Fantastic experience with Snakes N Laterals. I called at 8am and spoke with a live person who set up a time, 8-10am, when she could have someone out to clear a clogged sewer line.
Nathaniel showed up at 8:40am. He was polite and very knowledgeable as he explained the issue and process.
He quickly found the problem with their camera and proceeded to use the snake to remove the blockage.
I didn't mention that is was raining pretty good and it didn't phase him at all.
Within 1 1/2 hours of my call, the job was completed. Nathaniel did an excellent job and Snakes N Laterals has earned my business.
I've been looking for a plumber and now have found one that I will call on for any plumbing issues.

Nick was on time, explained available service options and what potential issues might cost. Nick was friendly and professional. Turned out most of our lines were relatively clear but a section that went from kitchen clean out over to laundry room was pretty clogged up making hydrojetting the logical option, turned out only about 40 feet of the lines had an issue but now we have peace of mind now that the rest of our plumbing is in relatively good shape for a home of 38 years.

Called them about my broken toilet and they came within 24 hours. Honest and hard working! Awesome service provided by Nathaniel.

This was a project I thought I could handle until I went to two hardware stores and then a plumbing supply store. The latter recommended Snake N’ Laterals. Can’t say enough good things about them. Angel came out and provided a quote within an hour. They even offer a discount for more than one project. Today Austin came out and the sink looks good as new. Fair price, great service. This will be the only plumber I used going forward.

Nathaniel explained the possible reasons the bathroom had a sewer stench. Ended up it was the toilet ring , mold, and roots in pipe. Cleaned up the area and replaced with a new ring. Appreciated the explanations and pictures. Thank you . Used this company many times for various plumbing services and each time the issue is resolved.

My go-to plumbers for jobs big and small. These guys are true professionals who know their trade and can quickly size up and diagnose any problem. They always answer the phone and scheduling is never a problem. Griselda, Angel, and Austin are all phenomenal to work with. I appreciate their text communication with automatic scheduling and dispatch updates. And their pricing is competitive and fair. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency due to a main water supply leak to my house. I tried two different companies and neither had anyone available. With water gushing out (geyser) I was given Snake and Lateral name by one of the companies. I did call and Austin was here within 10 minutes. He took care of my geyser and then an other issue. Very professional, reasonable. Provided details and honest opinion of problem. Easily could’ve gotten us for allot but didn’t. Provided pictures of everything. Going to def use them again! Highly recommend! We had Nathaniel as our service guy. Appreciated that he would call Austin to run things by him to confirm. He could’ve just did it and said oh well.
