I called Lee’s for their Air Conditioner Tune-up and Safety Inspection for $99.00. The office staff was very friendly and helpful . They set an appointment for the next day and reminded me I still had a free Tune-up and inspection from my recent heater replacement. Their honesty saved me $99.00. My technician was Ruben Rodriguez. He was friendly, polite and professional. He kept me informed and answered all of my questions. He had a concern about some of my ductwork and wanted a second opinion. Technician Rafael Rayas inspected my ductwork and assured me it was working fine, but I probably need to think about replacing the ductwork in the next few years. The honesty and lack of high pressure sales was refreshing. I really appreciate the great service and integrity of their excellent technicians like Ruben and Rafael. Thank you Lee’s!

Called the number I got from Google but the virtual and real person I spoke with was unable to access my file and was told to call direct the local business that installed the unit. Called this morning and got connected immediately, located my account file and scheduled me for 1-3pm service call. We are glad Lee's ac tech Dave called and came before the appointed time. He's very thorough and polite guy! Thank you Lee's Air!

The tech who came to service my AC lied about the fan being broken (very easy to test if it’s working or not) and then turned off power to my outdoor unit without telling me so that I would think it was actually broken (it wasn’t at the time) leaving my pregnant self and 3 kids in a hot house on a 100 degree day. NOT okay.
Then tried to push selling an entire new system that day and starting construction that afternoon at ridiculous prices. Stay away from this company.

I recently had service done on my water heater, and the experience was fantastic! The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it fixed efficiently. My hot water is back to normal, and I couldn't be happier with the prompt and professional service. Highly recommend!

Our son flushed a rubber duck down the toilet and it got lodged inside the toilet. I call lees to fix it after trying to snake it myself for a few days. They charge me $380 to use the same tools i used for 15 minutes with of course no success. The plumber felt bad and lowered the cost to $260 for 15 minutes of basic equipment.

To make matters worse, they told me the toilet needed to be replaced and quoted me $1,800 for a new toilet installed and a whopping $700 if I buy toilet and they install. SMH

I went to lowes that night, bought a toilet for $100 and installed it easily. Dont get ripped off.

Lee’s Air Conditioning is a top notch A/C, Plumbing, Heating and Roofing company. I give them 5 Stars. They are very thorough, honest and customer orientated. They replaced by old conventional A/C system with a new Bosch Heat Pump Unit and it works great and it’s saving me money. The technicians Jonathan and Nickolas were very knowledgeable and treated the install as if they it was going into their own house. They also completed the job on time and tested the unit to ensure everything was working as designed. They are two of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Lee’s I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

We just had our entire system replaced. The tech and installers were very professional. Our attic was very hard to access and the team went above and beyond. They did a custom installation in the attic even in 105 degree weather. I gotta give it to them for that alone. They also brought my family portable AC units while they installed the system. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this team.

Thank you for the insulted lunch pail and cookies! The staff was careful of my washer and dryer while going into the attic. They were very considerate of our house. They provided portable air units while our air conditioner was being replaced. However we were surprised at the 💲 to replace heating and air conditioning.

As much as we dreaded having to purchase a new air system the whole process was simple and easy. They responded quickly to my need for an appointment and were there the next day. Within 30 minutes we were informed we'd need a new system. In another 30 I had a manager here discussing our system options and financing availability. By noon the crew that would dismantle and install our system arrived and by 7:45pm we had air again. I highly recommend this team of experts.

Rafael & Tayde were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get out needs met the same day. We had to get a whole new unit as ours was over 21 yrs old so it is a big investment I’m thankful for the Veterans discount & rebates. Very happy with Lees service

Lee's is great! I had a great experience with calling in to schedule an AC tuneup, the follow-up reminders of the appointment and ease of communication bia txt, and Jesse was really great when he arrived. He was very respectful of the property, and a great personality. He explained everything very well, and their process of photo documentation was superb. The price is very reasonable. I'm looking forward to more great experiences from Lee's as we look into other service needs. They also have a membership for maintenance which is a great savings.

The crew was very courteous and worked well as a team. They also cleaned up all the mess they made from cutting the new air return opening. They cleaned up all of the packaging and hauled away the old unit.They took the time to show me how to use my new system. I am very happy with the job the did and will definitely recommend Lee’s Air if someone asks me.

When our AC system started making a strange noise and stopped cooling, I was worried it would be a huge headache and long wait time. I decided to call Lee's Air based on a recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I spoke with their team on the phone, I felt like I was in good hands. They were able to fit me into their schedule right away and sent out a technician named Chris. Chris was a lifesaver. He showed up exactly on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was a minor part that had failed, and had the replacement right there in his truck. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, answered all my questions patiently, and the final bill was exactly what was quoted.

Tyler Gentry did an amazing Job checking out our roof, answered all of our questions and was very honest. I am happy to say that we don’t have to replace anything on our roof but definitely appreciate him coming out to give us a quote.

Just had maintenance check with Lee’s air and plumbing. Edgar Lopez was great. Courteous, quick, and explained everything well. They are my go to co.!

Gio was very knowledgeable and informative in his presentation. He new what he was talking about very nice person and personality.

Javier was professional and courteous. He was able to resolve the initial problem with the clogged sewer line but then discovered that there was a break. Javier quickly arranged for a second technician to come out and make the necessary repair. 2nd technician arrived (John) and repaired the broken line. Back in business!
