bit to include in the design. There was never a feeling of people trying to get over on us or just getting the job done. Frankie was patient and extremely professional. We are high maintenance clients, admittedly, but every one of the employees from Kenneth all the way through to the guys working on the new landscape design were positive and friendly. There is not any other task that I wish they had done. Fantastic job! We have been told my neighbours that we have forced them now to step up their game. Thanks, Landscape Connection!

I had excellent experience from beginning to end. They designed my plan and help me pick my plants they were always on schedule and they helped me with HOA questions . I’m very happy with my backyard. Enjoying every day!

Outstanding experience! Kenneth came out and gathered up some dimensions, a plot plan, and what kind of plants and material we wanted. We live in a Granville community so they were already familiar with the property. This was a total front yard re-landscape and fresh landscaping in the backyard since it was a new build.

Hope put together a 2D drawing of where everything was going to go and what type of trees, plants and materials.

Then once we had our start date set, it only took Frankie and his crew 5 days from start to finish. Very professional and hard working guys that made any change or adjustments That we had within minutes of our request.

This was a pretty big job with a lot of moving parts and Kenneth and his crew nailed it!

Even after the job had been complete for a few weeks, there were a couple of things that had to be addressed and they were taken care of right away.

We are very pleased with the total outcome of our project.
