Cox Pool Service is amazing! They took my pool from a green swamp to crystal clear in no time. Super professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I’m seriously impressed with the results and so glad I called them. Highly recommend if your pool needs serious help!

As incredible as it might seem I’ve been with Cox Pool Service since 2016! That being said, as my pool ages and me being old enough to be their Mom, I trust JT and crew to guide me through what needs to be done to keep my pool at its best. Just this summer I replaced my 22 year old pump and filter and I am saving over $160.00 each month on my PG&E bill with the much more efficient system they suggested.
I look forward to many more years with these guys!!

We’ve been using Cox Pool Services for almost 5 years and I can say nothing but praise! Not only are they consistent, efficient, and dependable, but they do the little things like always locking pool and backyard gates which is a big deal to any parent and/or pet owner.
On top of that, they’ve been more responsive and helpful than any pool service we’ve ever used - the proof being multiple occasions where the owner himself has even come to the house to fix a problem - even if it was end of day and after business hours!
Really appreciate them and would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Cox Pool Service and Repair. Joey came out to do a warranty replacement of my pool light, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Joey was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable, and he completed the job efficiently and professionally.

He also took the time to let me know that my other pool light already has water inside and will need to be replaced as well—and said he’ll be back to take care of it. On top of that, he reprogrammed my pool lights and features for free, which I truly appreciated.

Excellent customer service, transparency, and workmanship. I will definitely recommend Cox Pool Services and Repair and will be using them again in the future.

03/02/2026 Update: Joey came back as promised to complete the replacement of the third pool light, and once again the experience was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and efficient, and the job was completed smoothly with great attention to detail.

I really appreciate Joey’s honesty and follow-through, as well as the quality of his work. Everything is working perfectly now, and the pool lighting looks great.

Highly recommend Cox Pool Services and Repair—Joey continues to provide top-notch service. Will definitely continue using them in the future.

He was very accommodating as well as informative in regards to the tools and equipment that he was going to be using to clean my stairs carpet as well as my tile and grout areas. If you guys have dogs you know how messy they can be. I had a ton of old and new dog stains all Over the house and I have to say American Cleaning cleaned them up to a T, there was not a spot left and the whole house just smelled really clean after. Overall an exceptional thorough service and trustworthy customer service!!!

I have a vintage Mid Century sofa, that has been in storage for some years and had its share of everything from dirt to a bit of paint on it. By some miracle they were able to get it clean, with the exception of rust spot, that is mostly gone as well. I'm greatful my friend recommended them. Great job!

The service far exceeded our expectations! After seeing great reviews on NextDoor, I contacted Chris early morning yesterday for help at my Dad's house with a major doggie explosion on the carpet from the night before. Chris was super quick to respond and came over shortly after. Chris did some magic and the spots and odor disappeared. My Dad, who initially thought the carpet was ruined, and thought we would have to pay hundreds to clean it (nope) was so impressed that he had Chris clean the carpet for the ALL the rooms of the house. When I came over later in the day, I couldn't get over how fresh the house smelled and was also very impressed on how the stains disappeared. I tried my best for 3 hours to clean that up, so I know what we were up against. My Dad couldn't stop talking about the carpet and how impressed he was with Chris, and his equipment and repeatedly asked me today to make sure I leave a great review... so here it is. My only regret is not taking a before picture so show the before and after shot. We will definately be calling Chris back again when it's time for another cleaning and will 100% recommend his services to everyone! Excellent response, value, quality and service!
