ServPro came out right away to assess my damage, as well as get in there ASAP with fans. Miguel and Auggie were the main crew, and were always professional, respectful, and courteous. They were always quick to answer any questions that I had. Warren and Santos were the closing crew and were also great to work with. This company saved me from having some lasting water damage.

Derek and Miguel did an amazing job at our jobsite. The home was a mess due to a flood and looked hopeless. They cleaned up and disposed of all contaminated items and had the house looking amazing afterwards. Thank you for your services, would recommend to anybody

Dwayne has a great team. Nothing but good things to say about them. Miguel & Santos came on a Saturday to start on my water damage issue in my house. They worked very fast and efficient. Then the following week Miguel & Derek finished the demo in record time. They did nice, clean and time efficient work. This team blew my mind every time they came out to work on my house, with how fast they moved things along. The cherry in top? .... they are all very professional and very well mannered. When just recently my laundry room flooded and I needed immediate water damage restoration Branden and Warren came out right away and spent hours containing the damage and preserving our space. Making sure we were okay and being very thorough on what needed to be done. Next Miguel and Derek came who were just amazing. They made sure the job was done correctly and on track. Stay Far Away from This Company—They Traumatized My Family
What began as a routine mold remediation job quickly turned into a nightmare. This company was hired to remove mold-contaminated ducting from our AC unit. At first, things seemed fine—Leo and Manuel, the initial workers, were courteous and professional. But that calm was shattered when two additional workers, Chase and Marvin, arrived.
Some time went by as work progressed but right as it started to come to an end, a full-blown fight erupted inside our home. Yelling, swearing, and physical aggression broke out between the workers—my wife and son were in the next rooms scared of what was going on. My wife, terrified, texted me from inside the house while I was outside trying to make a phone call, overwhelmed by the chaos. My son was in the next room, exposed to this violent outburst.
I rushed inside to find a scene no homeowner should ever witness. Leo, who appeared to be the site manager, tried to downplay the situation as “blowing off steam.” But the shouting only escalated. The profanity and aggression were so intense I told them that they need to take it outside and not to come back.
This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was traumatic. My wife was shaken, my son frightened, and our home violated by a team that clearly lacked control, discipline, and respect. I’ve never seen such a disgraceful display from a company entrusted with our safety.
I’ve reported all four individuals to the company and to our insurance provider, who hired them. I’m now exploring legal options to hold them accountable for the emotional distress and breach of trust they inflicted on my family.
No one should have to endure what we did. If you value your home, your peace of mind, and your family’s safety—stay far away from this company.

You guys do a good job except when you recommended Buildpro to patch our sheet rock which you removed to check for molds. Buildpro sent different people for sheet rock, different people for painting, another set of people just to do the baseboards. No one showed up for our chandelier. We already paid off everything but did not finish the job. We paid 4k which was a rip off. They even left uncovered outlets. What kind of job is this? We trusted your recommendation, but it was such a lousy repair work from Buildpro that we have ever encountered. Never use Buildpro if Servpro recommends them.

I recently had a water pipe burst , Servpro came in ASAP and were able to get things cleaned out the best way possible . I woke up about 2 weeks ago to rushing water over my ankles. I remembered the ServPro commercials and knew exactly who I was going the call. They did not let me down! ServPro has a fine tuned machine running here in Fresno, CA. I recommend ServPro wholeheartedly 💯! Jacob, Miguel, Derek, Juan and Patrick and the others were ALL superb. They quickly began cleaning out the rooms. Setting up numerous fans to dry out the walls and helping me pack and move things around. Removing baseboards and soaked carpet pads. They had plenty of supplies which I needed because my China cabinet was full of glass items. All had to be packed up in the master bed, bath, closet and the home office. Also living and dining room. Kitchen and family room. All has to be moved out. Derek came thru as the closer. His extensive knowledge of construction and his tenacity reminds me of my Dad. Derek began removing my soaked hardwood floors. Derek and Miguel were able to remove my bathroom granite countertop without breaking it. Juan and Patrick were first on the scene and they were needed. A lot of heavy lifting! Thank you Patrick!!! Juan made sure I had all the boxes, tape and wrapping paper needed. Miguel and Derek were the closers. Miguel was awesome. He remembered everything and kept me abreast of what was going on and what was to happen next. I admit I was somewhat in shock for the first couple of days. And Jacob well he orchestrated the entire clean-up here, paperwork and coordinated with my Homeowner’s insurance. Truly they ALL went above and beyond helping me get this situation under control. The leak has been located and repair under the foundation starts next week. Then reconstruction starts next. Thank you ServoPro. Your kindness and efficiency will not be forgotten. God bless you all! I was very impressed by Chase and Marvin, who came out from the Visalia location. They cleaned out a section under my house where there was standing water due to a leak that had been there for quite some time. This needed to be taken care of in advance of a plumbing job I am going to have done. One thing I appreciate about Chase and Marvin, besides their professional and personable manner, was that they were very understanding and careful when going in and out so that my indoor cat (who actually never materialized during the job) would not get out. Before starting the job, they set up an “air scrubber” in the bathroom above the area of the leak, which helped to eliminate odors and purify the inside air as they worked under the house. Chase and Marvin did a great job and even air dropped “before and after” photos to me so I could see what they had done. I’m happy with the service and I would definitely recommend ServPro to my friends and family.

This has to be the most unprofessional person who has cleaned my carpet yet. Upon arrival, he refused to put on any type of booties to cover his shoes. He claimed this would’ve been an issue, but that is completely false. He claimed it would affect the outcome. What a load of bs, this has always been done with previous carpet cleaners. He acted as if it was odd what we were requesting. I suggested putting house shoes on and instead of just giving a straightforward answer, he took his time and was thinking and was really Indecisive. I felt like we were dealing with a teenager more than an adult. I had to get to the point and tell him are you going to or not, we have to leave out of town soon. My husband had asked the cleaner if we can vacuum before the carpet cleaning process. To my horror, the cleaner said that it is not necessary to vacuum the carpet before carpet cleaning! If you know anything about carpet cleaning, you know that it is very important to vacuum your carpet thoroughly before even attempting to put a solution or a carpet cleaning machine on it. It can create messy residue, and it makes the cleaning solution less effective and create a muddy patchy result. I was completely shocked that somebody who claims they are professional would even make that type of claim. I told my husband we are going to vacuum and out of nowhere this guy decided to say he was going to take off. I’m so happy that we did not have him carpet clean our carpet after all. He was very naïve and ignorant to these kinds of important details. Being 15 years in the game does not mean anything when you have this type of unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. The unwillingness to cooperate and put the customer first was already a red flag. It seemed to me he was just trying to rush the process and get a quick buck instead of treating our floors with the utmost respect and professionalism. Once he decided to claim That you don’t have to vacuum with the final straw. There are other professional carpet, cleaners out there who will work with you and respect your house wishes and rules. We finally got our floors done from aroma carpet cleaning. They were super professional respect our house wishes they went above and beyond, and even said the customer has to be respected on how they want their house to be treated and they wore shoe booties. It was worth the wait and I will go back to Aron’s. Choose wisely people I would not go to this person if you’re looking for a thorough detailed carpet cleaner who focuses on high standards on cleaning and sanitation.
