Joey is the best! Holy smokes, that guy knows pool systems, old and new. He was VERY knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! He even got all the way down the driveway and saw that the gate was cracked open and stopped and went back to shut it. (It's the little things, but that little added extra effort shows what kind of person he is and is what made me take the time to write this review!) 5 stars for Joey! Adam and Stone were A+ as well and answered my bajillion questions without making me feel like I was an idiot! :) Thank you Cox Pool Services!

This company has been great! The price is right and the service has been very reliable. I don’t have to wonder if the pool will look good when we go out there. Huge weight off of my shoulders from the days taking care of the pool myself.

I was having issues my pool equipment for awhile and my guy at the time would take weeks to address a problem and then it still wasn't right. But while filling gas one day, at the next pump, there was a Cox Pool Service truck and I asked the man if they could come take a look at my system. Turns out his name was Adam Goodlad and he said "Sure, How about tomorrow." He showed up as advertised, figured out the issues, ordered parts while at my house and then had everything fixed and up and running 2 days later. I have been using him ever since. They are fast, reliable and very knowledgeable.

This company has been consistently helpful as we repaired and replastered our “vintage” pool. They kept our filter limping along until it just gave up the ghost. Juan and Jose were just out today to make sure it is all ready for its new system. Gio is making sure the right system for our active household gets installed, and we are still grateful for this personal care. Can not recommend them more.

Gio has always provides me with great help when coming out to service my pool. He is an asset to Cox Pool Sevices and always is kind in explaining the best way to maintain my pool. Appreciate his professionalism and honesty.

Gio from Cox repaired my pool pump when it was not priming correctly. He also fixed my automatic pool filler device that has broken. He was very professional and explained what he was doing prior to completing the work. Cox was quick to help and sent Gio out to repair my pool issues the day after I called for a service.

Cox has been a great pool service. Juan our pool tech has always done an excellent job at cleaning our pool and communicating issues or problems he finds. 10/10 would recommend.

Cox pool service has earned another 5 star rating now that our pool pump crisis has been resolved! Both Marvin and Adam were extremely professional and efficient in the repair of our leaking pool pump. The teamwork saved us money on the repair and time lost in our cool pool. I’ve used Cox pool services for about seven years now and they’ve been the best. They came early in the morning once a week and didn’t make enough noise to even wake my dogs. Never had an issue with my pool. The owner told me how to save money on PGE when I first bought my home by switching to a different pump that was much more energy efficient, and handled all installation. They took care of my filters twice a year, basically made it so that my pool was functional and perfectly clean year round. The only reason I stopped their services is because I sold my house, but I made sure to let the new homeowners know who took such good care of the pool.

I have been using Cox Pool Service for many years. I have been very happy with their service and their technicians. My current technician is Juan and he does a great job cleaning, as well as being very timely in communication if i have any questions, and coming at a time that works for my schedule. I highly recommend this company!

I have employed Cox Pool Service for at least 15 years. They never disappoint and always leave the pool clean. In addition, the people hired by Cox Pool are friendly and helpful. Joseph has been a particularly nice person.

I used Cox Pool Service for regular weekly maintenance, and while the service started off well, the quality steadily declined over time. Despite a once-a-week service schedule, large amounts of leaves we’re recently/routinely left in the pool, showing a lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, when they performed a filter cleaning, they drained the chlorinated sentiment water over my backyard grass, killing/frying it in the process. These ongoing issues demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Due to these concerns, I ultimately had to cancel the service. I would not recommend Cox Pool Service to those looking for reliable and conscientious pool care.

I've had their service for a little over a year now and have not yet been disappointed. Very nice people and they always answer the phone when you call. The floor jets for my filtering system weren't cycling shortly after they serviced my pool, and when I let them know they sent someone over right away. They were able to fix the issue and didn't charge me a dime.
