Office staff and technicians are always professional and very friendly. Prices are very fair. The tech was early, thorough, and very friendly. Even after being told I would soon need a new unit, I was pleased they always take very good care of me and will continue to do so.

I tip my hat to Shaw's Home Comfort for all the work that they did on making sure that through this heat wave. I was taking care of they gave me the best price possible they showed they cared they did it right away the next day. I went with other air conditioning places that only offered very minimal on warranties. Shaw's home comfort offered me the full warranty had a great price. I appreciate their hard work from the ladies in the office to the service tech that came out and gave me a price to the one that installed it to the one that came and took a look at it. I applaud you all. I give you nothing but 10 Stars you guys are amazing company and have such an amazing crew working for you guys thank you so much. You have showed excellent customer service.

Such great customer service. From the initial phone call to the communication in between. We had initially contacted another company that was not helpful, and Shaw’s literally saved the day after us being without hot water for over a week. It is nice that they send a picture and bio of the tech that comes out so you know exactly who to expect. Love this company.

Excellent service by Aaron and Matt from Shaw’s Home Comfort! They were able to fix my AC without having to replace the whole thing which was so nice and saved me a lot of money. They were courteous, professional, very thorough, and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I will definitely remain a loyal customer and would recommend them to a friend.

They were the only that let me schedule an appointment. Peter was knowledgeable of what the job was. explained everything step by step and how things doing going. he knew he helped me out with what needs needed to be done I recommend him to everybody

Fantastic service. They had someone come out within three days, and the problem was solved in fifteen minutes. Peter was extremely professional and helpful. I've tried a lot of different plumbers, but this is the company I will call again next time and recommend to my friends.

Every person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. Rae was our technician and she was amazing. She definitely knows her stuff and really educated me on the system and all of my options. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies and it is so nice to find a company and a technician that I can trust. Now I have some decisions to make but whatever I decide to do will definitely be with your company !

I would recommend Shaw’s home comfort. Scheduling was fast and efficient. They let you know when the tech is on the way and who the technician is, including a photo, so recognize them at your door when they arrive. The job was done efficiently and the technician cleaned up after himself.

Shaw’s home comfort and Eric really made me feel like an A+ customer. They calmed my nerves and walked me through the process in a freezing cold winter night with no hot water. They replaced my unit at a fair price but it was the customer service that was above and beyond. Eric was awesome from the beginning to the end and assured me things would work efficiently and better than before and that is why I highly recommend Shaw’s Home Comfort.

Got a next day appointment, and they were able to fix my AC on the spot. Had my AC back running by the afternoon! He even offered to clean up my unit, since he was already there. Very happy with the service!

Staff was very friendly and prompt. Service tech Aaron was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time evaluating our old unit, then explained pros/cons for repair vs replacement. He worked with his project planner to provide options that could work best for our home and budget. Thank you!

I scheduled Shaw’s Home Comfort to come out and perform the winter service on my heating system. They arrived at the scheduled time and performed the service. I was shown photos of all the things they checked out and I was given an excellent report on my heating system and am ready for those cold days ahead. The tech was polite and friendly. Great service

I was totally impressed with the service that I received! In July, in California, I totally expected a 2 week. Wait.. Within 24 hours, they were here diagnosing my problem. And explaining to me in ways that I could understand what the issue was. They were able to repair it and ott me cool. I recommend this company for any type of what service you need

In my profession, I have dealt with many ac companies & never experienced good service. This is my first time using Shaws Home Comfort & had the best customer service. My technician was Jose, a friendly experienced Technician who explained the issue with me & I had the pleasure talking to Victor who handled the finance. These two were incredibly great by resolving my issue & deserve 10 stars. I so recommend Shaws Home Comfort to anyone.

Today we had our water/plumbing inspection. Technician Juan Cabrera found an issue during inspection under the sinks with the garage disposal it had 2 cracks and I had no idea. He was very respectful and answered any questions I had.
