Their landscapers were out today - 12-27-24 - at 5:30 am using their very loud equipment, including weed eaters, to clean up the median and outside of my HOA. This is in the area of Ashlan/Locan. There is a noise ordinance and you are not allowed to do this kind of work at that hour!

Dangerous all I can say. They work on medians and barely have any cones on busy traffic streets. If the workers value their life, they'll put more safety in place for the road work they do for the city. Signage is important nowadays because the person behind the vehicle might slam into the median and not see the workers in front of them. Sadly people behind the wheel are texting while driving, on the phone, eating, doing their makeup, talking to someone. I had to jump a lane causing myself to cut off another driver because they parked their truck right where they were working. Whereas on a freeway the survey crew drops cones about a quarter mile from where they are working to prevent any accidents while they work.

Whoever was driving this truck on November 2 2023, must not know how to drive at all or professionally at all, especially for representing a company. They cut me off and kept going in and out of traffic and cutting other people off as well. Terrible driver.

I was driving North on Hwy 41 in Fresno about to exit off of N. Friant Road when a truck with Elite Landscaping marked on the side hit a bump and threw small pebbles out from the back of the trailer it was towing which hit my brand new windshield! I tried to go around them and the driver cut me off causing more rocks to hit my windshield. I was driving and couldn’t take a picture of the license plate plus they turned right and I had to turn left.

Have the worst service. He was around Clinton and Armstrong area.
I’ve simply ask a question regarding a home a purchased. And the land scape was done by this company.

His simple answer was “talk to customer service!” And walk away.
Thanks I will not utilizing your service in the future. And not to mention they took up more than half of the road so to drive my 4Runner through was horrible

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. They speak poorly about clients and often fail to share the full context of situations. Overall, my experience with Elite felt unprofessional and disorganized. I would much rather support a local small-business gardener who provides clear communication, accountability, and transparency.
I would not recommend doing business with this company to either residents or commercial businesses. While there are a few individuals who were helpful, the overall experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Save yourself the frustration, lies, and consider other options.

UPDATE: I have the correct company.

They started cutting down trees with a wood chipper and chain saws at 4:30 AM in a neighborhood in the middle of the week... this "professional" company is 100% aware of city noise ordinance and that conduct is 100% unacceptable and unprofessional. It's not even hot this time of year, It's basically November. There is no excuse for management to send these people out at that hour.
10 months ago they told Stephanie they would try to be more mindful about city noise ordinance... seems to me they have deliberately decided to ignore the city noise ordinance and the community. They sent them out an hour earlier this time. from 5:30AM in December '24 in Stephanie's area to 4:30AM in November '25 in this area. Like I said, unprofessional and unacceptable.

I absolutely loved this company! I was mostly assisted by Tessa and she was very accommodating to my busy life and my grandma. During every step they were very transparent with their pricing as well as date of competition.

Great deal on the grass and they finished in a good time, but they left trash EVERYWHERE cans etc even the workers old finished lunch. Spent a few hours cleaning up their mess after. They also left a massive ramp that loads their equipment in the truck and I called to have them pick it up, they said they will pick it up soon (2 months later they did). So less than a year, the grass is sinking in two spots and they scheduled a repair for Monday at 10am. I called at 11am and asked where they were and they said I was mistakenly scheduled for Wednesday, so she reschedules me for 130, and then calls me back at 1 saying they can’t do 130 now. She asks if I have dogs and I told her yes because you guys installed pet turf, so I have to be home for them to do the repair. I wasted an entire day waiting for them just to be rescheduled 3 times for a week later. They have very poor communication.
