Can't say enough good things about Goode Plumbing. Travis checked out our problem and got us scheduled two days later. Zack showed up on time and did a terrific job on the repair/installation. They also installed a hot water heater for my mother with the same perfect results. Do yourself a favor and call these guys a call for all of your plumbing needs.

Travis has a throw back attitude toward customer service. If he tells you something, he means it and will follow through. He is prompt with returning messages. The soft water installation was done expertly. Travis answered follow up questions two weeks after the installation, taking the time to make sure I understood. I would recommend Goode plumbing without question.

The main line water pipe had a significant leak in it. I’m not sure what the going rate is for this type of repair, so I can’t say if the price was good or not, but the service and promptness was top notch. I’m glad other reviews expressed an honest opinion and gave good reviews. We are happy with the service we received from Travis at Goode Plumbing. We will use them again if needed.

Definitely a very positive experience. I had a suspicion that my system had a leak but wasn't sure where it was or the magnitude . Travis responded to my call immediately. & scheduled a service call to find & repair leak. He came out very promptly. Found the problem quickly and professionally & repaired it in the same manner. All the while he took the time to explain what he was doing & why. It put me very much at ease having Goode Plumbing take care of this problem. The whole interaction was great. 👍

Rather belated post, but we had a fantastic experience with Travis of Goode Plumbing! Travis was both professional and flexible, working to find a time that would best fit my schedule. He offered a quote with a ceiling price so that there wouldn’t be surprises, and agreed to work with me in case of any changes. He and his associate came out and completed the work quickly and efficiently, and was both kind and polite. This experience was such a blessing!

I called Travis first thing on a Monday morning since our hot water heater broke and he came out to my property after hours on the same day to check it out. I also showed him some issues we were having with our bathroom sink to see if he could fix that as well. He sent two guys out to my property the following morning to replace the hot water heater. They were both very nice, professional, punctual and explained everything they were doing (they were also very kind to my dogs, even throwing the ball a couple of times for my pit bull lol). They were able to replace my hot water heater that day, as well as change out our bathroom sink faucet but had to reschedule to have them come out again to fix the issue of our sink not draining. Travis came out to snake our drain two weekends later but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. He then sent his two guys out the following week to do a little more extensive work and that fixed the issue. Overall, I'm very happy I chose Goode Plumbing and would definitely do business with them again in the future. They did a great job and continued to be up front and honest with me every step of the way.

After a poor experience with a home warranty company to diagnose and fix my water heater, I contacted Goode Plumbing. Travis went out of his way to see me immediately. After seeing the issue, he installed a new water heater the next morning! Knowledgeable and trustworthy. He's my "go to" plumber from now on!

Water hammer was quickly diagnosed and solved, new water heater installed, and a loose pipe in the shower was found and strapped down. All of these issues have perplexed us and a couple different plumbers and fix-it guys could not figure it out or give good solutions. Goode Plumbing diagnosed it quickly and accurately and solved the problem! Thanks guys!

The folks at Goode Plumbing are tradesmen and not salesmen. They will look at your situation and give you a recommendation as if it was their own home. I’ve had several plumbing problems over the years and I’ve dealt with a fair amount of plumbers. Travis and his team are fair, honest, and will do a high quality job to see to it that it’s done right. They are also a small business of professional tradesmen, not just folks who know how to change a faucet.

For my last job I spent a lot of time getting quotes, researching the hardware and materials, and seeing what various groups would offer. What was very clear to me is that Goode plumbing understand what the best quality solution would be for the situation at hand. No one tried to scare me or mislead me, they just told me what they would do if my house was their home.

Professional group. Straight forward help. Answer all questions in easy to understand terms. Fixed another septic groups previous inferior work.
Installed two 75 foot leach lines along with a distribution box with flow levelers. Very clean, accurate work. Left minimal footprint when completed with job.

The attached pictures show the extent of the needed replacements to our fifty year old septic system. The existing concrete tanks were attached to the new leach field. I had a great experience with Goode Plumbing. I had water leaking below my toilet. As a newbie I did not know how to turn off the water for my house. Water slowly flooded my bathroom. I called Goode Plumbing and got a hold of Travis. Travis is a great guy, he noticed that I can FaceTime him. Yes, we FaceTime and he took me to my main valve (to turn off the water). With his help I was able to turned off the water and I was able to fix the leaked. I highly recommend Goode Plumbing for your plumbing needs. The best part was that Travis did not charge me for helping me! I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.
