Javier was professional and courteous. He was able to resolve the initial problem with the clogged sewer line but then discovered that there was a break. Javier quickly arranged for a second technician to come out and make the necessary repair. 2nd technician arrived (John) and repaired the broken line. Back in business!

We Hired Lees roofing for a new roof and gutters, I have to say very pleased with their employees Robert and Alex who help us from beginning to end and were very thorough with their inspections and were patient and took time to answer any questions any time. I would recommend Lees roofing to any one who is in need, Great professionalism, and quick. And to manager Mike for getting us a quote we were very pleased with.

Enrique was right on time this morning. He is quiet, but did tell us what he was going to do, and he did introduce himself. He worked efficiently and did not dilly dally. My son in law talked to him a bit, and Enrique would answer, but he always was working. We really liked him.

Our service tech, David L. notified me 30 mins before arrival via call. David acted in a very professional manner and is very knowledgeable about HVAC units in general. As soon as he arrived, he properly introduced himself, wore shoe covers when ever he entered the house, and asked me how the ac unit was functioning or not functioning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me replacement options with estimates and informed me that my unit was still under warranty, so the replacement part was no charge (sigh of relief). This is not the first time I have used Lee's, always had a great experience when I do.

Michael Rojas performed a service maintenance on my heating system. He was punctual, polite and respectful. He explained the service in detail and recommended a few things that would benefit the integrity and longevity of the system. I was very pleased with his service.

Our AC went out 7:30pm in triple digit weather. We were able to have service scheduled at 8am the next day. The service guy Daniel was professional. He suggested the unit to be replaced instead repair since it’s 20 years old unit. Christian, Javier and the team were awesome. They installed the whole AC/Heat unit in 8 hours. The AC is up and running by 8:30pm to cool down the house.
One thing we are not sure is the price is extremely high at 26k. We did not get a price comparison.

Had a great experience with Lee’s Air! Daniel came out to check on our AC, and he was awesome super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on without making it overly technical, which I really appreciated.

Javier and Baltazar, what can I say but they were very professional, on time and explained every detail to us. When I first contacted Lee’s Air, they came right away when I explained that my husband was 88 years old and the temperature outside was 108 degrees. They were very professional and explained every detail. We had immediate response and had awesome service. They provided to us 2 air conditioners unit til the job was finished. Best customer service ever. I would definitely recommend Lee’s Air Conditioning Service.

Jacob was the absolute best! Super knowledgeable and communication was great. He came on a Saturday and got the job done efficiently (garbage disposal broke and within 2 hours Jacob arrived at our house).

Our thermostat was not working properly. After several attempts of having it fixed, Gus, the technician was sent out to fix our thermostat. He listened to our concerns and was able to figure out the problem. Gus was knowledgeable and very thorough with his work, and once completed, he stayed through a heating cycle to ensure the thermostat was working properly.

Angel S and his installation team were efficient, courteous, and professional. They kept me informed every step along the way and completed the job in a timely manner. Overall, a very positive experience, stress-free.

Edgar is professional and polite he has great costumer service skills i highly recomend him to anyone i will be requesting him for future services. Also the girs that answer the phone at Lee's they are nice people thanks Lee's for thinking about us your costumers in giving us great service..

They made repairing our roof very easy. They took care of everything for us. We have solar panels and they coordinated the removal and replacement with our provider. We definitely would do business with them again.

Recently had my heating maintenance appointment. My service technician, David Porras, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He went over the service visit with photos, recommended some add-ons to my HVAC system, and explained very thoroughly what my options were. He answered all of my questions and wasn't pushing me to make a decision today, which I appreciated! Definitely recommend Lee's Air for your HVAC needs.

Lee's workers were very professional, cordial and did the job in a timely manner. We had two HVAC units replaced on the roof. We had work done inside the house to accomplish replacing the duct work. The workers were very accommodating, and did a thorough job of cleaning the area they worked on in the house and took away all the rubbish accumulated from the installations outside. Thank you Lees!

David, Nathan and the crew were all amazing. Had a complete roof replaced. Couldn't be happier. They made me feel completely at ease with the entire process. Very responsive, they were there to answer any questions. Cleaned up nicely after each day. Love that Nathan went thru and made sure there were no pesky nails luring in the yard. Roof looks like a million bucks!!! Definitely recommend Lee's. 🤩

Orlando and Timothy the two technicians that worked on our house could not have been more professional and courteous. They went far and beyond when it comes to Customer Service and professional character. They answered all our questions and were very informative of the process. Also Luis and the other Luis who first came to assess the issue were also very professional and pleasant to deal with. You guys have an awesome crew working for you. I would highly recommend Lee’s Air to anybody.

Our service was done early in the morning. Around 8am. It wasn't until my husband came home around 6pm and told me that, without permission, Lee's placed an advertisement lawn sign in front of our house. Not asking me for permission to place that sign first rubbed me the wrong way. The technician was friendly and efficient, but tried to sell a 2k-4k air purification system, even 1) after I told him a couple of times that I'm recently unemployed and my husband takes care of large financial decisions at the moment, and 2) after telling me our heating system was dirty, without showing me before/after photos of how dirty it was and any cleaning that was done. Though I received an email with some photos afterwards, its difficult to know what I'm looking at, why they were taken or what they mean. So who knows if we really do need that air purification system? I was also asked to give a review of the visit prior to it being concluded (and before I knew about the lawn sign).

Lee's scheduled an appointment when I called for the next day even though I thought they would take at a week. Iwas very happy. They showed up and finished. I paid nothing for this.

Total system replaced from AC/Furnace to Cooling/Heat Pump. They built walkways in the attic, expanded the intake, and when our puny attic stairs broke they replaced the whole thing with a top of the line aluminum attic ladder system-- at no charge! All the ceiling work was done with clean lines and finished wood work.

SAME DAY installation!!!!

Our unit was not easily accessible but Javier and his crew were amazing. They worked fast, hard and efficiently with great respect for our home and a work ethic that is rarely seen anymore. The thing I loved was they were cheerful and having a good time while they worked, laughing, joking and really upbeat.

HIGHLY recommend & will be our go-to for any of the work they do.
