I was visiting my brother in Clovis and his pool equipment motor and pump had lost power. Adam was the technician who came out to fix the power issue. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. The issue was fixed within fifteen minutes. We highly recommend for your pool equipment's repairs. Thanks again

They have provided excellent service! I have a salt water pool. Adam, Cody and team have been excellent. Cox pools has been servicing our pool for the past ten years. They just recently drained our pool. We had to put the salt in once it was filled but they've done maintenance and cleaned the salt cell. They are a great reliable service.

We were referred to Cox Pool Service by my sister years ago. Juan service our pool. He does a great job week in and out, never a lazy week. Our pool is immaculate. He’s kind & friendly and we welcome our weekly chat whilst he does his thing.

Super happy with the service I’ve received from Adam and all the staff at Cox pool service! Have used them a couple times for cleaning my pool over the past few years and they never disappoint, I most recently had an issue with my pump and Giovani showed up and took care of it right away, Everybody there is super friendly and helpful.

Cox Pool Service is the best! My pool is in excellent condition thanks to Cox Pool Service and Ricardo. Ricardo is friendly and thorough and always goes the extra mile. He adjusts the time for me as the seasons change, takes extra care if there has been a lot of wind and debris in my pool and is very pleasant and courteous. Cox Pool Service has provided outstanding service at my house for the last 4.5 years. Ricardo, who has been stopping in every week has managed the pool with no water issues whatsoever, with excellence in the quality of work, while being communicative and proactive when equipment issues arise.

I have also had great interactions with the team at the office, who have been very responsive to return calls and arranging for equipment services, with knowledgeable technicians ... In one case, the troubleshooting by a competent technician uncovered an issue with a failed capacitor, saving what would could have been a costly replacement of a larger component.

Wow!—had a great experience with Cox Pool Service. When others were having trouble resolving pool equipment issues, they came to the rescue. They even responded a day earlier than originally scheduled and literally resolved the problem within minutes. Because they solved the issue so easily/quickly, they even refused to charge me this time around! Would definitely recommend their service.

The guy that "cleans" my parents pool came yesterday. I would expect a weekly service to keep our pool clean enough to where it wouldn't be green to the point of build-up on the side of the step in the spa. You can see how much of a difference there is in the pictures I took yesterday after he left and the ones I took today after I swept. The amount of build-up along the entire surface of the pool and spa is ridiculous. Not to mention no word about breaking the skimmer basket or the obvious leak somewhere that could cost my parents hundreds, if not thousands of dollars if it damages the foundation of the house.

Do better.

Requested Cox to come inspect my pool light, which hasn’t worked since I purchased the home. The gentleman came out and found that a wire had been disconnected. He reconnected it at no charge. Excellent, honest service. Thank you!

Cox pool service has been the best! They are one of the most helpful and friendliest companies I have ever worked with. When I need help with my pool, they are fast and very efficient. I contacted Cox Pool Service after my former pool service company failed horribly. I had my former pool service for several years... always with the same outcome. Not showing up. Rude. Foul language. Algae year around. At times it look more like a swap than a pool.
I would complain to the owner. His response was always "they said they were there to service your pool"... "your pool is hard to maintain".... excuse after excuse... lie after lie.
The owner would come by himself to get my pool back into shape, but it came with a big price tag EVERY TIME. I final let him go. And THANK GOD I came across my new pool service company Cox! They are amazing! Not one issue with my pool! My pool has looked sparkling clean ALL summer. I never have to worry whether or not they are coming. Their employees are kind, hard working & professional. I HIGHLY recommend Cox Pool Service.

As a service provider, even in the best case scenario, you are unprofessional. I imagine others likely have harsher labels if they received similar levels of customer care..

Despite being informed of available hours for pool access, after three months, Cox changed arrival times without notice, causing significant deterioration of our pool.

I informed a service technician in January to make arrangements for filter cleaning for any day or time other services were provided. He admitted via text you give him no notice for timing of service as was standard before. Your arrival changed from 1.5 hour window at the end of day, to 8.

Only after repeated requests for itemized service logs, did you send a text showing you tried to charge for 7 weeks of service where none was provided. When we asked for proof that chemicals and maintenance were even provided for the remaining times, you provided none. That log shows you had multiple phone contacts for the house. You texted once, and only called for money.

Losing a day in small claims was more of a financial loss than your bill, but after your comments, I regret it was paid out of convenience.

I only wish you put half as much effort into actually delivering services as you did trying to clean your digital footprint of bad reviews.

I called 3 different companies out to repair my pool plus I had a pool service that's couldn't get the job done. The guys at COX came out and fixed my issue in last then 1min!!! I wish I was exaggerating or lying with the time frames. BUT the truth is the truth Friendly knowledgeable and fast Service company is highly recommended!!!!.
