Not very helpful. The garden dept. couple appeared more interest in socializing then working. They ran me around for a product they said they knew they had and knew where it was. I felt like I was in an Ace Hardware commercial. You know the one. Hello, Hello Hello.

Was told chlorine tabs were at three different locations. I'm 76 and have a bad leg. After going to three different locations the employee said they were out. Very frustrating!

I work very close by, went in to find a part for a gate latch. I was referred to a certain section. The associate i met there was fantastic. Informed me there were several locations of said part, walked me to directly to every section. Couldnt give a name (because I'm horrible with names) but he was pleasant and had a realtree/camo back strap on his orange apron. Thanks again for the help. KUTGW

I live down the street so I'm here almost every week. I love it! The employees are awesome and kind. Few times there's some that don't know where something is but they always show me to someone who does. Keep up the good work guys! For the bad reviews, it's just people having a bad day or they have something stuck up their a** so they blame you guys. Shop til you drop!

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Constant rotation from one voice prompt to the next. Phone rings and other voice prompt opens up. Tried three days in a row to speak with someone.
Poor customer care!! -
Rude, indifferent. Sloppy workmanship. If you want a company to destroy your landscaping, this is the crew!

Truck #11436 driving like idiots on the road

The Elite Landscape company began operating chainsaws and wood chippers at approximately 5:15 AM, which is not just inconsiderate — it is very likely a clear violation of Clovis Municipal Code. Construction and similar high-noise activities are only permitted to begin at 7:00 AM (or 6:00 AM during limited summer months with compliance requirements), not hours before sunrise.
Starting heavy equipment at 5:15 AM in a residential neighborhood is completely unacceptable. The Clovis code specifically identifies loud, unnecessary, or unusual noise that disturbs residents as a public nuisance, and this situation fits that definition perfectly.
This wasn’t a minor disturbance — it was extremely loud, disruptive, and woke up the entire household well before any reasonable working hour. There was zero consideration for families, children, or anyone trying to sleep. No warning, no attempt to mitigate noise, just full operation of industrial equipment in the middle of the night.
If this is how Elite Landscape conducts business, it raises serious concerns about their professionalism and respect for the law. I strongly encourage others to think twice before hiring a company that is willing to ignore city regulations and disrupt an entire neighborhood without hesitation.
This issue will be reported to the City of Clovis Code Enforcement. -
These guys really know what they are doing and they are such hard workers

2/13/24…. Please! Put some lights on your trailer. At 530 am on the 198 it’s still dark out. Almost ran into the back of your trailer. Pretty sure it’s illegal to be driving a trailer without lights on it.

Horrible all around. This company services my community and they do a terrible job. They don’t remove branches they don’t remove leaves and they definitely don’t know how to keep grass alive. They pretend they know how to do things by mulching in the leaves by running their lawnmower back-and-forth 100 times across a 5 foot wide piece of grass. That’s after they jimmy rig their blowers onto their trailer and drive around their truck slowly blowing up all the leaves against the fence and into peoples yards.(illegal? dangerous? what about people walking their dogs and strollers?) I’ve complained to my HOA and I’ve also complained to the gardeners themselves, and nobody seems to give a care. they also frequently drive their lawnmowers across the sidewalk, which leaves tire marks all over the place. they also seem to forget to edge the side of the grass every single time. They don’t go by a schedule, and there were weeks this past summer that they came nearly every day, and made a ruckus for hours on end. There’s random patches of missing grass all over the place. The workers are seemingly lazy idiots. I wish my HOA would get rid of them.
