Had 3 contractors bid on my work and decided to go with Fine Built. Would recommend them over and over. We faced multiple challenges with design throughout and I must say we (my wife) were very picky. Chad worked with us and we are so grateful for his work. After eight months without an oven and multiple technicians who gave up, Ellia at BonTech solved a problem nobody else could.

A power surge killed my JennAir 36” gas oven’s digital display. A previous repair had made things worse; the replacement display was for a 30” model, and it had quietly burned out three control boards. Ellia spent a full week dismantling the oven, looping in other techs, and calling JennAir directly until he figured it out.

He was calm, persistent, and an excellent communicator the entire time, both in person and by text.

Fixed my washing machine for us. Was delighted by the service an professionalism. They know their stuff and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them again whenever the need arises.

Tech came out and tried to fix my burner, he pulled my oven out to get to it and said I needed to replace all the switches for the burner to work. He said he didn't have the part at first and quoted me it could be over 500 dollars. I told him no and that I wanted to do my research, he seemed puzzled and ask why don't you want us to fix it. I just told him I wanted to get quotes from other companies. After he put my oven back together I paid my 80 dollar service fee(waste) he left. Exactly 2 minutes later he calls back and said the part was in and the cost will be 380. I told him I'm gonna pass. Now my oven door is acting up. His customer service wasent horrible but could be better. Basic English to understand your customers could be a start. This service and company just reminds me it could be from a home warranty you overpay for each month.

Came out to repair my parents Lg dryer tore it all apart quoted my dad one price for the maintenance, then another price for parts. kept changing the price for things and dented the front and scratch the dryer cover. He argued with my dad and claimed he took a picture before and that none of the damage caused by him then left. Never showed us the supposed picture. He acted very unprofessional by telling other people working on our house that my dad wasn’t gonna pay them afterwards.He didn’t offer to fix the damage.

BonTech was quick and timely to my house to diagnose. They provide pictures as well and that's nice. I would recommend them but make sure you have someone double check the work before they leave. The technician worked on my dryer but did not connect my dryer duct and left.

Highly recommend!! The dispatcher Stacey answered the phone right away and got the technician Elijah out to our house within 30 minutes. He assessed the issue and fixed the dishwasher within 45 minutes. Very professional and overall positive experience.

Elijah from the company was very polite and understanding. Even though we did not decide to go with the repair service because it was very expensive, he took his time to explain what was wrong with our washing machine and the cost and how we can save a few dollars even though we had to pay for the diagnostic charges.
