This is way more than a showroom for synthetic grass. They have lots of other products and ideas to help landscape your yard. The owner, Hugo, is a true professional; he gives you options and estimates, then shows up on time and gets done what he says he'll do. I'm thrilled with the project he did in my back yard and plan to use his products and services again soon in my front yard. I highly recommend this locally-owned business!

We got our landscaping done by Synthetic Grass Showroom. Before choosing them, I got quote from several other companies. Not only was Synthetic's quote competitive, but talking to their representative Obed I felt confident that they were experts and knew what they were doing. Obed took care of all the minute details and kept me informed. Thanks for the great work!

I had these guys put a concrete curb around my circle driveway. They did a great job and took extra time to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. When one part cracked in the wrong place while it was drying, Hugo and his team responded quickly and came back and replaced that section so it was as good as new. I was very impressed by their hard work, their skills and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends.

We had an amazing experience with getting artificial grass installed!!! Everyone was professional & friendly!! The Installers were exceptional!! “The Cousins” worked so hard to install the turf perfectly! They were both so friendly, so kind, and experts with the process. They explained everything and they were happy to answer all my questions. Within 24 hours I had an issue with my dog pulling up the corners of the turf. I was so sad to see such a perfect job get ruined! We called the company & “The Cousins” returned within 45 minutes of our phone call. They were so positive & told me that they could fix it!! Everything was back to perfection within 30 minutes! Thank you so much for going above & beyond! You guys are wonderful and I appreciate you completely!! Thank you Obed and team for our awesome Synthetic grass! Looks great and they were able to schedule and complete the project by the date we were needing the work done. Ours is a big rectangle that was 2 pieces, I know exactly where the seam was watching the guys install but when they were finished I couldn't see it at all! The crew left our yard cleaner than it was before and pressure washed our entire front of the house concrete, street and all. Thanks again!

Got about 2000 sq ft of turf + concrete in my backyard and I had a great experience the whole way through with Synthetic Grass Showroom! Jason and his team did an amazing job with high quality work evident throughout the project. Hugo and his team are amazing!! They helped us take our backyard to the next level and helped me execute what was in my head. After a bad experience with another contractor that we used for our front yard, I was very skeptical. But Hugo immediately put my mind at ease. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Obed and the team. We had a terrible experience with a previous company who did not do a professional job (see before and after pics) and we were hesitant to hire another company. The consultation was smooth, detailed, and informative. Although at first we were told our project could not be repaired (Due to the grass not being their product) which we totally understood, but Obed made an exception and took on the repair. We are so grateful that his team was able to do the repair and leave our yard looking amazing. Took less than a week! I appreciate that they were detailed, walked us through the entire process, and valued our time. A few key things that are very important, that we did not experience with the previous company. Terrible experience with this company. Initial impressions were good, quick response, and seemed very professional. After install I can't get ahold of anyone. Numerous calls and messages to the office and no response. They did a small area in my back yard and did not install correctly. I have grass growing through the artificial turf and all around the sides. WE STILL NEED TO CUT OUR FAKE GRASS!! Only person I could get a hold of was the sales man that came to give us our qoute. He informed me that someone would come to see what they can do, that was 2 years ago. I've been extremely patient and understanding with this company but now currently looking into other options to get it fixed. Southwest Greens was the most expensive qoute we got, but thought we were paying for a premium product so we still went with them. Boy were we wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Coming back to this post as I’m not happy with their weak response. We had a different company do the lawn in our new house and it’s been 2 years now and never experienced anything close to what they’re saying is “normal”. Aside from that, what’s the excuse for never returning my calls or messages? Bottom line is you guys don’t stand behind your work and that’s the worst type of company to do business with.

I hired Southwest Greens to put synthetic grass in my backyard. When I initially reached out to them towards the end of last year they were responsive, came out and gave me a bid and did the job soon after we worked out all of the details. In the begining everything was fine and the quality of their work was good. I had a problem with the grass around March of this year (I created the problem and it was not their fault).

I had called/reached out multiple times to schedule an appointment for them to come out to fix a small repair. It took forever to try to actually speak to anyone and to try to schedule an appointment but because of Covid 19 I understood and was patient. Because of the virus they were only taking on new jobs and they told me they would contact me soon once they were able to schedule my repairs

In a 4 month time frame I had reached out by phone, email and text about 9 different times before I was able to schedule the job and have the work completed. Once I was finally able to schedule the job which was 7/6/20 at 8:00am they didn't show up. I called their office at 8:15 and they informed me they couldn't make it out that day and we had to reschedule for 7/7/20. I was told I would be the first job for the day and they would be there between 7:00 and 8:00am. They showed up at 9:00am. This isn't a huge deal but I start work very early and I had to take time off of work both days and when they no showed me the first day it was irritating.

Again there was never an issue with the quality of their work and when I hired them to do the first job that was $5,500 they were very responsive. When I needed them to do the second very small job it was like pulling teeth to try to get someone out there. I felt like the second go around they didn't care because the job was small.

Cameron with Southwest Greens is an amazing guy. He walked me through the process of what to expect on the transformation of my front yard. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for artificial turf.
